I returned vidda pro trousers, I printed off the label they provided, it was collected by royalmail. I have tracking data and screenshots I gave them to show the package was picked up and delivered to their UK depot. The package now appears to be lost in the system, and I have no received a refund after waiting a month. Very disappointed. I couldnt recommend this retailer, first time shopping online in 20 years I have run into such an issue. Avoid.

Really good service Inc their customer services. Brilliant price for my trainers too. Only thing that let them down was using Evri delivery service and their lack of communication re the delivery time and date.

The web site is easy to navigate - I quickly found these boots, in my size, in stock.
The delivery was a tad slow, taking ten days to my island.
But heh, worth waiting for!
The boots are a good fit, and I hope that they will prove robust enough for the GR20.

Amazing choice of products and great savings compared to other outdoor retailers. I was looking for the specific bag that I bought as it is a good all rounder for work, travel and outdoors and I know it will last for many years and get plenty of use.
