Excellent trousers
To honest, these are too nice to ruin as working trousers. They will age and mark of course over time and thats fine but I'm likely to wear these socially mostly. They are really comfortable, good movement and flex even though they are the thickest and most rugged trousers I've ever owned. I'm tempted to buy a second pair just in case they stop making them or change the design/material.

Outstanding quality! I was a little dubious at first paying a premium price for a supposedly premium product, but I needn't have been concerned. The jacket is far superior in fit and quality and I know it will last for a long time. In this instance the old adage of 'You get what you pay for' is certainly true! Delivery was also quick with great communication too. Perfect!

Great clothes and well made. My only issue is sizing which can be different on even the same items, like T-Shirts for example. The returns process seems to have changed for the better thankfully so It's not a great faff to get a replacement.
They are hard to beat on the quality and lifetime of the garments though and I have used them for work for over 15 years now.

We have been purchasing Carhartt for many years, starting with bib and braces for life on construction sites. They may end up dirty and torn but they never wear out, just need replacing because they look too 'tatty'. Have also purchased work shirts and winter jackets - excellent quality. And, dog coats! They draw so much attention and admiration.

Great product, great value, delivered in good time.
I have placed 2 orders now and I am so pleased with the products. All excellent quality and good value for money, something scarce in the world these days. My only criticism is that the delivery timings are vague. I'm not sure it that is deliberately clever so that when it arrives with the customer within 48hrs they are pleased or you courier is just that unreliable you have to give a large delivery window.

Carhartt has become one of my favourite clothing brands. The quality is excellent, with every item feeling well made, durable, and built to last. The materials are comfortable enough for everyday wear while being tough enough for outdoor activities and more demanding jobs.

Quality boots
The quality of the product and the photographs online are accurate with plenty of different angles etc. the website sometimes struggles to load or login in. This is a problem I’ve had for the last few years. Going off other reviews advice and using the size guide I ordered a size down from my usual 10 to a 9. This ended up fitting correctly.

Close but no cigar
I tend to use my iPhone to browse carhartts website. If I use the Google app I can’t access half the products as they don’t load in properly, I also can’t seem to back out of an item without being taken back to the welcome page losing where I was and I have also had 3 attempts to purchase items fail due to it crashing. I’ve had slightly better experiences using Safari as I am able to view items properly however the back button still seems to take me to the home page rather than my previous page and I have also had issues with completing purchases which has lead me to have to use a computer or other device. Over all the website looks great and would be really user friendly if it wasn’t for these issues that I have raised previously in a similar review and yet still seem to be present. I’m not going to go into the returns process and the lack of exchange options but that also definitely needs a review for a company that sells in the UK primarily through online sales and has several different variations of the same size depending on the cut.

Love the quality, love the fit & feel
Love the quality! Love the way it fits and feels. Love that it was discounted. Love that there is a label for free and easy returns and exchanges.
Sizing charts are a little confusing. I sent an email to ask for sizing help but didn’t hear back. It took a bit longer to arrive than expected but also we’re a little spoiled these days with how fast some things can arrive.
As an above and beyond side note; I would absolutely love a little extra something to come with my purchase. Maybe that’s a sticker or iron on patch or keychain. When spending over £100 it would be just that much more awesome and would make me feel super duper appreciated!

Quality workmanship but not perfect
I really like the nubuck leather and stitching of these boots. They look like they're built to last. They are unisex boots so there are bound to be a few less than ideal aspects. As a woman with a long narrow foot I knew they would be wide for me, so the laces are key to fixing that problem. Unfortunately the laces are thin and don't hold a bow very well, and having sinched the boots tighter I have a lot of excess to tie up.
Also I was a bit disappointed with the sole thickness. I expected more layers to guard against rough ground or maybe piercing nails -? I have already added inner soles but will probably need a second pair because I can feel stones through the soles!

Very easy process for ordering, the shirt was too large so had to go back, well designed pack meant it could be reused and a return label was included in the pack.
Ordered replacement and agin it arrived but this time a great fit. I suggest you order a size down from your usual.

Quality of the clothing is fantastic. I honestly love Carhartt products. I have jeans, dungarees, trousers that I can do wear to the office and a spring jacket. Every item is not only incredibly durable, it's made so well with designs that are able to suit different occasions. Nothing ever looks frumpy because of the quality. Clothes are true to size too. Lots of places aren't but I've never had a problem with Carhartt. In addition, the whole shipping process was quick and very easy to track!

Clothing Sizes.
As I have already stated, please make a note on your website regarding sizes. Whilst I appreciate the clothing is described as work clothing & is oversized, however they are enormous. I usually wear L or XL, but I think even a medium would fit me. All in all tho, the clothing is great quality & I am a massive fan. (By the way, I only buy T shirts & this is the first time I bought a hooded top.) Thank you, keep up the good work.

When initial delivery went missing at Royal Mail in Leeds (who were absolutely useless and not at all interested in helping.)
Carhartt quickly resent a replacement item on our word and it was very happily received in super quick time.
