I RETURNED 3 items (all which were registered for returning) - sent by Royal Mail. But I got refund (money) only for 2 items! I think your colleague didn't see that two bras were in the same bag. I ADD PHOTO ALL ITEMS WHICH I RETURNED! I'm so tired 😫 with this process. Please, put your attention and return money for one more item! If I knew - I would take a photo of parcel. But I just packed very carefully everything. This is very frustrating - I've been trying to contact customer service for two weeks now. My order number 10200195716 I want to finish this process.
