Ordered both the women's Reflect and Twilight jackets... both fabulous but the reflect won as great colour! I ordered a 38 and had to swap for a 36 as sizing is generous.. customer services in Switzerland were amazingly helpful throughout....Just returning the 2 x 38 this morning and can't wait to wear the Reflect in a 36.

Excellent product quality. The size didn't work for me this time and it was super straight forward with the return. Free return label was generated online via my purchase order. Money was sent back to my account promptly. Would def recommend the service.

I always love my Kjus equipment, especially the fit . I do think loyal and frequent customers should be given an opportunity to help with style , product use and constructive forward thinking and planning on style .

I bought a Radiation jacket. I ordered 2 different sizes as I have found Kjus sizing to be variable. This time the smaller item fitted great. I have two radiation gilets (both different sizes) and all have the same fit. With the sizing out the way, the performance is superb. Warm, unrestrictive, comfortable and pretty much wind proof. Returning the item that was too large was a bit of an ordeal but Kjus customer servivces came to the rescue and ordered pick up from my house. In this regard Kjus cannot be faulted. I have multiple Kjus products and whilst I have had issues with waterproofs in the past, their insulating product are, for me, the best on the market and as such offer the best value for money.

Poor availability of common sizes. I have a big fan of the quality and technical aspects of the Kjus range. However I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to purchase a pair of trousers (due to limited size availability) for over a year now. The common sizes seem permanently out=of-stock. I have no issue if you use introduce and out-of-stock facility where an order can be taken but delivery maybe a number of weeks down the line. I feel as a passionate customer the website offers much but often delivers little.

I like your golf clothing so no issues there…when you make a return it would help if your nominated collection point was able to actually accept the return item instead of saying there app to be a technical glitch and we can’t help you…obviously pretty disappointing to the customer…

Pima Polo Shirt great fabric and excellent for golf with my already purchased Kjus golf trousers which are brilliant and size 34/32 a perfect fit

I just love KJUS brand for golf wear. My home course stocks KJUS but obviously can’t stock everything so having an efficient on line store is a huge bonus. Even my non golfing children requested and received KJUS Reach jackets as gifts.

Ordered my items (Belt and Jumper) from Kjus and arrived in a timely manner and as you would expect, top quality items. Very happy with Kjus outfit!!

Quick delivery, however as great company it's time you started giving your regular buyers free postage

The clothes are very fine quality. Once you know the sizes that suit you, you know you will be buying quality items. The administration processes are not great and returns take an exceptionally long time to process. To be honest I have very good and very bad experiences of buying KUJS clothes whether for skiing or golf, but I can say the quality of the clothing is exceptional. If KJUS can sort their admin and delivery processes then I would be a much happier overall.

Delivery was fast and the return process also excellent. But we were unable to get the ski trousers we wanted because Kjus were out of stock of the short sizes we wanted in most sizes & colours.- in November! Given most retailers only sell standard lengths, Kjus should make more effort to ensure they can supply the short and long versions

Great fitting trouser, excellent quality fabric, would also love it in a shorter leg length if possible
