Thank you for the refund. I have ammended the review because as I said in my original review, I am very happy with other orders and products and was aware there must have been an IT issue as my orders were not logged, despite me having confirmation emails, which I sent copies of multiple times, and the final item of a discontinued product being sent to someone else even though I had ordered it previously. The main issue was the lack of apology or explanation, prior to the review, the issue being ongoing for a month, having emails ignored and then being questioned again about it although it was ongoing. Everyone I spoke to on the phone were very kind, however, and I am very grateful for that.
I am very happy with products I have received, however one order has led to a very poor customer service experience. I wouldn't normally write negative reviews - especially for a company I want to keep purchasing from, but one order from the middle of December, which I got confirmation about, was not delivered and when I enquired I was told there was no record of the order and to order again. I did so with next day delivery and a few days later contacted again, multiple times by email and phone call, as I did not receive it, only to find out it was delivered to someone else and was the last one. At this point I have paid twice for something and not received anything.
Eventually, after having emails ignored, I managed to request a different wig by phone and asked for a refund for the two unfulfilled orders minus the one I received. The wig was sent out and I am happy with it and I was told a refund would follow. A few days later there was no refund so I emailed again only to be asked to confirm the order numbers when I have sent them multiple times over email and I was questioned as to he validity of my request, again. I confirmed the order numbers and have now spent another day with no contact. This is at a time of distress as I am undergoing cancer treatment.
The current situation is I have two orders that went through smoothly; another has been ongoing for over a month and I am awaiting a refund for the two unfulfilled orders from 24th December and 5th January, minus a replacement that I received.
