Liked that the site was able to determine automatically that I was in the USA and adjusted prices, shipping details, etc., for USA. Great prices. I also liked the ability to select Express Delivery to the USA for such a reasonable cost ($3 USD). Transaction was seamless, product was quickly readied for transit, and delivered within three days and one hour of order (ordered online 20231105 @ 1627 local time and was delivered to my door on 20231108 @ 1715 local time) - faster than many Amazon deliveries - and this was from across the pond, across the USA (Los Angeles, CA area), through customs and to my door in less than three days and one hour! Product was found to be exactly as ordered! With performance and prices like this (especially including the great Express Delivery price and speed), I will definitely be a repeat customer (this was my first purchase from Sole Trader Outlet) and will be one of the places I shop for my upcoming Christmas gift purchases! Still can't believe the shipment made it to me faster than an Amazon order I put in the same day on a different item!

The shop team were great and ordered a size 8 for me (EU42) as not in stock. A size 41 was sent - this is not an 8, which apparently is not available. As a result too small and I need to send back for a refund. Please ensure you have the right sizing.

I was very impressed at the Braintree Village shop. I liked the trainers, price as well as the look of it.The gentleman went to look at the back stock ,unfortunately there was none available for my size,and immediately he recommended the website which will deliver free of charge and the size and model I wanted was available. Free sailing and the delivery was smooth and efficient. Very very happy. Amazing service. Thank you.

Great price and speedy delivery, item arrived in 2 days even with standard delivery.
Could maybe give more of a description on the item? I was fairly confident these were the boots I was looking for from the Dr Martens site, but the product name and description wasn’t an exact match so felt a bit of a gamble that I’d get the exact pair I was hoping for.
Having said that they absolutely were and I’m more than happy!

Incredible customer service
Went in to get my son a pair of shoes for a funeral and they didn’t have his size in the shoe we had picked. The girl went through the back and brought through every shoe they had in his size and in black - she was an absolute star and couldn’t have been anymore help. Fantastic customer service going above and beyond

Ottimo negozio di scarpe e l'addetta alle vendite é stata molto gentile e attenta alle mie eseigenze. Mi ha salvato la vacanza consigliandomi un paio di scarpe comode per le mie ginocchia problematiche e per l'imprevisto vesciche alle caviglie causate dalle scarpe chiuse. Grazie mille!!!
