Nice selection of bags but could do with faster dispatch and updates. The returns process for the UK is not good, especially for faulty items. I'm still waiting for a decision, but if it's declined and I have to pay for the return, I will never buy from the site again.

I ordered a suitcase last Wednesday and on Thursday I had an email to say it had been shipped from Germany and would "definitely" be with me soon. So far so good.
By Monday (today) the shipping status had not changed, still saying it was on its way to the DHL hub.
The customer service phone number on the shipping advice just rings, no answer, eventually I got a voice message saying the number is temporarily unavailable.
I tried emailing the customer service address but got no response.
DHL says they haven't received the shipment yet.
Eventually after a bit of internet trawling I found another number, 1 digit different to the one in the shipment email. I got an answer on this one where the operator said she would send me an email. I'm still waiting.
I go on holiday this week but it seems unlikely my new suitcase will arrive in time. If it does I'll amend this review, but the ability to contact Customer Service is still poor.
