Great bit of kit, perfect for what I want, I have osteoarthritis in my back, neck and knees so wanted something I could stand and cook in without having to bend, this Cook house is perfect, it fits over the boot of my car and with the boot up it's a great shelter, it could be used as a main bivvy as it's big enough, zip in ground sheet is a great touch, it's actually better than some bivvy's on the market but mainly because you can stand up in it, although it has no windows the doors are great front and back and can open letterbox style.. my only very slight issue is that the pole joint on the four corners come apart quite easily when setting up so a tad fiddly and could do with either the clips on like the roof bars or just being a bit more snug, that said I'd consider buying another as a separate bedroom or seating area when fishing overnight, great bit of kit, didn't need to use any of the top anchor points as it wasn't windy but used correctly I'm sure it would last well in a small storm and as well as any high end bivvy. New fishing chair
The order was strate forward, when I received it what great quality of the main frame , good quality material over the chair, the table is of food quality as well nice that I am able to move it around to what ever position suits me , the poles for the rod rest are good quality to , one fantastic fishing chair would recommend it anytime . New ABU Veritas rod
I received my new ABU Veritas rod today and it is exactly as expected.
It is very nicely made and the action feels very crisp which is what I was after.
I have not yet used it, but will be out on the water with it as soon as the weather improves!

One small point is that the packaging was rather flimsy and when the box arrived, one of the three pieces of tape securing the box had broken and the box was bent. Fortunately, there appeared to be no damage to the contents.
I’ve given a 5 star rating as item was great and just what I needed and a good price but I thought that because it was a .co.uk email and it said quick delivery I didn’t expect the item had been shipped from abroad at took well over a week to be delivered bit deceiving and was not mentioned when ordering.

I’ve used this company even though I live in the uk , the reason for this is its vast array of Brands and whenever I’ve visited the site online not only does it have what I need at that time I always come away with other items which are in a sale .
Items purchased come from the Netherlands within 5 days , so delivery isn’t an issue.
In conclusion, huge variety of tackle and accessories which is great and delivery time is no problem. Excellent service.
Very happy with Fishdeal and customer care
I ordered various items from Fishdeal the delivery turned up faster than the 5 working days stated, a fluro leader was missing from the delivery which had clearly been lost in transit from the packaging, no fault of fish deals. I messaged them back to explain, I had an immediate response and a ticket number, the missing item amount was refunded to my account almost straight away, I will definitely be using them again and recommending them.
Great product, unhelpful DPD delivery
Great product, well packed and delivered quite quickly from Holland.
The only negative was no fault of fishdeal, which was DPD keep claiming they’ve left parcels in a safe place, i.e. in a side porch. We keep telling them we don’t have a safe place, or a side porch, only the unenclosed doorstep on which they keep leaving deliveries. Any passing thief could have walked off with nearly £400 worth of rod.
SAVAGE GEAR SGS6 30g-100g
I ordered the savage gear sgs6 30-100g for heavy shore jigging in west coast Scotland, delivery was very fast (arrived within 5 days, international shipping), The rod was packed very well it came in a cardboard tube with the rod in a velvet carry bag wrapped in bubble wrap, I will be ordering from here again in the future!

I ordered my item the week before Christmas,and in all honesty didn't think it would arrive until after Christmas. However 2-5 days was the estimated delivery, the turnaround between ordering and dispatch was within 24hrs and considering there was a weekend within the delivery timeslot I was absolutely blown away when my Item arrived on the Monday. Ordered 10kg of crab and 10kg of garlic robin red , boilies looked ok on the surface but when I went fishing I was unable to keep one on the hair they were really soft and not really useable unless I refreshed every 4 hours as they were getting whittled down ! My last order was perfect not so impressed this time and going to review whether or not I use them again !?! 3 stars was fair as my last order was good and they were better , normally good quality based on previous order

Bought a Sonic extractor + 9ft 2.5tc and an autimate FX400 both work well together feel runs nice a free and good retrieval, Rod plays fish well with enough give and not to stiff.
Service and packaging and delivery speed were good with no issues.
Good products & prices, Misleading name
I've places several orders with Fishdeal and been pleased with my purchases, both quality and price and on the whole with the service I've received. The only thing I would criticise is the name fishdeal.co.uk. When I placed my first order, going on the name I assumed that they were a British based company, so I expected delivery in 2 or 3 days. It wasn't till after I placed the order I found out they were based in the Netherlands and so of course that impacts the delivery time. I really think the name is misleading and in truth if I had knows that were not in UK I might not have placed that first order, so from their point of view it's a good idea, but I still think it's misleading. Still I do give then 5 stars :)

First order did not arrive as DPD said had been lost in transit, however dealt with person at Fishdeal who contacted DPD as an enquiry. Order was re-sent and arrived today albeit 3 of the six bags of groundbait were split open so some of contents were lost, groundbait seems fine other than that. Person dealing with initial problem very helpful and sorted out eventually having waited 6 weeks for products, my advice would be items need to be in a stronger box and marked fragile as item's were re-boxed and sealed again.
Will continue to use this company as I believe there products are reasonable priced and good value.
Reason for 3 stars was due to delay and items/bags being split open
Ultimate Nighstar 2-man Bivvy
This bivvy was absolutely perfect, I couldn’t ask for any more for the price. As seen in the photo, it comfortably fit two people with plenty of room for luggage. I would recommend this bivvy to anyone as it is cost effective and great value for its money!
I liked the products available and the prices were competitive. What I was disappointed with was delivery time which I think was outside the stipulated time but when I saw the tracking details it wasn't until then that I realised the company was in the Netherlands so understandably taking longer to deliver. When a Web site is called fishdeal.co.uk I generally assume it is an English company. That said they were quick to respond to my query and I will use them again for sure. Very good.
The discounts are amazing and products are mint and huge variety from Europe you wouldn't find in the UK. I had issues with shipping however was the delivery company fault not fishdeal and fishdeal customer service is the best I have ever had from anyone in the world very friendly and easy to talk to.
