My very first wig was a Natural Image brand wig and I was not disappointed. Their selection is great andI like that they show short video reviews on the website. The service is excellent and any questions via email are answered quickly. I reccomend using the Royal Mail next day delivery option. It's worth the cost for peace of mind. I have bought a couple of clearance wigs and love my purchases.

Natural Image wigs are amazing. One of my favourite brands. However, your website is terrible - there isn’t a search engine that actually works, the navigation is awful and there’s rarely enough stock available even for your own brand. The clearance section is great and there are some nice deals to be found. If you could get your website working well, I reckon you could triple turnover. I know most of my wig wearing pals just don’t bother to look for wigs on your website because it’s a pain to navigate and find items to buy. I’m also going to say that I think you charge too much for postage! I’d recommend adding the cost to the actual wig price and offering free delivery or charge a very low flat rate (£1.99) or offer free delivery on orders over £120 for example. I often get to the checkout and find £8 for p&p just too much to pay and go to a different store instead. I really do like your wigs but I have to tell you about the website as I would love to see it working well and see you increase your sales and profits.

As someone who lost all their hair Natural Image has been excellent. I can get the same wig again and again for continuity and they are the only company that refund or swap if the colour or style doesn't suit. I only wish the wig manufacturers offered more brown options rather than blond abd auburn The customer service department is a joy to deal with.

It would have been 5 stars but I was told it would be out of stock until October. When I rang I was told you could get one back from one of your shops. You did that and I am pleased with the wig. In future it would be better to get it from one of your shops automatically rather than having me ask you to do so.

Thank you for the refund for the unfulfilled orders. As stated on my original review I was happy with other orders and products and have hence ammended the review. Item not received despite multiple email and phone calls and promise of refund. I am only posting here as more direct methods are not working after over a month. This is very stressful during cancer treatment. I have had some good orders where I was very happy both with the product and service. This order was a reorder from one placed in December which you had no record of, which was made on the 5th January. I have now ordered and paid twice and not received. The item was the last one and sent to another customer, suggesting multiple computer errors. I was sent a cheaper alternative as I was at a crucial point of treatment and needed a very short wig. This can be taken off the two refunds.

My first ever wig was a Natural Image “Sally”, fitted and purchased from a local salon. I’ve since ordered several wigs online from Natural Image, and they have all been of excellent quality and delivered in a reasonable time

The wig still has a lot of hair on top... but i can cut this away... So okay... .But the packaging was very good, in that the, Hot hair, Natural Image, was Covered with a Documents sticker, so didn't make the package obvious... for where I live... I want to order a couple more wigs to keep in stock,, as I am 83 and would like the package to have the contents names.. at least covered.. Thanks Ray Mathews

Delivery after 48 hours. Great value wigs and good choice of colours. My hair is greying brown and I have struggled to find a similar shade. Onyx glow is a great match. One of my wigs was out of stock but I was emailed to let me know when it would be back in stock and it arrived earlier. Thank you for a great helpful service.

I ordered a wig, wanting a blonde colour, but when it came the colour was nothing like the advertised colour,it was really really dark instead of blonde, I was so disappointed as I still can't seem to get my preferred colour, which I have had from you before, so I sent it back for a replacement. I heard nothing until I had to email you myself wondering if you had even received it back. From then on I received my replacement the next day which was great, but it's not really the colour I would like, but it had to do, as my old one was so tatty.

I have two new Wigs from you . Both look and wear beautifully . I wear the Mari with a large bow at the crown on London days, gets great compliments . Thanks Jamie 🎀

The initial order was returned as the colour turned out to be darker than expected. On the return form, where you tick either refund or a new order, I added the details for a new order. Nothing arrived so I contacted Customer Service who was helpful but couldn’t find the order so would check it and let me know tracking details. After a few days of hearing nothing I rang again and spoke to the same lady. Again, she was very pleasant and helpful. She found that I I had a credit note, which wasn’t one of the options, but rearranged the replacement wigs. These arrived very quickly via the Post Office at my request (PS - I loathe the extremely poor service of Evri and don’t understand why companies use them as it can reflect badly on them). I am happy with how things turned out thanks to your Customer Service.

Easy navigation of the website and easy ordering. There's immediate information as to the availability of wigs when ordering. Great selection of wigs and prices are very competitive.

I have made a few purchases recently and all the pieces are lovely. Very happy with them. Only tiny criticism is that because the So Darling wig is extremely popular, most of the colours are out of stock alot of the time. Sometimes, having to wait months for them to come back in. However the customer service is always great, can't fault it.

I have ordered wigs from this company previously and have been impressed with the service recieved and my goods.They arrived quickly ,and in excellent condition ,I loved the wigs I purchased.I recently purchased a different brand of wig to my usual brand. Unfortunately it did not suit me at all. So I returned it.Miranda was very helpful in helping me return the wig. I would highly recommend this company for easy ordering, and if you are not completely satisfied they will offer you a replacement or a full refund obviously within their terms and conditions.

I know when I order through Natural Image that my order is despatched quickly and I am kept up to date on delivery throughout the process. It's a great service!

Can be contacted by telephone normal office hours. Telephone is answered by an English speaking person that I can understand. Any query ( which is not a common occurance ) is deals with promptly

Kept well informed, delivered on time, outside brown packaging was extremely damaged but luckily the item was intact, delivering company at fault not natural image

Item arrived in two days, unfortunately the colour didn't suit me. Returned the item a day later and refund received within 4 days. Excellent service.

I live in France, and the wigs, if they are in stock, are delivered quickly. I particularly like the fact the site shows if a particular wig is in stock, of if it has to be ordered. The p&p is reasonable too.

My order 2021135 was returned last week. I traced the package and it was received back at your warehouse last Saturday 24/01/26. I have not received confirmation of receipt, and am awaiting my refund. A previous order i placed didn't arrive, and after 3/4 weeks I rang to chase. I was told the wig was not available. No one emailed me to advise this, I had to chase the info. 1. Why was the wig on your website if it was not available? 2. Why could you not have emailed me to let me know i was waiting for a wig that wasn't going to arrive? Communication needs improvement.
