Reviews:

Uncomplicated order, payment options, and delivery within a timeframe that perfectly matched. The bag seems to be made of very nice leather - great to find and order such a thing online (with a good description), for which you would have to walk many kilometers searching in stores :-). The shop appears clean and with good quality material - I hope that this opinion remains when using the bag :-).

Having read some negative reviews I was pensive. Decided to order a couple of samsonite suitcases from them as they have been discontinued and I can’t find them anywhere else. They are also at a heavily discounted price which made me suspicious if they are authentic. I took the plunge and ordered. The suitcases arrived 9 days later and are genuine brand! Excellent quality as well! They do come from abroad so i would suggest as long as u r not in a rush, they are fantastic! Will definitely order from them again!

Great service and beautiful suitcase! The shipping was very fast and the service top-notch. The suitcase looks aesthetically very nice and the material quality makes a good impression. However, during travel use, we noticed two things that could be improved: Carrying handle: The top handle is not exactly centered. As a result, the suitcase tilts or wobbles when lifted and is harder to carry. Side handle: An additional handle on the side is missing and would be very advantageous when loading and unloading. Otherwise, it is good merchandise. With these adjustments, the suitcase would be perfect.

The delivery was not very fast, but at least it was reliable. The postal route seemed too long with 5 days (criticism of the courier!). As for the bag: The bag has a long and adjustable shoulder strap for comfortable carrying. Also crossbody and great for sturdier people!! 🤩 The bag holds a relatively large amount without showing it externally. The inner qualities are excellent 👍. I have not had this positive experience with any other bag. Now about the contents or packing capability of this small space wonder: An Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max, a lipstick, a keychain with several keys, two charging cables plus adapter, several customer cards, bank cards, membership cards, insurance card, ID card and driver's license, two vaccination passports, a pen, my passport, a ballpoint pen, a notebook, a fragrance roll-on. I wear the bag regularly in my free time and under work clothing. I am very satisfied and hope this small but very fine bag will accompany me for a long time!! Only negative point: Nowadays, almost everything is produced in China. So far I had only trouble. I appeal to the companies to significantly reduce or stop production in Asia. Only cheap junk!!!

After placing order I looked at the reviews and was concerned about the delivery comments that it could take weeks. I needed a suitcase within 1 week of the order so contacted bags.co.uk, they assured me I would get the case in time and sent me daily updates of shipping/uk customs clearance and delivery I will definitely buy again, rea;;y excellent service couldn't fault them

The pair of Redolz Essentials 15 4-wheel trolley 75 cm suitcases in blue that I ordered are fantastic. They are zipless and have a three point locking system that’s great. I was looking for cases similar to my Samsonite cases that were smaller and within the airline sizing for a USA trip. They have a lot of my other cases features and are so competitive in price, I am delighted I have what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Hoping they perform as expected. Thank you.

I am ordering for the second time this trolley Punta big wheel. As a carrying aid in daily life, it is for me, 75 years old, a daily companion for shopping, errands, and sauna visits. It has a large capacity and I can still lift it fully loaded into the bus easily. This is due to its low weight. Often, I am approached by seniors in daily life asking what a great daily aid I have. I am happy to provide information. I do this advertising with full conviction for you. Gaby W.

Initially, it was not clear to me that the payment method "Advance Payment" is not the same as "On Account". Due to this, I unfortunately lost a week: I first waited for the delivery and then had to read the fine print to understand that I needed to pay for the order in advance.\n\nThis initially somewhat clouded the overall impression. A clear explanation of the difference between "Advance Payment" and "On Account" would therefore have been helpful.\n\nNow the suitcases have arrived, and I still have a few days before my departure.

The order was shipped quickly, but with DHL it took a long time again for the package to reach me. The bag is very beautiful, well made. Unfortunately, it was too big for me. In the pictures, it didn't seem so. Therefore, I had to return the bag. The return was straightforward, as was the refund of the purchase price.

I have been looking for a genuine leather handbag for a long time. WE LOVE BAGS has a huge selection and frequent discount promotions. The olive green HARBOUR 2nd shoulder bag caught my attention right away, as both straps are variable and it has the right size for my needs. In reality, I like the bag even more because it is very well made and the leather is really pleasantly soft and elegant. Because of the price reduction, I could also afford the matching olive green wallet. So, item as described, fast shipping in careful packaging. I am very satisfied, gladly again!

Ideal suitcase for a few days away. Very easy to handle, a fair amount of space, and the extra pockets on top are very handy for storing items without having to open the entire suitcase. Very sturdy base due to the strong wheels, does not tip over. Also very maneuverable thanks to the sturdy wheels.

User friendly ordering system. Item delivered in not a particularly fast time ad as it was what I believed to be a UK based supplier. However the order came from Europe and did seem on the tracker to spend a long time (3 days) at an airport in Europe. Slightly frustrating. The bag itself is exactly what I wanted and is the quality I'd expect from the Samsonite brand.

The backpack is great. There are many compartments and pockets for everything. The craftsmanship is high quality, you notice it immediately. The zippers are excellent and the shape is ideal. The handle is solidly attached, the material is overall of good quality. All in all, a well-thought-out product. I received more than I expected, I can only recommend it!

Great choice off bags unusual brands that you don’t find on the high street which I love as no one else has it - so much so I’ve bought 4 in different colours! Dispatch is quick my only gripe is that you have to wait a while for DHL to deliver but saying that it’s worth the wait so if your going on your hols just order beforehand but apart from that love this company trust worthy no issues at all.

I am completely satisfied! Great selection of brand bags and super affordable offers. Excellent service, from ordering to payment to delivery. Unfortunately, I had to return the beautiful Fredsbruder bag, as it was too large for me. The return and refund were also perfect. Absolute purchase recommendation!

Clear recommendation! The order at Koffer.de was uncomplicated and easy. The entire ordering process on the internet was clear and straightforward. Very fast shipping. The suitcase matches exactly the description and my expectations. Quality, handling, and delivery – everything was perfect.

I've been a customer for a few years. From order to delivery and return always everything TOP. No problems either with a supposedly bought Guess handbag that broke at the handle upon first wear - talking about eyelet, poor cheap workmanship, too soft plastic material, so had to return the bag due to these defects. No complaints about it. Therefore, I keep buying all my bags, etc.

Excellent service, great price. I already gave a larger suitcase but this one is a perfect size for a few days break or inflight baggage. Love the colour and the 3 opening security points. Fabulous for the environment too with the case being made from recycled PET bottles.🐩

Redolz suitcases are super-well made. There is a cover fabric layer with a zipper around on both sides of the opened suitcase (instead of the usual elastic straps, where the contents always fly out if you don't catch the right side to open). The lining and covers are not so tight that the seams come apart. I am impressed by the workmanship. Regarding koffer.com: there was a discount on the price and the delivery was again very fast and well packed. I love shopping here again and again.

The order from bags.ch was processed immediately and the next day the status was Shipped. However, with Swisspost, the status remained for several days (including the weekend) "Your shipment will soon be handed over to the post". It wasn't until after I received the package that I realized the shipment did not originate from Switzerland. The website advertises fast shipping, but I couldn't find any indication that the shipment is from abroad and thus takes 1-2 days longer. If you need a suitcase just before the holidays, this can be relevant. Otherwise, the ordering process was good and simple. The product also meets my expectations.
