Placed two order that never arrived
Place an order and that didn’t register on my account, supposedly there was a processing error on your system and the parcel shop refused the parcel and sent it straight back.
Placed another order, same thing happened.
Now the offer I had been shopping is no longer active and also I don’t trust this won’t happen again.
I was refunded but it took a lot of time and effort to explain the situation and make sure I wasn’t charged return fees!

Disappointed Honkemoller customer of over 10+ years
Honkemoller customer for 10+ years however I haven't bought anything in the past couple of years. I done a large order with with multiple products and very disappointed in the sizing of products. Big variance in size from one product to the next even though they are meant to be the same size (bra or knicker size).
