I’ve not used this website before I ordered a pair of Tretorn boots. I did check the reviews on TrustPilot website and on the basis of those reviews I took a chance. These are fabulous welly type short boots that are Swedish and made from natural rubber without polyvinyls . Alpine trek kept me updated about my order, and the boots arrived quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition as you’d expect. However, they were half the price of other web sites offering this brand. So, having worn them for the past week, I can highly recommend both the boots and AlpineTrek. I may return if I need anything else, but I am thoroughly satisfied and happy with my purchase and very pleased that having coveted this exact boot, for a while for walking the dogs in the wet and muddy pasture/woods, I was able to get them for half the price that other shops were selling them for.

I've been looking for some very lightweight walking poles having broken both kneecaps during the past 14 months but these were the first where I felt in good hands regarding both price and returns policy...even more so than on Amazon. Response to creating an account feels particularly friendly so all in all the process so far has felt straightforward! Just waiting now for the poles.

I am pleased that I got the rucksack I wanted at a very good price. I knew that I was going on holiday about 10 days after I ordered the bag and, though I didn’t need it I was a little anxious that the package would arrive after I had left. If it had been clearer up front that the delivery time would be about a week, I would have left it until my return. This is a long winded way of saying that you should state on the selection page that delivery would be from abroad and would take about a week. Would I use Alpine Trek again? Absolutely, they have kit I am looking for from the manufacturers I want.

Great company to deal with. Huge website of fantastic gear. Delivery takes a bit longer as the goods are coming from Germany so do expect to be more patient. Same with returns but these are easy to manage and straightforward using Royal Mail. My only gripe is that feedback uses a "tick box" senario and not an actual written experience by the buyer. This I feel is a big let down. For myself, I want to know how well clothing sizes fit and function from other people's perspective and experience. Far more likely to order the correct size without the need for returns. Having said that, I love the site and will continue to buy.

Unlike Snowleader (who refused to give us a refund for a non-delivered item), Alpinetrek.co.uk immediately gave me a refund when I let them know that the package had not been delivered by Amazon Deliveries and there was no tracking information available. I immediately re-ordered the same items from Alpinetrek.co.uk, since they have very good customer service.

Really easy process and great prices. I was kept updated fully along the whole order journey, with the rucksacks arriving well packed and exactly as described. The Gregory backpacks I purchased are excellent and really need no further introduction. The Zulu 35 and Baltoro 65 both feel excellent and fit extremely well, with great storage features. I’m not part of the ultra light brigade, and the durability of these 2 packs looks excellent. I will definitely be using Apline Trek again

Alpinetrek has been one of my go-to stores for some time, A store that does everything you expect and more, Unless you decide to order more than one of the same items.............The main reason for this would be sizing, you may need to order 2 items knowing one will be returned. this is the weak link as once they have received the returned item it takes 15 days or so to get your refund.

My jersey was shipped in a timely manner. It was delivered to my workplace when I specifically told Amazon my business would be closed on the weekend. Nothing to do with Alpine but I thought I'd make other people that order from here aware. Additionally, the jersey came without the branded box? The specific one I order always come with a premium box and it was nowhere to be seen. It came in a cheap plastic film for some reason.

It's the broad range of brands available, I like. I don't like dressing like everyone else and Alpine trek is my secret weapon. To improve, I'd like a straight up, 20 percent of everything. I know you do this very rarely and more often on selected brands. But I would honestly buy big....1000 pounds, if I could get 20 percent off.

Very good website information re product ordered. Fulfilment process was very quick and I was kept fully informed throughout. Package was delivered promptly well within notified timescale. Item was very carefully packaged so arrived in excellent condition. Impressive performance from a company based outside of the UK.

Ordering online was straightforward. Also spoke to someone prior to ordering - pretty helpful. Notifications were sent during transit of item and arrived with no defects. Happy days. Fortunately for me, the footwear fitted perfectly.

I believe I have only had one occasion to return items and request a refund and this was only due to ending a smaller size. Although I understand it is not due to you but rather customs,, this is proving to be a very slow process. Otherwise I am a very satisfied customer of Alpinetrek.

Good prices and good service and delivery. The only thing that lets them down are the advertising emails, once signed up they just keep coming. I’ve tried time and time again to unsubscribe but they just keep coming, eventually ended up marking them a junk to avoid the daily email.

Its a good shop. Quality products at good prices. No nonsense returns policy. The only slight negative is due to the way they are set up it takes a little bit longer than ideal before money is credited back.

They are really great and I am so pleased I got them. However, I ordered my normal size and it was too small. Had to send them back. That was straight forward. Just waiting for my money. So I bought the pair two sizes up !!! Fits perfect and comfortable ! Maybe it would help to get a wee note about the fitting?!

Had a problem with making payment and order didn't go through. Jenny was very helpful and sent me another discount code as the one I had said it had already been used on the first unsuccessful order. So good to be able to speak to a human being! I look forward to receiving my item shortly.

Simple buying process and easy delivery system. Was informed every step of the way and delivery was fast. Better than from some UK based operating companies and delivery was by Amazon which made it so fast. Will not hesitate to order again. In fact this is the 3rd time I've used them with no problems.

So far so good. Had emailed with a query and had an excellent response. I had to wait for the right size to come in but I only had to wait a few days. The ordering and paying system was straightforward so I'm just looking forward to receiving my boots.
