It helped with my sleep at night. I used all the cleaning products with it, It had taken me a week to get used the Snorban in my mouth but it reduced my Snoring. However, I still snore a litte bit at times wondering if I can use tape stripes on the nose with the snorBan too. Was quite easy to mould to shape and is really ok to wear. After the initial brain panic of not being able to breath through your mouth.
I recorded my self on a snoring app last night and my score was 3 the lowest it’s ever been. I’m normally about 50 and if I eat or drink over 100.
Had no epic or loud snoring at all.
I’ve had a test at a sleep clinic and had positional moderate sleep apnea. The doctor suggested this device. I’m very pleased and definitely recommend.

One size doesn’t fit all
The problem I think is that everybody has a different jaw and teeth size. It does work a bit and takes a lot of getting used to. I’ve found that the top and bottom front rims are too big and press onto the roof and palette hard making it uncomfortable. It’s probably impossible to offer different sizes though.

Much better than the alternative I'd been using
Very comfortable and appears effective until the early hours of the morning. I'm not spitting it out, which is what would happen during the night with my previous device. Also is well-priced. Delivery was very quick.
Only negative was that it is easy to melt it too much when trying to fit and form it the first time. As with all guards, getting it set up for the right shape was very difficult and I think I messed it up a bit. Unfortunately, it's a bit too expensive to order another for a 2nd try.

Works perfectly, unless you have a cold!
Works really well but if you have any nasal congestion you can’t wear it as it seals your mouth completely. It would be absolutely perfect if it also had some breathing holes in the middle.

It has reduced the noise I make but not stopped it. I have found it hard to us. My bottom front teeth are sore in the morning after I have used it but do not feel as tired as I was.
