Best Scooter Ever Purchased
This is the second scooter we have bought. We bought our first about five years ago and it’s still in great condition. All three of my children use it as handlebars easily go up and down. It’s light enough for them to manage and solid enough to navigate over any bumps in the road. We always get lots of positive comments. No issues with delivery and packaging. Scooter isn’t particularly cheap but you get what you pay for.

Good range of products and I ordered from them because they had core kneepads in stock when most others were showing no stock, good price and no import fees to the UK from Europe, I've now just started the return/refund for one pair of pads so know they've sent a return label by email for me, so hope they are as good on returns as on delivery, which was quite quick given they had to be shipped from either Denmark or Belgium

Look into Royal Mail, Parcel Force.
They said they tried to deliver twice.
I have cameras and no Royal Mail came until Monday 14th September.
The skates are for my 12 year old nieces birthday on Saturday and I had nothing to present her with. I’ve purchased from you three times now.
I wasn’t happy at all and I was embarrassed.

The item (bike) arrived on time, very good choice btw.
We just did not receive any message/email when exactly we can expect the package. The tracking information included time until the package left Denmark. Then we lost tracking information ( tried from uk side aswell).

The helmet is excellent - good fit, comfortable to wear and stunning colour. I would only criticise the delivery - it took longer than indicated and I have received requests to review before I received the iitem. However that is admin only and the product is absolutely brilliant and I would give 5 stars without the delivery issues

My only negative (which may be out of their control) was my item was coming from abroad and released from customs straight away, but it wasn’t picked up for delivery for a number of days which made me worried there was an issue and the AI bot I asked questions to wasn’t very helpful.

Delivery & Returns could be better
More tracking information on the skates delivery would have been useful, I didn't find out until the morning of delivery that it was going to be the day when they get delivered, and there was no timeslot available.
The return is a hassle. Widely available FedEx shops in the UK only take packages up to size 90x60x60 cm, but I ordered more skates and Skatepro delivered them in giant boxes exceeding those measurements, so you can't reuse those boxes to return your orders. Paying attention to little details like this would go a long way in terms of customer service.
