Bonjing’s review.
Ordering and payment online is always easy, and the delivery is very reliable. The prices are consistent compared with some other brands which can change the prices of the same items quite often (although the differences are not big). However, the quality control is sometimes not so good, I have 2 items of the same size and style, just in different colours. - one is clearly smaller. Also, it would be wonderful if you could possibly do international delivery (outside of Europe).

Beautiful baby and children’s clothing of good quality. Dispatch is usually very prompt and the efficiency of the courier is excellent. Returns are easy and refunds also prompt. There was a delay with dispatching my order this time an email would have been helpful as I was waiting for the items to take on holiday. Otherwise great company.

Always happy with Mayoral
I love the fact that the trousers are neat and not baggy at the bottom. Also they last very well. I would buy more T-shirts and hoodies but the sayings on them aren’t usually acceptable to my 16 year old. It needs to be pictures logos or plain but no phrases. Delivery always quick. It’s difficult to buy for my son as he is not quite in men’s sizes and they don’t adjust, also many brands stop at 16 so it’s great that I can buy trousers for age 18. I’ve been buying Mayoral since my son was a baby and I’ve never been disappointed.

I am not at all satisfied with the delivery. I was home all day waiting for the delivery, but no one knocked on the door or called me, which leads me to believe that no one even bothered to attempt the delivery. Instead, I received a notification to pick it up from the nearest office—which isn't actually close to my home at all—meaning I had to be late for work just to collect my package. This is not the service you promised. If this happens again, I will not shop on your site anymore; after all, there are plenty of other websites for children's clothing.

I ordered a children’s coat and the quality was absolutely superb, and I honestly cannot fault in any way. Would order from Mayoral again and also recommend to friends and family.
PS Thank you Mayoral for delivering to Northern Ireland. Hugely appreciated!

Mayoral new Autumn/ winter season
A fast efficient service and the joy of opening a parcel full of delights. My granddaughter is ecstatic with her new season clothes in three different colour ways.
She has a designer look without the exorbitant price of some other companies.
Keep them coming, Mayoral!

Absolutely love Mayoral. What started with baby clothes has turned into clothes for everything: smart outfits, cute casual play clothes, and now school uniforms. Not only does every fit nicely and hold up but the prices are also fantastic

As a nutrition and lifestyle consultant soon to be married I was looking for quality linen suits for my children, not mixed with polyester or other toxic materials. I found mayoral and was blown away by all their clothes. Absolutely love the quality of the fabrics used and the overall quality and care that has gone into this amazing brand. Beautiful.

Quality Clothing for Every Occasion
I first purchased Mayoral outfits for my grand daughter 21 years ago and continued to purchase for 12 years. As the quality of materials and design were excellent. Due to this standard I have always returned when purchasing gifts for other babies & children.
You asked what could Mayoral possibly do better? I would say, "Never compromise on Quality, in fabrics ,comfort & fit & durability al lead to sustainability.

Superb service…
In today’s world I think it’s great that I can order a high quality product from Europe on a Saturday evening and be in receipt of the goods in the UK on the Wednesday morning. Great service. Just keep this standard up.
