I have been shopping at Glamuse for 4 years and almost 9 months. I have never been disappointed. And depending on which postal service you choose, it takes 1 or 4 working days. As recently as yesterday, August 28, 2026, I received my order as promised 4 days after ordering. I actually only buy lingerie at Glamuse because their large selection of the brand Lise Charmel is almost 100% above what you can buy in Denmark. The almost same % in selection applies to the brand Louisa Bracq. Primadonna's selection % is perhaps 60-70% more than selection you can buy in Denmark. Service is top notch. The packaging is solid. There is usually black exclusive insert paper around the lingerie (probably only when buying Lise Charmel), as if you shopped in a real lingerie store in the past, where the lingerie was beautifully wrapped without being a definite gift even though lingerie is always a gift. Glamuse is worth noting and visiting now and then or opening a: 'My Glamuse' page. Get news when different favorite brands come out with new designs, offers, sales and clearance i.e. sale of last remnants. You can make a good purchase there. And their homesite is perfectly made easy to navigate. It never goes down. It never lock Glamuse is simply better than 5 stars.

Through the years I have done multiple orders and all of them have been executed flawlessly; there wasn’t even one that was late, missed something or had anything incorrect. Always super fast, always perfect. I have done online shopping in many other luxury online stores and none has been perfect 100% of the time so big congrats to the Glamuse teams for the fantastic work as this is not result of just one person or team but a consistent series of doing the right thing in the right way; As a selection of options I also would strongly recommend it: I have both purchased recurriny brands I know and like and also discovered new ones making it the perfect mix for me. I ordered an item from Glamuse that was unavailable in Finnish stores and online shops. The website was very easy to use, and the customer service was excellent throughout the process. There were some minor issues with the FedEx delivery, but the customer service was helpful and the parcel arrived safely. I will definitely shop at Glamuse again, as the store gives me access to a much wider selection.

I have had a very positive experience with this online shop. They offer a great selection of lingerie from some of the best brands, with a wide range of sizes and at reasonable prices. I particularly appreciate being able to find a good selection from Fantasie, my favourite brand. Above all, the customer service is outstanding: extremely prompt, helpful and courteous, and always ready to assist when needed. Excellent service and definitely a shop I would recommend.

I especially appreciate the ease and speed in the shipping process. I would find it helpful when an item is no longer available to get recommendations for alternatives which would find similarly and combine well with another item; i. e. I order a bra and the panty of the set is not available, getting recommendations of other panties with a similar fit and matching colour/design would be great.

The products I ordered are of superior quality, and the communication and delivery services were outstanding. Honestly, I didn't expect to place an order today and receive the package the very next day—in another European country, no less. In other instances, I’ve waited up to three weeks for a delivery, but Glamuse amazed me with their promptness. If I can frequently find items in my size (e.g., cup size B for swimwear), I certainly won't hesitate to shop at this online store again. Congratulations! I sincerely recommend them!

Love the inventory and the UX on the site is great. My only issue is I want more clear advice on sizing. Having the ability to say "Natori in X size fits perfectly" and be able to see recommended sizing based on that would be hugely helpful. I've had to send a few items back because while the size is correct in most brands, some of the higher end brands seem to deviate a bit.

This company is outstanding! Such high quality bras! The price is high, but worth every penny for fit , comfort , quality, and costumer service. The MEY Spacer t- shirt bra is so luxuriously comfortable that I ended up buying 5 of them! I put it on every morning and wear them until bed time as I forgot I’m even wearing it. Before this bra I would hardly wear one because of how uncomfortable my previous bras were. Especially if you get should tension, or have a heavy chest , you deserve this bra.

The swimwear arrived in excellent condition, exactly as expected, and the quality met my expectations. The sizing was accurate, and each item fit according to the size guide provided. What I appreciated most was how accurate and detailed the product descriptions were. They reflected the products very well, making it easy to choose the right size and style with confidence. Overall, a very positive shopping experience.

I am a regular customer, I place orders almost every month. The products are of high quality, deliveries are made quickly. What makes it difficult for me is the lack of an easy return procedure when necessary. I have to print, look for a courier. This is solved in a very good way for the My Theresa site and I would be happy if it is the same here.

This was my first time buying from Glamuse. I came across the site, quite by accident, when looking for a different lingerie retailer. I really liked what I saw, hence the purchases. The pricing was extremely good and the service was brilliant. I placed my order at 4.30pm and received the goods at 10.30am the next day. Extremely impressive. I will, definitely, buy from them again.

Apsolutno sam oduševljena svime: izgledom i preglednošću web stranice, ponudom proizvoda, brzom dostavom naručenih proizvoda (u roku od 3 dana!) i uredno zapakiran. The quality of the products, the final touch and the fits that perfectly correspond to the chart on the website. The fact that you can check any time the delivery calendar. It would be great if the Romanian Post would advise you about the approximate time of the delivery, not only on the last minute when they are already in front of the house:) However, this has nothing to do with the excellent products provided by Glamuse.

Since I’ve discovered Glamuse over a year ago, I’ve been a steady customer. I LOVE high quality lingerie, the city I live in does have a few good shops but I’m an easy fit and online is my preferred platform. The incredible customer service makes the experience so rewarding. Never a mistake in my orders, fast reliable delivery with DHL, the easiest returns. I have a DHL drop off 10 minutes away. As well as my long time fave labels, Chantelle, Lise Charmel, I’ve discovered new making labels OSCALITO.

The items received are nice and good quality. The customer service is excellent. However, please drop the Colissimo shipping company, they are sub par and very unprofessional. The driver who supposedly came to drop off my package stated he couldn’t reach me and never even called me. He then proceeded and took my package at the post office so I can pick it up there. Ridiculous, since I was home all day, he never stopped by my house.

Love the product and the speediness of arrival however, I was disillusioned by the delivery carrier DHL. They said they attempted to deliver the product but no one was home. I was at home with my phone on for the entire day. I changed delivery to a pickup place necessitating me picking the package.
