If buying shoes is risky on line.....then buying hair enhancers is unbelievably difficult. With tiny swatches of colour to guide you, and many sites refusing to accept ANY returns, the chances of getting it right first time is slim to none.
Hothair understand this, and are supportive even if you get it wrong several times. As long as the product is exactly as it was when delivered.

The hairpiece was far too light; I emailed to advise that I would be returning it. Once posted I notified the company and included a note of the tracking reference. I did not and have not yet received an acknowledgement of any of these messages. The colour of the item is not as represented in the listing but the quality of the product is good. I was disappointed with the level of communication.
