I have used Dr Fox a number of times over recent years. The process of ordering couldn’t be more straightforward and above board. The despatch process is swift (and discreet). If you are a first time user, the series of questions you need to answer might seem a tiny bit daunting. But Dr Fox is really good at storing your information and providing a rapid turn around for repeat orders. On a tiny handful of occasions, for personal reasons, I had to cancel an order. This, again, was a quite simple and straightforward process. I just don’t think the procedure could be improved (except on the odd occasion where an order later in the day might lead to an extra day in the delivery pipeline).

Like the products, the service. Not so much, the delivery, the company that did it has an strict schedule that wasn't coordinated with my own one. I had to ask for the delivery twice and if they couldn't deliver it on that second time they would return it to their local store which is in another town not a place in my town that I can pay go and get anytime.

Always easy to order from Dr Fox, once you complete the questionnaire about your needs and requirements its a simple process to pay. I like the communications about your order while its being processed and posted. All this gives you confidence that you are dealing with a reputable online seller.

I dont think that you can do a better job. I have used you on and off for a few years now, and I have no problems having to think when will my tablets arrive as you keep me well informed. thank you for your service and also Trusted shops Maureen Holder

Great range of medication - straightforward order process - reassuring that requests are vetted by a Dr - prompt order shipping and plain robust packaging to ensure that medication is not revealed. Really good. Will -and have in past - use again.

Ease of ordering, comprehensive information provided when ordering medication and speedy delivery. I like that I can access medication this way and taking the pressure off the NHS and my GP surgery!

We had a problem when our order was not delivered. Dr Fox was most helpful and sorted it out. Shocking that a commercial organisation is more helpful, efficient and responsive than our GP surgery.

Simple efficient questionnaire with a professional quick delivery much easier than messing about contacting a pharmacy or surgery other than to inform them of your chosen medication route

Genuine products, all meds and alternatives explained on site. Online doctor is efficient and make the necessary checks prior authorising. Once the meds are processed, it’s fast delivery.

I have used Dr Fox services for many years. I have always found the service they provide to be highly effecient from ordering to delivery. They also represent very good value for money.

they delivered the order very quickly after I put the order in .... it would be good if u could adjust the amounts on the reorder of last order with out having to start a new order

Great advice. Swift delivery and once when it didn’t arrive…. one phone call ( spoke to a human being immediately!), and within one hour, refunded into my account. Can’t fault them.
