Disappointed Honkemoller customer of over 10+ years
Honkemoller customer for 10+ years however I haven't bought anything in the past couple of years. I done a large order with with multiple products and very disappointed in the sizing of products. Big variance in size from one product to the next even though they are meant to be the same size (bra or knicker size).

I ordered 5 items. I kept I item and returned 4 items in total .. including awrong size item that had been sent to me. I ordered a the smallest size pale blue velour cami and was sent a size 14!
O my returns confirmation email this item is completed missing of returns/ refund list.. not happy at all with this service .i have sent an email for this matter to be rectified as I expect a full refund on the 4 items I returned together in the same box same order. Hopefully this will be sorted out promptly or sadly I will look elsewhere to shop in future. I trust all will be well thankyou
