Speedy service. I ordered 3 wigs from Natural image so that I could choose which one I wanted to keep. All 3 wigs were lovely and arrived quickly, which was great as chemo had started to take my hair faster than anticipated. The one I kept, Sally, is really natural and I have had so many compliments on it. It is so easy to wear and even on windy days I have confidence in it that it isn't going anywhere! I returned the other 2 for a refund.

I love the Natural Image/ Alternative Look wigs I've purchased 5, I find them great to wear, they all look very natural to me and there is not too much hair they are just right for me. I've bought Zara in Coffee Mist, April in Paprika root, April in Golden Glow and April in Soft Copper and Attract in Caramel glow rooted, love them all and they make me feel great. I'm wearing Attract in the photo.

I am happy with the service given. The wigs I order come from America and can take a few weeks to arrive, but payment is not taken until despatch from Natural Image. The wigs are good quality and will last even longer if the right shampoo and conditioner is used.

Good selection of wigs, easy to order and speedy delivery. Difficult to gauge colour and I had to send the first wig I ordered back as the colour wasn't right for my mother's complexion, second wig was just right. Easy to return and fairly quick to refund but postage at own cost, which added a significant amount to my final purchase.

My very first wig was a Natural Image brand wig and I was not disappointed. Their selection is great andI like that they show short video reviews on the website. The service is excellent and any questions via email are answered quickly. I reccomend using the Royal Mail next day delivery option. It's worth the cost for peace of mind. I have bought a couple of clearance wigs and love my purchases.

Ordering easy, arrived super fast,well packed.Two of my items were fab so keeping as I love them,so well made and exactly as described, decided to return a couple of other wigs purely because they didn't suit me/fit me etc and returns so easy and refunded quickly. Highly recommend and will be ordering more!

The wigs are great.The discounted promotions are even better. When a person has to wear wigs , it can become extremely expensive without these promotions....so more regular discounts please. Service is good Staff very helpful

I’ve tried so many wigs before this one and all didn’t fit right . This one is the perfect fit , size is perfect, colour is natural looking , as well as the length I didn’t need to cut at all , and most of all got it in the sale

I've had lots of chemo and lost my hair each time. The wig makes me feel more like I was before cancer despite whatever else is going on with my body.This is my second wig so I also needed more products. It's expensive but priceless to me.

I love your range of wigs they do give a natural image .Also how fast you deliver I have bought many wigs of you and will continue to do so .I cant think of anything you could do better.

Just bought an end of line sale wig, perfect for every day around the house. When I go out or have visitors, I wear an April wig, which is my all time favourite. The new wig is a good colour and size (petite) and looks good when worn.

As someone who lost all their hair Natural Image has been excellent. I can get the same wig again and again for continuity and they are the only company that refund or swap if the colour or style doesn't suit. I only wish the wig manufacturers offered more brown options rather than blond abd auburn The customer service department is a joy to deal with.

Bought a hair topper to replace another one that was getting old. It came the next day so brilliant delivery service. The hair topper was perfect, light and so realistic looking. The price was incredible for the quality. Will definitely order more in the future.

Natural Image wigs are amazing. One of my favourite brands. However, your website is terrible - there isn’t a search engine that actually works, the navigation is awful and there’s rarely enough stock available even for your own brand. The clearance section is great and there are some nice deals to be found. If you could get your website working well, I reckon you could triple turnover. I know most of my wig wearing pals just don’t bother to look for wigs on your website because it’s a pain to navigate and find items to buy. I’m also going to say that I think you charge too much for postage! I’d recommend adding the cost to the actual wig price and offering free delivery or charge a very low flat rate (£1.99) or offer free delivery on orders over £120 for example. I often get to the checkout and find £8 for p&p just too much to pay and go to a different store instead. I really do like your wigs but I have to tell you about the website as I would love to see it working well and see you increase your sales and profits.

I had to return the wig, as it didn't suit. But I had no reply back to say you had received it. To get my refund, I had to ring 5 times, to get it sorted. Not very good customer service, in my opinion.

This is my 3rd wig by you but only the first bought directly from you. Your customer service is excellent. my confidence since wearing your wigs has been so much better.

The colours of the last two wigs I’ve had were beautifully blended. I think you must have changed your supplier. I have 12/28 soft honey. Very much better. Lovely.

I am happy with my purchases. On a general note, I find the photos (of the various wigs) on your website have a very old fashioned look about them. Many look to be out-dated. It needs a fresh, modern look to make it more appealing.
