My very first wig was a Natural Image brand wig and I was not disappointed. Their selection is great andI like that they show short video reviews on the website. The service is excellent and any questions via email are answered quickly. I reccomend using the Royal Mail next day delivery option. It's worth the cost for peace of mind. I have bought a couple of clearance wigs and love my purchases.

Natural Image wigs are amazing. One of my favourite brands. However, your website is terrible - there isn’t a search engine that actually works, the navigation is awful and there’s rarely enough stock available even for your own brand. The clearance section is great and there are some nice deals to be found. If you could get your website working well, I reckon you could triple turnover. I know most of my wig wearing pals just don’t bother to look for wigs on your website because it’s a pain to navigate and find items to buy. I’m also going to say that I think you charge too much for postage! I’d recommend adding the cost to the actual wig price and offering free delivery or charge a very low flat rate (£1.99) or offer free delivery on orders over £120 for example. I often get to the checkout and find £8 for p&p just too much to pay and go to a different store instead. I really do like your wigs but I have to tell you about the website as I would love to see it working well and see you increase your sales and profits.

As someone who lost all their hair Natural Image has been excellent. I can get the same wig again and again for continuity and they are the only company that refund or swap if the colour or style doesn't suit. I only wish the wig manufacturers offered more brown options rather than blond abd auburn The customer service department is a joy to deal with.

It would have been 5 stars but I was told it would be out of stock until October. When I rang I was told you could get one back from one of your shops. You did that and I am pleased with the wig. In future it would be better to get it from one of your shops automatically rather than having me ask you to do so.

Item not received despite multiple email and phone calls and promise of refund. I am only posting here as more direct methods are not working after over a month. This is very stressful during cancer treatment.
I have had some good orders where I was very happy both with the product and service.
This order was a reorder from one placed in December which you had no record of, which was made on the 5th January. I have now ordered and paid twice and not received. The item was the last one and sent to another customer, suggesting multiple computer errors. I was sent a cheaper alternative as I was at a crucial point of treatment and needed a very short wig. This can be taken off the two refunds.

So okay... .But the packaging was very good, in that the, Hot hair, Natural Image, was Covered with a Documents sticker, so didn't make the package obvious... for where I live... I ordered a wig, wanting a blonde colour, but when it came the colour was nothing like the advertised colour,it was really really dark instead of blonde, I was so disappointed as I still can't seem to get my preferred colour, which I have had from you before, so I sent it back for a replacement. I heard nothing until I had to email you myself wondering if you had even received it back. From then on I received my replacement the next day which was great, but it's not really the colour I would like, but it had to do, as my old one was so tatty.

The initial order was returned as the colour turned out to be darker than expected. On the return form, where you tick either refund or a new order, I added the details for a new order. Nothing arrived so I contacted Customer Service who was helpful but couldn’t find the order so would check it and let me know tracking details. After a few days of hearing nothing I rang again and spoke to the same lady. Again, she was very pleasant and helpful. She found that I I had a credit note, which wasn’t one of the options, but rearranged the replacement wigs. These arrived very quickly via the Post Office at my request (PS - I loathe the extremely poor service of Evri and don’t understand why companies use them as it can reflect badly on them).

A previous order i placed didn't arrive, and after 3/4 weeks I rang to chase. I was told the wig was not available.
No one emailed me to advise this, I had to chase the info.

Your return was received by security at our warehouse site on Saturday the 24th. It was then relocated to our warehouse on Monday the 26th, processed, and refunded earlier today.
