I’ve been a repeat customer of Afro Hair Boutique since 2020. Their website, is my opinion, has everything one needs for all hair types. Their hair accessories, salon and beauty products is also very comprehensive. Their prices match or are more competitive than High street hair and beauty outlets. The sheer convenience and ease of ordering what I need from the comfort of my own home, the excellent email notifications keeping me informed and the speed of my products being delivered, always in a very timely manner, carefully and immaculately presented and wrapped, with never any leaks, means the whole experience, every time, is unparalleled. As long as AHB continue to deliver their enormous range of products, competitive and keen prices, plus this high standard of service, I will remain their customer. I highly recommend them. 10/10

The order came quickly, which I have no problem with, but what could be better is that they sent me items with cheaper price lables to the price I paid online which cost more. I notified them of this, and thought it right that they should really refund the difference as to me it's overcharging. Their response was not really satisfactory as they said that it was the correct price I paid online. How can that be if the actual items you are presented with is different.

Great customer service, poor courier service.
The customer service was great. I had a fast response with the information I required. The staff at the courier company they use are however lazy, leaving parcels outside without checking if someone is in, just because they don't want to come back. I do understand that this may not be within Afro Hair Boutique's control, but it isn't good for business.

The product I wanted was out of stock at all of the usual places I order so I though I'd afrohairboutique.com. The website isn't the easiest to navigate (please look at sorting out the search) but the product arrived quickly and was exactly as I'd hoped.
