I was unable to track my order and I tried calling the number on their site, didn’t get a response. Sent a mail didn’t get anything. After I sent another mail and they offered to refund my money. As at the time am writing this, they are yet to refund although they have sent several emails that I would be getting my money in 3-5 working days. Terrible service from Pakcosmetics

Got an email on Sunday to say package had been delivered and left beside shed which it has not!’no parcel and when I rang customer services , I waited 5 minutes only to be cut off twice, absolutely disgraceful!!

I've order products from here twice now and both times I've been sent products that are out of date. Won't be ordering again

Very bad on return policy

Absolutely terrible experience. I spent over £50 and l two of the three items have a best by date of 06/24 and 08/24. This is completely unacceptable as we are in March, 03/24. The third item has a date of 02/25 which is under a year and also the product is of poor quality in the bottle. It looks as though it has already expired. Again completely unacceptable. Also, the packaging the irems came in is ridiculous, literally an old box which was for some sort of skincare product. I contacted their customer service who seems to think that selling products with such ridiculously short shelf life and of poor quality is absolutely fine. I am requesting a full refund.

I have not received my order, I was told it would be delivered to me, after all I did pay for carriage, yet I still haven't had it. The courier said he left it in reception, well there is no reception areas in our building. They are now dragging out an investigation for another 7-10 days, I have no choice but to wait, I will do this because I know that I do not have my order.

Items left outside, and stolen. Have to wait another week for them to make a claim for items to be replaced. Disapointing, took a week to arrive o. First place!

The product is terrible! Gave me burn sensation, had to take my shower again. Regret purchasing the product.

Ordered eyebrow wax strips but was sent acne plasters.

Missing item I had an item missing and I tried contacting their numbers and even emailed them. No response and wasn’t able to get a refund for it so be aware that you might have items missing and you’ll not get your money back.

I was sent the completely wrong hair colour. Took 2 hours to get through to customer service. Returns and refund process is rediculous and ended up costing me 8£ To return. Stil waiting for refund.

My hair did not arrive and I also paid and extra fee for it to come next day. I signed up to the trusted shops they recommend to ensure I get money back but have heard nothing back 3 weeks later!
