Excellent price and quick delivery. My only negative (which may be out of their control) was my item was coming from abroad and released from customs straight away, but it wasn’t picked up for delivery for a number of days which made me worried there was an issue and the AI bot I asked questions to wasn’t very helpful.

Delivery & Returns could be better
More tracking information on the skates delivery would have been useful, I didn't find out until the morning of delivery that it was going to be the day when they get delivered, and there was no timeslot available.
The return is a hassle. Widely available FedEx shops in the UK only take packages up to size 90x60x60 cm, but I ordered more skates and Skatepro delivered them in giant boxes exceeding those measurements, so you can't reuse those boxes to return your orders. Paying attention to little details like this would go a long way in terms of customer service.

I think we are nightmare customers. We ordered the wrong size equipment for our grandson. I then sent a second order for the correct size. Ambar and Zoe were absolutely great sorting this out for us. They changed the original order to the correct size and cancelled the second order. Wonderful customer service. Thankyou so much for your help. Delivery was quick from overseas but I thought it's based in the UK. The ice skates are fine except that they are a little tight. I was expecting that they will last a bit longer as they are size adjustable. I would have exchanged them if they are not coming from abroad.
