On my first attempt I ordered the wrong sizes on two shirts, both were Christmas presents for little girls. I rang Mayoral the next day, a very helpful young man cancelled the order and I received a full refund within a couple of days.
I think that this is remarkable service, most companies are not that helpful and hang on to your money for as long as they can. I’ve now re-ordered and have my beautiful shirts in the correct size.
Many thanks Mayoral, your clothing is always of excellent quality and your employees are exceptional.

The item was promised to be delivered on Friday as I needed the item for the weekend and that why I placed the order.
Now the UPS tracking number is showing the delivery has been delayed without providing the accurate date.Sadly Mayoral did not even notify me about the changes.I get disappointed every time I shop at Mayoral.com

Quality and customer service.

I love buying your clothes from Mayoral for my four granddaughters, excellent quality, wash beautifully, not expensive and excellent ordering and delivery. I have had to return one item as the leggings were missing, your packers need to check the items as it saves having to return them, other than that everything is beautiful and it won’t stop me from ordering again.

We love Mayoral for both of my son's clothes
I have been ordering Mayoral for both of my son's the last 6 years from UK. We love the quick service and delivery from Spain and also the ability to return items that they may not be suitable for us. Although after 6 years I know exactly what we need and their sizes. We Love their design and quality and so much to choose from making it a hard choice!

The delivery was very quick even with all the postal service issues. The quality of the clothes is very good and my grandson loves them. The colours are different from the run of the mill colours usually available. I bought dark green and plum. Could have bought cheaper but I think these items will wear well and last.

I first spotted Mayoral whilst abroad on holiday & absolutely loved the Range for our Little ones,I was fortunate enough to open my own Baby Boutique a few years back & obviously Mayoral was one of my favourites for my Customers for sure.I don’t think there is anything needed for improvement as the Brand is Excellent.

All my purchases that I have made over several years have been of the highest quality. The fabric is soft and cosy to touch, and the children have enjoyed wearing the clothes. My latest purchase has been the boys short fur lined coat. Its an absolute winner so much so I have bought another for next winter.

Excellent quality and designs, not so good delivery service
Mayoral clothes have excellent quality and the designs are to die for.
The only thing I believe could be better is the delivery service. It takes around a week if everything is OK but normally takes longer as the parcel is delivered by UPS which is so unreliable, delaying the delivery date multiple times.

Lovely quality and design!
I am shopping from mayoral the last six years. I would love to see a store in the UK which I could see their collection. The only store I can see a few of their clothes is fenwick. I would shop more often without so high delivery charges.
