I think we are nightmare customers. We ordered the wrong size equipment for our grandson. I then sent a second order for the correct size. Ambar and Zoe were absolutely great sorting this out for us. They changed the original order to the correct size and cancelled the second order. Wonderful customer service. Thankyou so much for your help. Our grandson loves his birthday present which arrived on time. I would highly recommend Skatepro.

Delivery was quick from overseas but I thought it's based in the UK. The ice skates are fine except that they are a little tight. I was expecting that they will last a bit longer as they are size adjustable. I would have exchanged them if they are not coming from abroad.

First time i have used Skatepro but it will not be the last great prices with fast delivery and well packed enjoyed the communications with them so overall a good experience and as I say I will certainly use them again thanks Skatepro.

We ordered the wrong scooter and they was great and cancelled the order so we could buy the one on their website we wanted. Scooter is amazing, such great quality, very happy customer and my son loves his new scooter.

We placed our order on 16/04/2026 and are yet to receive the item (time of writing is 23/04/2026 5PM). The courier attempted a delivery on 22/04/2026 but didn't leave the item despite saying they would as no signature was required. The courier has not returned next working day as promised. We have no feedback on the item yet. Away from the courier letting them down, it seems like a good company :)

Great skates (K2) and all as described! A bit more information/ correspondence that they were sent, when to expect them, which courier, when will they arrive etc would have been good but quickly received (1 week).

You can have five stars. Quick delivery was quick and you get what you order. Only issue I noticed was when using the roces website to register a confirm skates it didn’t recognise the number.

nice shop, lower prices and free delivery is great. If the website was easier to navigate would be great, eg. if Im looking for inliners then all of the inliners should be there including freestyle and others.

I got what I ordered, delivery time was ok considering product was coming from another country. Was able to track and price was competitive. Product was unavailable from uk stores.

Really nice scooter, our daughter is very happy with it. Delivery was fast and it was easy to assemble. Very good quality product.

Great value. The wetsuit i bought was the cheapest in the market at the time. Really quick delivery too considering it came from Denmark. Just over a week.

Shipping was fast, despite travelling from Belgium to UK. Prices are well balanced. Will buy again in future.

Item as described and good value. Expect to wait a few days for delivery but this was acceptable as clearly indicated on purchase.
