Thanks for your feedback. We have individual sizing charts on each of our product pages which allows you to check measurements at home before you order. We recommend comparing them to a garment you have that you think is your perfect fit - especially worth doing if you've never ordered from us before.
We also offer exchanges as well as refunds, if you think a different size will suit you better.

thank you for your reply. it just occured to me that part of the 'not really' issue may be the width of the scarf. which i like to keep wide at the back of my neck this eats up the available length to tuck through. what ever i have no intention of a return. love the colors and paatens. and so warm. i bought it partly becase is was longer than usual.
