It really was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had and I cannot recall a time when I've received such excellent customer service in retail. I greatly appreciate how generous they were with their knowledge, attention and time. I hope their line managers also note this positive feedback and that it resulted in my purchasing three pairs of shoes that I'm very happy with indeed. Keep up the great work!
Good selection of brands at very competitve prices.
What really made my experience was the wonderful charming sales lady. Ve have been looked after twice now by this lady, she goes alot further than just selling an item. She is helpful and polite, she offers advice and ideas on buying a product. I would strongly recommend sole trader and this lady, i hope you can pass on these compliments to her personally.

Love my sandals 🩴. When I initially ordered I didn’t realize I was purchasing from a UK site as the price was shown in $’s. I generally don’t like to purchase from overseas as it habitually doesn't end well, however in this instance it was not a detriment in any way as the order arrived quickly and was easily trackable from onset. I wear FitFlops a lot as I live-in Florida & I love the blingy ones. I haven’t seen this style here so I’m going to be different! Thanks…
Young man that served us was very pleasant didn’t get his name my husband said he was size 8 shoe he told him to try it on a size 7. I said that will fit you better and he was right so he used his product very professional. Very helpful this on Wednesday. the 18th of March at the Arthur Glen at Cheshire Oaks.
Lovely shoes
Good range of quality branded shoes and trainers. Delivery quite fast. I ordered loafers and they are really nice. Only slight gripe is that I tried to contact customer services as I had a question about my delivery and there does not seem to be one, apart from an email that takes a couple of days to answer. It has a button on the site for a chat but it is unmanned. It is really not right that a company can take your money but not want to talk to you.
I made a mistake somewhere and didn’t get my 20% off but after contacting them they were very efficient and arranged the discount following my receipt of the trainers. All very polite & professional, I was really impressed and will definitely buy from Soletrader again based on such good customer service.

I've bought a few pairs of trainers from Sole Trader. All staff are excellent. Always say hello. Leave you have a browse. They're always happy to offer help/get the other trainer or ask if you're happy with the pair. . Staff never hover over you unless want help.. When you decide to buy a pair, again they thank you for your custom you. Thank you to all staff.
Terrific customer service - incredibly helpful and suggested insoles which made the shoes fit my footshape much better. Polite, personable and knowledgeable staff - I ended up buying two pairs of shoes when I only went in for one!
Sole trader is really brilliant brand and specially, A Manager? I don’t know his name but he was really friendly and made me feel happy The branch is where one of branch in O2.

Sole Trader has a great variety of quality footwear to chose from & offers great deals! Delivery to EU was also super quick and easy (no additional "surprise" costs and no waiting for customs clearance). I'm very happy with everything and would recommend them to everyone :)
Went to the shop at Westferry (London) picked some lovely boots, but unfortunately did not have my size. They ordered for home delivery and my new boots arrived the following day. Very happy with the service received.

Ups and downs.
I went in looking for a specific pair of doc marten boots and was pleased that they not only had them in stock, they were cheaper than anywhere else I’d found (including the DMs website!). That’s where the good experiences ended. The staff in there, particularly the guy that served me had no personality, couldn’t answer simple questions about laces and was completely mono-syllabic. I appreciate that it’s a Sunday afternoon but the experience I had between Sole Trader and Schuh 20 minutes earlier were worlds apart.

Website was easy to use, photographs of the shoes were really clear and accurate. Easy to place orders. Order was processed and despatched quickly. Sandals are fabulous.
Good fast service throughout, great communication, well packaged would highly recommend,only downside was evri,delivering the package as the usual evri courier in our area is off due to a operation and the stand in courier driver wasn't as reliable

Lovely boots
I purchased a stylish pair of quality leather boots that are warm and cozy. I normally buy a size 7.5 in a standard fit boot but because of the fur lining throughout the boot the size 8 was a perfect fit. I love the way that the boot looks great either pulled on or turned down so that you can see the fur trim. Easy online purchase. Delivered on time. A good decision to try a purchase from sole trader this year. Lovely boots.
The lady I dealt with was so patient as I wanted to try several pairs of sandals and I tried them several times before I decided! Great service!
