Review summary

Customers consistently praise the high quality and performance of the products, often noting that they exceed expectations. Delivery is generally regarded as fast and efficient, and many appreciate the efficient and straightforward returns process. Customer service is frequently described as helpful, professional, and responsive. Additionally, the website is often considered easy to use. However, sizing is a common concern, with reports of inconsistent fits and the need for exchanges or ordering multiple sizes. Some customers have experienced delays or poor communication regarding delivery, and a few cite lack of support or poor communication from customer service. Technical or logistical issues with the returns process are occasionally mentioned. Website navigation and issues with the return portal present difficulties for some users. Product and size availability is also a source of frustration, with popular items often being out of stock.

Amazing rain suit sadly the sizing was completely wrong. I did phone up to try and change the sizing that was pointed back to the website. I’mgoing on the website. The sizes I want are not available but disappointed that the correct sizing is not available. I’m asking for a refund but would happily buy if the correct sizing was available.

Excellent product and customer service. My KJUS Pro 3L waterproof trousers have a perfect fit, are extremely comfortable and feel very well made. The KJUS team was responsive, professional and helpful throughout. I have purchased several KJUS items and continue to be impressed with the quality.

The I could not select reason codes! I have attached a photo. I acpet it might be me but Im not sure what i missed!

Top quality golf clothing

I have purchased a number of Kjus Golf clothing items and they are top quality. Great fit and comfort around the course. Will definitely purchase more coming into the colder months ahead.

Breton waterproof trousers arrived quickly and appear to fit as described. No doubt will be putting them to the test soon in the English weather!

How someone called me so quickly to respond with my slight issue returning an item only because I’d ordered the wrong size and was replacing for a smaller size

I love Kjus products. They have great design and high quality. The only issue I have is that it is difficult to find them in the UK high street and the threshold for free delivery is relatively high, especially when dealing with golf/summer products. It makes me more reluctant to buy more often from the website.

A great range of quality products

Quality products and a great range to choose from. More detail on sizing would have assisted me. I ended up ordering two different sizes of the same product to be certain.

My first order was returned by the delivery company before it ever reached Northern Ireland due to incomplete paperwork. I waited 4 weeks. Once I emailed Kjus they gave me a refund and I had to reorder with a nice discount. All sorted. Top quality goods .

I bought a Kjus item that didn’t quite fit me but Samantha at Kjus listened to my concerns and went out of her way to find me items that were a perfect size. The quality of the products is always there.

I have several Kjus items all of which are quality, a little more expensive than some makes but worth it. The order, delivery & overall experience was very good.
