User friendly ordering system. Item delivered in not a particularly fast time ad as it was what I believed to be a UK based supplier. However the order came from Europe and did seem on the tracker to spend a long time (3 days) at an airport in Europe. Slightly frustrating.
The bag itself is exactly what I wanted and is the quality I'd expect from the Samsonite brand.

Great choice off bags unusual brands that you don’t find on the high street which I love as no one else has it - so much so I’ve bought 4 in different colours! Dispatch is quick my only gripe is that you have to wait a while for DHL to deliver but saying that it’s worth the wait so if your going on your hols just order beforehand but apart from that love this company trust worthy no issues at all.

Attempts to speak to bags.co.uk was also by email and they were unable to give an accurate delivery date.
