Order process was simple and easy to use, eith a great price. Pak's were quick to dispatch, but unfortunately the delivery company were terrible. I contacted Pak's who tried to assist with delivery, but once they could see it wasn't going to happen, they quickly rectified the situation by replacing the order with a new delivery company. Very good service. Thank you so much it's very much appreciated.

I visited this website in search of items that had been discontinued on Amazon and in local stores. To my delight, I discovered a wide selection of the same product available for purchase. Not only did they promptly send my order, but their customer service was exceptional. They responded quickly to all my inquiries, demonstrating a high level of professionalism throughout the process. I am truly grateful for their assistance!

I have been utilising Pak stores and now there site in recent years as long as i can remember, my mother before me, and now my daughter. my favourite one stop shop for quality but reasonably priced beauty products and afro carribbean essentials. Something for every budget and the staff in all stores are always welcoming, happy to help and know there stock and stuff. highly reccomend always and forever! Love you Paks lol!

Honest I've never had a problem with this supplier before. Delivery and communication has always been excellent. When w product isn't in stock they have phoned me about it. I've been using them for about 18 years if not more. I will say however, that at one point I thought something was wrong with my order (it wasn't) and I phoned up a few times, the call would get answered and then dropped. Twice this happened. Therefore my thinking is that IF something didn't go right I might not have such a nice experience.

Ii have been buying from Paks cosmetics for over 10 years. Their service is the best ,their workers are very polite and always ready to help even in difficult situations. I love Paks because of their varieties of hair brands and products. I have been ordering hair and products from other companies but never got a fast reply, even fast postage . To describe in one word Paks Cosmetics simply the best 100%

I’m really happy with my experience with PAK Cosmetics! The website is easy to use, my order arrived quickly and everything was beautifully packaged. The products were exactly as described and the prices are very reasonable. Great choice of beauty products and excellent service. I’ll definitely be ordering from PAK Cosmetics again

Very reliable have been using them for years, the only reason i have not given 5 stars is because i think the free delivery when you spend a certain amount should included tracking and shouldn't be free no tracking. When you are spending over £100 not getting your items tracked would be silly so i always end up having to pay for delivery even though i would qualify for free delivery!

Great selection of items and perfumes. I have been getting stocked up with a dupe of 'La Bomba' and it's fantastic! Only need a little and it lasts for hours! So glad I discovered Pak's - definitely recommend them. Good products, competitive pricing and everything always arrives well packaged and quickly too.

Received my order within 4 days, well packaged and double sealed to stop leaking whilst in transit. All bar one item ordered was not available so was refunded to my card before delivery, notified by email, the advice note was ticked off with all my items with a refund written next to the one item. Impressed with the items, will definitely order again.

One small part of the true story about this company. I must admit that I had no headaches with the order and the speed of delivery. I'm really sorry I can't give more than five stars for this order, I hope everyone in the future will be like this one. Thank you very much

First time I ordered and so far so good. Everything came within 3 days and I requested to sign as my address is a but hard to find but delivery was great. I used to visit your shop in person since I was a child but not been coming to London as much more recently. It's good to know I can buy my hair and skin products (mainly for work) delivered as there is nowhere in Brighton (where I live) that I can shop for our afro products anymore. Thank you so much you saved me from a huge headache. You can expect more regular purchases from me 🙂🐶👌🏿✌🏿🫶🏿

The products are of great quality. However, the website doesn’t work as effectively as I would like. I tend to lose everything I’ve put in my cart and have to start all over. The products arrived on time, however, I didn’t get any email informing me that they would arrive on the day or time that they did, and I couldn’t track the order.

I like the vast amount of products that they sell online but the website can be very temperamental and slow. Checkout and delivery is good but packaging could be better. The majority of the items I received I was pleased with except one item and this was eventually refunded after taking photos. I used PAK's cosmetics before when I've not been able to get to the shop and would use again in future as the majority of my order I was happy with.

I’ve had a great experience with PAK’S. They sell good-quality products at reasonable prices, and their delivery service is reliable and efficient. My order arrived as expected, and I’m very happy with the overall service. I would definitely recommend them.

The customer service team are outstanding and contacted me to see whether I had placed my order and then again, when I duplicated my same order. The website is very cost effective!!! The only downside was when Evri courier failed to re-delivery my packages and resulted in my order being delivered over a week later!!!

I was very hesitant to purchase this unit (Abby) due to the location. I took a chance and got exactly what l ordered. I have been looking for this unit for a while now. The shipping was fast which is a BIG plus for me. Looking forward to purchasing another unit with the same response. Thank you, USA customer

I received what I paid for on time. But when I made a mistake with my order and called to correct it, the person I spoke to was unhelpful and said my order could not be corrected anymore as it had already been dispatched. I do not believe this because I received the dispatch notification via email a few hours after and there was definitely time to make corrections.

The products I have bought from Pak so far have been authentic - there is a reason you don't use Amazon when buying reliable hair and beauty products. At least I know that I won't get scammed using Pak. My family has been buying hair and beauty products from Pak Cosmetics since the 90s', so I know that what I pay for is what I receive.

I’ve was sceptical at first as I’ve never heard of this company, but I would have to say I’m very impressed. Delivery was quick and the price was goodconsidering how expensive delivery can be nowadays. Would highly rate will probably buy again.
