I'm a little confused that the company had a UK Web domain but item came from France. Item incured an import fee which I had to pay, but was reimbursed almost immediately - I was very impressed by this
Item was shipped from Framce so delivery took longer thsn expected - however this was relayed to me (after purchase) so again, no complaints.

The hat arrived in a very spacious box, well packaged and protected.
The delivery was by Royal Mail and unfortunately it took a few days longer than the initial delivery date. This has nothing to do with HatShopping hence the good review.
