I discover Nuud about 18 months ago, it was far better than five other natural deodorants I had tried. Lasted for days, no smell, clothes stayed fresh for longer.
I thought I had found my forever deodorant.
They recently changed the formula, and these things no longer hold true for me. I believe they are still tweaking the formula. I was offered a discount on my next purchase, and they did refund me.
So 5/5 for customer service. 6/5 for the old formula. It’s just a shame that the new one doesn’t work for me.
I think the company ethos is great, I would recommend trying the product, and if I could buy the old product I instantly would.
The post does take a while to arrive so something to consider when ordering.

Orders don't shop from within the UK. So expect long delays and inaccurate or vague tracking updates. You'll have to content customer support multiple time to find out where your deodorant is on it's long journey.
The first time they despatched it it took over a month until they agreed it was lost in transit. They then sent a second that took 2 weeks to arrive. With no discount for the trouble. (6 weeks between buying a deodorant and actually getting it)
It was a tedious and poor online shopping experience. Especially considering it's a just a deodorant.
I was excited to try it. Great product let down by awful shipping, tracking, logistics and customer service.
Next time I'll just go to boots and buy an alternative natural deodorant.

I’m going through menopause and for the first time in my life I couldn’t feel fresh and nothing would work on me. I gave everything a try, but after a couple of hours I would smell because of my hormones. This is long past since I started using nuud, which keeps me fresh for days, even when I’m having showers don’t need to reapply for several days! Which for my case is amazing!
It worked miracles to my teenager son as well! There is no way we will use anything else ever again!

Switched to nuud around a year ago and will never go back! I recommend it to all my friends and family. All natural, completely neutralizes smell, and as a result I sweat less because I'm not worried about my level of freshness through the day. I use every 2-3 days, a pea size amount straight out of the shower. So easy to travel with, and a reasonable price for how long it lasts, especially if you buy the multipacks. Brilliant product :)

This deodorant lasts ages and that’s because it’s so effective. I apply it maximum of twice a week, I can shower, swim and it still works! I should say that I’m not a massively sweaty person so I’m sure that helps, but this is definitely the best deodorant I’ve used. I love the fact that it’s better for my body and for the environment :)

Fantastic product…
I had developed a dark circle under my arms from a reaction to aluminium with many over the counter products. Nuud is great. No more allergic reaction. It's small enough to pop into my o ernight bag, lasts fir 3 days at least and keeps me fresh. The cap you can purchase to help spread the cream is very good.

Love nuud! Been using it for years snd its brilliant. Keeps me fresh and doesn’t stain my clothes. I generally apply every 2-3 days.
Everything is compostable (if they can do it so can others!), cute packageing and delivery is always prompt.

My favourite hygiene product!
It works for at least 5 days, maybe more. It leaves no residue on your clothes and it leaves no odour on your clothes. I have never loved a deodorant so much!!
