Shoes and customer service outstanding…
Shoes are great and the customer service and support on the day was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, even if it was at the end of a long and very hot day.
I have searched for a long time for this type of shoe and found them online, but needed to physically try them on. As luck would have it Brighton had a physical shop which had the shoe I was looking for. Unfortunately it wasn`t a great fit, but the assistant was readily available to show me alternatives in various colours and we found the perfect shoe. Thanks again Sole Trader Brighton.

Ordered from you guys before and was ok, this time had a very but experience.
Items sent diferente color from the on on sale in the site.
Had not choice bit to wear it, has was relying on behind same color as the photos on your site, to my surprise much much darker, doesn't go with my uniform.
Had the chace to get it from a different trader and cheaper, didn't because ordered from you guys before and was happy with it, this time not to be the case.
Unfortunately will have to think twice, with the way you guys handle things, when i buy and recomending to friends family and contacts.
What could do to improve?!
