I ordered three custom Flexfit caps with my own personal design, which has quite a lot of fine and intricate detail. I was honestly unsure how well some of it would translate into embroidery, but the finished result has exceeded my expectations. The stitching is incredibly clean, the fine details of the design have been retained really well, and each of the different colour combinations looks fantastic. You can tell real care has gone into getting the design right rather than simply embroidering the logo as supplied. I'm extremely happy with all three caps and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended, particularly if you have a more detailed or unusual design!

Resterods over the ear hats are quality stuff. I first saw one in the gift shop at the modern art museum in Stockholm. I got near the guy who was wearing it and looked at the label. An anchor and “1935.” After some online research i tracked down the company. The above ear type beanie is perfect for me coz ive got a small head. I’m currently in the mood for earthy greens and browns as my mood oscillates between the seasons. In the spring and summer i feel like a pagan gardener then through autumn winter i turn into a goth punk. From a child to my current 59, Ive worn a hat. Even in bed. I have baseball caps, stingy brims and dockers. People have commented often about me wearing hats as if its unusual, which perplexes me. Modern times!!! Thanks a bunch!!!

As always absolutely outstanding! Not least of all is the product exactly as I want and as pictured, my biggest fear is always that the cap will be damaged in transit! Thankfully these guys know how to wrap and box for product protection so my caps always turn up in immaculate condition! Love these guys and cannot recommend highly enough

Had the exact cap I was after plus found my wife the one she was also after. Priced right and delivered in perfect condition on time. Great service fromnstart to finish and tge perfect pair of caps for the collection. We will be reordering more soon

I could not get hold of anyone on the phone and email replies took too long (24 + hours it should take 5 minutes). Maybe a live chat option with a real person would help or have a real person pick up the phone. Having said that the return system seems to work well and I like the hat that I kept. Thanks

Thought the communication was very good. I was kept up to date with the order. When the hat arrived, the boxing and care that had been taken with the package was very impressive. The quality of the hat was even better than it looked in the pictures so very happy indeed.The personalization was very good and was a lovely touch for my mate.

Bought two fitted caps from Hatstore The Under Armour was a perfect fit but the more expensive Stetson fitted baseball cap which required measuring was far too big and did not correspond to the given sizes for £49 I expected a perfect fit a small/medium was more like an extra large The delivery time was good and choice of hats/caps is excellent but choose carefully!

Communication was prompt and considerate throughout, which made the process smooth and straightforward. The final embroidered product was of high quality and exceeded my expectations. Hatstore always delivers great quality and variety. This is my third order and every hat has been spot‑on. Delivery is reliable, no problems at all. My new John Deere green and gold trucker hat fits perfectly, and the light fading gives it a great authentic feel.

I wanted to give no stars but that wasn't an option sadly, Website listed a New Era cap as being available in L/XL. Bought it, a M/L arrived which did not fit. I knew this as I have lots of L/XL caps in this brand. I emailed to ask to return the cap at their expense as the listing was wrong. Ignored for three days. Finally get an email saying yes listing was wrong but as M/L is largest cap available it is correct and will fit me (plus a smiley face emoji). Therefore they will not pay for a return and refund. I'm not sure how a smiley emoji will make my head shrink by a few inches to fit this cap but Manja from customer services seems to think he solved the problem with his flippant replies. This then began a week of emails back and forth (often ignored for a day or two). Each time they admitted the website was wrong but that was ok now as it had been corrected for future customers I should enjoy my wrong size hat that does not fit on my head. While all this is going on my bank have started a chargeback and I've posted lots on their instagram warning other buyers how bad this company are when things go wrong. (They also ignored all my instagram messages too) Today I get an email saying I can have a refund but I have to pay for the return (UK to Sweden - expensive). Ridiculous, I bought a cap that this company admit was wrongly listed and they can't see they should pay for the return. Finally today I get promised a full refund. This has taken a week to sort, over 50 instagram posts, 20 ish emails - all because this rubbish company wouldn't take back a cap they wrongly listed and wrongly sold me. I'm looking forward to never buying from this company ever again and I urge you to do the same, when it all goes wrong they will not want to now.

There was a problem with the hat being sent so I messaged and explained the problem and they fast tracked the hat which was fantastic and it arrived on time for my son’s birthday. Thanks again

Love them... the fit isn't so deep as some of my Snapback caps which I prefer as they're more comfortable for me. But overall I love them and will buy more in the future...

Partner loves his hates really good quality arrived well packaged kept up to date on progress of order would definitely shop again highly recommend to others!!!

Selection of hats on the site is great. Bought 4 from here now with no issues. Personalised all hats too and have been delivered in perfect condition. Doubt i will shop anywhere else when it comes to hats to be honest.
