Returns process and refund time is way too slow. This has put me off ordering from you again as too much money is tied up if wanting to try a few pairs - this process has already been 2 weeks and I've only just had my return acknowledged and may now have to wait 30 days for the actual refund. I ordered 2 pairs of the Ami skinny jean as I wanted a high rise skinny - these are not a high rise in my book, they're just above midi so not comfortable for me (I have found it called a midi on other websites). I'm 5ft 4 and UK size 12 so very average in sizing, so very disappointed. If you're not sure for yourself, take a note of the front rise meaurement of your favourite jeans versus these. The jeans themselves are quite thick and looked good quality, but for me the thickness of the fabric was not flattering. Sad it wasn't a match this time!

The shorts I ordered arrived promptly without fuss. They were too large and I therefore then ordered next size down and another pair of same size since the sale bargains were just so enticing! I've been a NYDJ fan for years. Pricey products but they last and they fit! The replacements arrived and are perfect and I'm just sending the original size back via the handy Evri system. Thank you.

They seem to have sorted out all the long delivery issues and difficult returns that put me off ordering. These are the most flattering and comfortable jeans I’ve ever found. Got lots of them in all cuts, material weights and a few sizes too. I live in them as they are smart and can be dressed up easily.

I’m very happy with these jeans. They are so comfortable and are an excellent fit. I sized down as recommended. The short length was still a little too long for me so I’ve had them shortened. I’m 5ft 2in.

I like the fit of the garments, especially where there's a bit of stretch. However..... the linen stretch trousers I bought (pale blue) crease even worse than straight linen which is disappointing. I forgot this when I ordered the pale pink/lilac shorts! Never mind.

The jeans fitted me well and I loved them BUT there was a hole in the seam. I’ve had to return them, wait for a refund, and then order another pair. They did pay for the return (usually £5) because the item was faulty but it has been a pain. They don’t do exchanges!

Could not get the returns label printed so had to pay for postage back to warehouse. Also the paperwork was just so faint it was impossible to read I like their jeans but send back is very difficult & they need to put more ink in their printer paperwork should not be sent out like that

I do like NYDJ, though they're expensive. I ordered the wrong size by mistake and am disappointed with the £5 return fee and the time it takes to process refunds. I don’t think I’ll order from you again.

I love the clothes designs and the fact they bring out new style throughout the season and not just at the beginning. The quality is excellent

The Jean sizes always fit well. I also like the other trousers (non jeans) I like the floral blouses, they have such pretty patterns. I am less keen on the crops as I prefer capris in lightweight fabric for summer.

I ordered a size smaller than my usual U.K. size and it was still too big. Not sufficient petite sizes. I had to return the order on 1st June and no acknowledgment that the parcel is on its way back. This is usually the case with many retailers when the return label is scanned. The quality of the trousers was great so I was disappointed to return it and not be able to reorder.

A good fit and well made. I am 5'2" and 56kg. I have bought several NYDJ jeans over the years and find the Marilyn straight leg ones in size 6 (American size) always fit perfectly and are just the right length.

Iti s important to make it clear when sold in the UK that we choose a size below what we usually have

2 pair of trousers - size 6 received one pair fits perfectly one pair too big!!!!

Best fitting jeans around. Slight reservation - recent ‘Marylin’ straight jeans seem a little different from others I’ve had a while - fit not quite the same. Change of supplier maybe?

I have used NYDJ.UK for my last three pintuck blouses ( I have a few!) as other outlets stopped delivering to my location. Their service is efficient and friendly. Well done.

Two pairs of shorts size 12 fitted lovely one pair size 12 way too tight. Not sure why unless measurements incorrect
