I didn’t expect this to work but on the first night of using I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time, so did my husband as he wasn’t woken by my constant snoring in fact he had to check I was still breathing so both are very happy.

I am told by my partner it has reduced some snoring. It's uncomfortable in the mouth when lying on my back.
I molded it twice and you only get 3 goes. Of course after the first go you have to cut off the handle so re-moulding is a little more tricky.
