Dear Customer Service, I placed my order on June 4, and today is June 14. So far, I have not received any tracking number or shipping information from any courier company regarding my shipment. At the moment, I have no way of knowing where my package is, which shipping company is handling it, or when it is expected to arrive. Snelle verzending en pakket is goed te volgen met de track & trace. Ubervape doet het prima! Jammer dat de Nederlandse douane er tussen zit en de 21% VAT berekent over de zending en daardoor het pakket ook met dagen vertraagd wordt... maar daar kan Ubervape ook niets aan doen.

Been ordering for years various mods and refills which I collect as local. Always great friendly service and advice from these guys. Have had deliveries on the odd occasion and spot on with packaging and delivery times. Thanks guys

great delivery service..i googled to see if anyone had any more N3 filters for my old voopoo drag 2? and ubervape came in handy as they had them in stock! alongside heisenberg and tropical tsunami which were great juice additions... 5 stars!

I personally buy the vampire vape products and they always arrive on in perfect order and always within a week for free. Of course if it's in stock. They are trustworthy to the end. I placed an order online but then noticed I had ordered the wrong strength, I emailed immediately and my email was picked up and my order was amended and dispatched in record time Prices are very competitive and delivery costs are low, will order from again soon First Class Service and worthy of 5 stars

Products are a fair price, however the company are let down by royal mail delivery. I have now been waiting a week for the ordered items and and royal mail tracking suggested the Products would be delivered first thing this morning and as of 11.30 they still haven't arrived. I would recommend the company but suggested you avoid the free Royal Mail delivery option

Still lot received my order….been waiting a week. Placed my order for tanks with Ubervape and a separate order for Vape liquid with another site about an hour apart, received the liquid next day (no additional charge) and after a call into them to report it not being received by Royal Mail have been told I have now got to wait until mid next week to be able to call and report the tanks not delivered. The. They will determine next steps. Had to go out a buy more tanks in the meantime to keep me going….spending more money than needed! Really not impressed with the service on my first order!

Great service. I bought myself a new vape and required spare tanks and coils and this was one of the very few places that stocked what I needed. Delivery was excellent, received what I ordered 3 days later on standard delivery

I received my order complete but the only issue I have is it took too long to arrive apart with that I was pleased but if you can do a quicker delivery I might order again from you but overall your a good company

They often have good deals on. Even if there aren't any deals on products I usually buy they are a similar price to what you get in shops but you earn points with each purchase so it works out cheaper in the long run. Deliveries are usually quick too, within a couple of days.

I was struggling to find 3ml pods until I found Uber vape very happy with the process and prompt delivery.
