I absolutely love the Paula Young toppers in Light Auburn, they match completely my natural colour to such a degree that even the wig shop people I go to in order to have the fringe cut (it's always too long!) can't tell the difference! But the toppers always stick up at the top and make me look like I have 'conehead'! I tried everything to flatten the top... Also unfortunately they get damaged very quickly when they rub on my clothes, despite me using the Synovate products (leave-in conditioner, fibre oil etc.)

I have been using Hothair for many years and I am very satisfied with the hair pieces etc that I receive. Their service is second to none and would recommend to anyone I know

I have ammended the review because as I said in my original review, I am very happy with other orders and products and was aware there must have been an IT issue as my orders were not logged, despite me having confirmation emails, which I sent copies of multiple times, and the final item of a discontinued product being sent to someone else even though I had ordered it previously. The main issue was the lack of apology or explanation, prior to the review, the issue being ongoing for a month, having emails ignored and then being questioned again about it although it was ongoing. Everyone I spoke to on the phone were very kind, however, and I am very grateful for that. I am very happy with products I have received, however one order has led to a very poor customer service experience. I wouldn't normally write negative reviews - especially for a company I want to keep purchasing from, but one order from the middle of December, which I got confirmation about, was not delivered and when I enquired I was told there was no record of the order and to order again. I did so with next day delivery and a few days later contacted again, multiple times by email and phone call, as I did not receive it, only to find out it was delivered to someone else and was the last one. At this point I have paid twice for something and not received anything. Eventually, after having emails ignored, I managed to request a different wig by phone and asked for a refund for the two unfulfilled orders minus the one I received. The wig was sent out and I am happy with it and I was told a refund would follow. A few days later there was no refund so I emailed again only to be asked to confirm the order numbers when I have sent them multiple times over email and I was questioned as to he validity of my request, again. I confirmed the order numbers and have now spent another day with no contact. This is at a time of distress as I am undergoing cancer treatment. The current situation is I have two orders that went through smoothly; another has been ongoing for over a month and I am awaiting a refund for the two unfulfilled orders from 24th December and 5th January, minus a replacement that I received.

The website was easy to navigate. Ordering was straightforward. Delivery was safe and secure. The real bonus was the variety of styles and the competitive prices. I found this company online by accident.........I am so glad I did.

If you choose something that is in stock then it’s great you can get it the next day but unfortunately so many of them have to be ordered in so it’s quite a wait but other than that I’ve used them many times and always pleased.

I love buying from Hothair. Wigs in stock arrive quickly and the prices are always excellent with lots of frequent discounts- the first place I go for my wigs. As someone with medical hair loss having a trusted supplier is essential and I highly recommended them.

Easy website to use and navigate. Lovely choice of wigs though I do wish more were available in greys. Wigs are great quality, fit well and reasonably priced with some good deals in the sales and clearance. I have bought a few and love them. Great service and quick delivery. Bonus for me is they deliver to the Isle of Man! Highly recommend Hot Hair/Natural Image.

Great value wigs have been extremely happy with the wigs purchased over the last year or two. Would love to see a wider range of Gabor and Rene of Paris and overall more options for grey/silver/white mix etc. Website is easy to use, great to see VAT relief even on sale items. Quick delivery to Isle of Man which is amazing, as so many wig companies will not even post here!

This claw clip has been a game changer! I would like it to be more of the beachy clip rather than a high pony tail. Maybe you could give it a new design. However, this is an excellent product!

I am an Octogenerian and my hair is now thining. My star sign is Leo and I have had a mane since I was 5 years old. I particularly liked the large number of options available to me to from hothair to enhance what I have left and was really pleased with my choice. The website was easy to use even for an "oldie" which was excellent.

Colour matching blonde shades is really hard . I had to return one pony tail . When I can I’ll pop into the Newcastle shop to find out which colour is best

I like how I can phone about a query and it gets sorted on the phone it's good to be able to speak to someone I perfur rather then email. Iv used this company for many years .

I have experienced an issue whereby the carrier managed to lose my hot hair parcel and straight away without prompting hot hair have despatched a replacement so excellent customer service

A very helpful company!Their recent sale was fabulous! Should any returns be made they are efficient in refunding & their communications are good! The range of quality wigs is excellent. Their price points are competitive & their staff are always most helpful.

The wraps are my saviour after menopause and operations causing thinning hair. Don’t go out without it. I always try and have a spare but now need more. They are out of stock which often happens. Waiting now for order. Great product.
