I got inspired to purchase some beautiful sexy garments for my sweetie. Not having any experience with this type of shopping, led me to purchase multiple garments from 7 different online purveyors (Saks, Cosabella, Agent Provocateur, Fleurdumal, Etam, Ginia) in order to assess the products and the vendors. Yesterday, I returned almost everything from the above list and am keeping all 13 garments I ordered from Glamuse. The quality of the garments and the packaging from Glamuse is head and shoulders above the rest. A number of the other vendors I will never even consider again because their return policy and attitude is terrible. Some sent me different garments or sizes from what I ordered. The Glamuse shipment was spot on. With Glamuse, I cannot comment on their handling of returns because I didn’t want to give anything back. I know my sweetie and I will love the garments. I am hopeful that I got the right size. To all my brothers out there, you can’t go wrong here.
Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever!
Ordered 3 items but the website said there was a minimum order of 160 Euros because it was outside the EU (I'm in UK) so I ordered one more (sale) item to get to the minimum order. Order cost me £190 including shipping costs.
Order received and I need to send one item back as it doesn't fit. Told by Glamuse this is not possible, I have to return the WHOLE order and reorder it again from scratch. Cost of returning items: £13.00
Meanwhile I get an unexpected invoice from FedEx for £55 because of import taxes. This was mentioned nowhere during the ordering process.
So now I have an unexpected bill from FedEx, have borne the cost of returning 4 items instead of just one, and I have no items in my possession as I returned them all as instructed. I am nearly £70 out of pocket for nothing.
I am not reordering and risking those costs again I am not using this company again. Utterly ridiculous rip-off ordering system from start to finish.

I have used Glamuse before and rate them very highly. Unfortunately this time there was an issue with the DHL delivery. While the order was dispatched to Spain within 24hrs of ordering, the problem was tge DHL delivery which was supposed to come to my address as specified, came without phoning me so they I got a message from them saying that I wasn’t in my apartment. Normally, the delivery company phone me to say’s will be at your gate within 5mins’. But that was where the problem arose, they didn’t phone. After a phone call from a very kind Spanish lady, she said that I coukd collect my order from our nearest DHL office. In future, I will specify that my order will be collected in their office as it’s a more reliable way of delivery.

Extremely happy. I purchased 2 Antigel bikinis. The bottoms are drawstring and high front, the tops are triangle. I'm 52 years old. 5'9 and a UK size 16 bottom 14 top. I struggle to find bottoms that cover the tummy without looking frumpy.
I ordered size 16 bottoms and large tops.
The bottoms fit perfectly and are very flattering. My tummy is nicely tucked in, they reach up to my navel without rolling down! The back is quite high, not full bottom coverage which I like, it makes them a bit sexy, but some ladies may want more coverage.
The tops fit perfectly but for a fuller bust I'd suggest the XL.
The best bikinis I've found. I will be ordering more in the future.

Absolutely beautiful pieces that fit like a dream! They're for my wedding night so I wanted something extra special, and everything is perfect; exactly what I hoped for! Very Pleased With Shipping Time
I was surprised at how quickly my purchase arrived from France. Very impressed. Ship time is important to me. I dislike waiting for weeks to receive the items that I have ordered from overseas, and I frequently order from the UK and the EU. I have also ordered from the Netherlands and that took a while as well.

I would like to know what delivery company is taking Colissimo in UK. I had no clue who should I expect. My parcel arrived with Fed Ex and they are not very reliable in UK and terrible costumer service.
