The buying process is excellent. On placing an order an email is sent to the buyer asking for measurements to help ensure the correct size has been selected. I also received a follow up phone call which ensured I received the correct sized garment. I can’t fault this buying process. I received the item within two days of ordering. Another positive experience. I brought a Harrington style leather jacket. The quality is simply superb. Wanted a more robust, thicker leather that was still supple and wearable. This is exactly what I got and just as described on the website. I am completely satisfied with the quality of my jacket and the buying experience. I was dubious about buying on line with out trying on, after a conversation with a lady member of staff who was very knowledgeable and made sure that I gave her the right measurements she advised me what size I should order, the jacket came very quickly and fitted perfectly, I would definitely recommend using the company to other people.

I had a call after placing my order to check the size I ordered. When the waistcoat arrived I was delighted with the quality and fit and had a call to make sure I was satisfied with it . Very satisfied.

Then this got followed by an email advising on how to deal with the item when delivered from how to open the box so that to avoid any damage to it right through to how to hang it. Quite remarkable and impressive. The word should be spread about this quite exceptional company.

Sorry that I was only able to give 5 stars because they go well beyond that! I am now a pensioner who has spent most of most of my life in commerce and have always known that it does not matter what the price, it is quality and service that keeps bringing customers back and I have truthfully never had better service anywhere! On top of that I am extremely pleased with the leather jacket I bought which proved to be better than I could have hoped for. Don't waste yuor time looking elsewhere!.
