I knew the package wouldn’t go through the letterbox and so I had to stay home for it’s arrival as I didn’t receive information on approximate expected date/s of delivery.
It would be brilliant if you could advise me when I place my next order.
I was surprised to see that you’re based in West Road, Harlow. Know it well as I lived in Harlow for years. Are you also a ‘walk-in Shop?

This company is a scam - they describe goods on line which are incorrect - they state that Harmony Extra Firm Hairspray is manufactured by Lornamead - it is not - this product is a very poor replica & absolute rubbish!

The ordering process was very straight forward, accessing processing/shipping info was very easy as well, and on delivery all items were sealed very well to avoid any spillage during transit (I’ve had issues with this in the past with other stores). Lastly multiple payment options available as well which is a bonus. Overall really happy with My Hair & Beauty and will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered the wrong products - my own carelessness - and contacted the company who replied promptly how to return the goods for refund. I returned them and got my refund promptly. I then ordered the proper items which came even more quickly than predicted. A good company to deal with!
