Waited for a good while for these to come back in stock. I had them before and they were the best I ever had. I have been wearing a wig for over 40 years and tried many different ones before. They were well worth the wait. So comfortable and soft.
I was sent a faulty item. There are hair missing at the temple. I ordered her especially for New Years eve so asked if it could be exchanged at their branch as it was only days before the occasion but wasn't allowed to do that. So now I'm stuck with her and need to be careful not to put hair away. I spent so much on a wig not to need to worry about such things. Overall not a good experience as wigs should be inspected before being sent. On top of that she looked like she was being used as a tag inside cap wasn't looking perfectly clean so I would speculate that she was being returned before by someone else and instead being removed from stock or fixed was sold again with hopes that the next person would not return it. Overall not a good experience.

My experience so far has been good except they are not very good at communication , but there is a phone no and you can speak to a person about your query. The wig I received I was very impressed with but size was wrong. Check their charts carefully before ordering

Good website and great savings on wigs. I've kept all I have bought so far but reassured you can return if not suitable. Good too you can get VAT back if you have a medical problem that qualifies. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Arrived quickly, colour is lovely but I found the back of the wig is a lot darker than show on the website. The length is great and fits very well.
Would recommend and would definitely buy again.

Received the wig quicker than expected, unfortunately the wig was not a good colour for me
Sent back a wig over two weeks ago and still no refund !
Sent back a wig over two weeks ago. It's now been 16 days since they've had possession of the returned item and still I await a refund. I had to get in contact with them over three times, via email and facebook where eventually they replied with a ''We are processing it'' .One email was particularly pretentious and arrogant way. Honestly how long does it take ? If I took this long with a refund for my customers they would not return. I shouldn't have to be chasing this refund. First time customer and although I want to order a similar product I will now look elsewhere. No trust, poor communication and a fight for a refund. Not recommended !

Very prompt delivery and easy to return
Very prompt delivery, I immediately returned the wig. The colour was a mistake my fault. However I didn't try it on beause I could tell there was no way it was a short wig or certainly not as short as I wanted. Still waiting for a refund!!
