I have bought a few things from them and they are extreamly well made, fantastic material and looks brilliant, no I don't think they could do any better.

I am disappointed with these pyjamas as they do not match the colour of the photo on the website. The website states red, the box they came in states burgundy. The website also describes them as Italian satin, but there is no proof that this item has any connection with Italy, the brand is Polish. When I contacted Debbie at Swanky Pins about this she refused to pay for return shipping. I had already paid for shipping to me, and €11 in import tax (which could have been avoided if they were sent marked 'gift'). I feel Swanky Pins breached their contract by not sending me red Italian pyjamas. I feel that I should be reimbursed the shipping and tax costs I have incurred, and that Swanky Pins should pay for return shipping. This is not a case of me changing my mind, and I do not think I should have to lose money because the description on the website is wrong. They should be listed as burgundy, Polish pyjamas.
