Order was delivered quickly and initially I was worried as the mouthpiece was extremely rigid, however when submerged in hot water it was pliable and much more comfortable to wear. First night was amazing, having tracked my snoring on an app, this first night didn't pick any snoring up at all!! I didn't sleep well as it was obviously going to take some getting used to. Second night was good, but I ended up taking it out during the night. My bottom teeth were painful during the following day, so I decided to remould it. The third night I did the same, ended up removing it during the night and had painful bottom teeth the following day when I bit down. I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful and offered my money back, however I still persisted with the device, I was desperate to be able to wear it. It appears that my narrow jawline and very slight overbite meant it was not a great fit for my mouth. I sent photos back to customer support and they suggested I hadn't moulded it properly as there weren't any indentations in the device for my teeth to grip, hence my bottom jaw moving back during the night and pressing against the device. They have very kindly refunded me, this company is a breath of fresh air. Prompt, helpful and professional. I am in a quandary as to whether I am going to try again with this device or not, I feel if I can mould it better it should work...but it's a fair bit of money to risk after 1 failed attempt. Plus I have a load of cleaning solution to use up!!! Would not hesitate to recommend, assuming you have a fairly normal sized mouth and not one of a hamster like me.

The product is really basic and in effect could be bought from any high street sportswear goods store. All the gum shields used in the past are of the same design and mould to your mouth shape by warming up and allowing to cool into position. The website does however need to clearly mark out that if the wearer has any tooth issues, crowns, bridges etc. it may not be suitable, my crown fitted recently, has dropped out, which means another costly visit to the dentist. Overall, it has reduced my snoring but not entirely and the cost is excessive for what it is.

Disappointed

. Having read all the reviews on how brilliant Snorban is I had high hopes that it would help my snoring and I would be able to sleep with my husband again! But so far it hasn’t helped!

It just falls out of my mouth when I turn on my side and I wake up having to put it back in. I followed the instructions to the letter but it seems to have got looser in just a couple of days. Feels like a lot of money wasted.

Good start...

I've been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and was recommended this product by my consultant. I've been using it for 4 nights now and have found that the material is still quite stiff and has caused abrasions on the roof of my mouth and behind my lower teeth which is making it painful to use. That being said, for the first 3 nights my hubby said that I didn't snore at all and it was the first time he hadn't worn ear plugs in years! Last night, aparently I did snore, but I think I was taking it out in my sleep where it was painful. Regardless, I will persevere through the discomfort for as long as I can in the hope that my abrasions heal and enable a more comfortable fit afterwards. I'm just conscious that I have already fitted it twice, and they can only be remoulded 3 times.

A good product far better than most of the competition.

Good order process and fast delivery. This is the third time I purchased the device and although it is quite easy to mild and apply, I think the produce would be even better if there was an air gap between the upper and lower fittings.
