The two sweaters I ordered are beautiful - very high quality and well made. Even better is the customer service. I was visiting from Canada and the sweaters were shipped within a day of ordering. However after they had not arrived after more than a week and there was no tracking in formation associated with the tracking number available from the Royal Mail, I phoned The Croft House. The owner followed up immediately and determined from Royal Mail that they had gone missing somewhere in transit. A replacement order was shipped by overnight mail which was a relief as I returned to Canada the day after receiving the sweaters. Quality customer service and quality product make an unbeatable combination in my books! Thanks Croft House!

The personnel are soooo helpful. Louise helped me so much a few years back, will never forget her kindness. This is my third sweater, and I absolutely love it!!!!! Quality is unsurpassed, and the wool is from my Scotland!! Thank you so much for your kindness and pure quality of your sweaters.
