Love the quality! Love the way it fits and feels. Love that it was discounted. Love that there is a label for free and easy returns and exchanges. Sizing charts are a little confusing. I sent an email to ask for sizing help but didn’t hear back. It took a bit longer to arrive than expected but also we’re a little spoiled these days with how fast some things can arrive. As an above and beyond side note; I would absolutely love a little extra something to come with my purchase. Maybe that’s a sticker or iron on patch or keychain. When spending over £100 it would be just that much more awesome and would make me feel super duper appreciated!

I really like the nubuck leather and stitching of these boots. They look like they're built to last. They are unisex boots so there are bound to be a few less than ideal aspects. As a woman with a long narrow foot I knew they would be wide for me, so the laces are key to fixing that problem. Unfortunately the laces are thin and don't hold a bow very well, and having sinched the boots tighter I have a lot of excess to tie up. Also I was a bit disappointed with the sole thickness. I expected more layers to guard against rough ground or maybe piercing nails -? I have already added inner soles but will probably need a second pair because I can feel stones through the soles!

Quality of the clothing is fantastic. I honestly love Carhartt products. I have jeans, dungarees, trousers that I can do wear to the office and a spring jacket. Every item is not only incredibly durable, it's made so well with designs that are able to suit different occasions. Nothing ever looks frumpy because of the quality. Clothes are true to size too. Lots of places aren't but I've never had a problem with Carhartt. In addition, the whole shipping process was quick and very easy to track!

As I have already stated, please make a note on your website regarding sizes. Whilst I appreciate the clothing is described as work clothing & is oversized, however they are enormous. I usually wear L or XL, but I think even a medium would fit me. All in all tho, the clothing is great quality & I am a massive fan. (By the way, I only buy T shirts & this is the first time I bought a hooded top.) Thank you, keep up the good work.

Excellent customer service and product. When initial delivery went missing at Royal Mail in Leeds (who were absolutely useless and not at all interested in helping.) Carhartt quickly resent a replacement item on our word and it was very happily received in super quick time. Original item still missing in Royal Mail system 🙄 My wife loves the jacket ❤

Much thought put into design and fit. Materials are top quality. And the products are made to a very high quality as well. All of these elements can be fully expected by the customer as Carhartt do not fail to deliver. Although some items are priced very high, most are what the products are actually worth. Top designers, top quality control, top manufacturing deserve to be paid well. I will come back to this company again and again as they are in the realms of Ralph Lauren quality.

The quality of the hat and shirt I bought was great It would have been useful to know the models h ought and details and to know what size he was wearing. Also I bought a hoodie from you years ago and the discrimination didn’t show what the inside of the item was like I have a thin ( spring weather hoodie) but thought I was buying a( winter weather hoodie) I hope this information helps Thanks

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars – Built Like My Joinery (But Straighter) I bought these Carhartt Relax Fit Bib & Brace dungarees for work 🔨 and honestly, they’ve become my most reliable tool — right after my tape measure and strong tea. The canvas is tougher than a knotty bit of oak and flexible enough that I can squat, kneel, and crawl around a site without looking like a badly hinged door. The pockets? Glorious. Enough room for pencils, chisels, screws, snacks, and that one screw you’ll definitely lose anyway. Stitching is solid, knees are reinforced, and they shrug off sawdust like it personally offended them. The straps stay put, unlike apprentices on a Friday afternoon. Comfortable, hard-wearing, and makes me feel 10% more professional and 30% more “proper carpenter.” If these ever break, I’ll probably retire — because clearly the job’s done me in first.

The service provided is excellent with an easy to navigate website and quick delivery. I’ve worn carhartt dungarees for years. I’m a professional gardener and they just work well for me. Enough comfort, hard wearing, not ridiculous amounts of pockets, look ok.

For me, the fit, size is is as listed, quality is exceptionally, comfortable beyond believe, bought all mine on line unit i flew into PIZA, Italy, found a store selling Carhartt ❤️ bought a tee shirt...

I often find the website stock a mess (comparatively) there are items there on sale etc you click on them and they are out of stock in every size..it needs clearing out/tidying and perhaps an “outlet” as well as a “sale” section. I find the sizing very very hard to work out particularly on trousers, items described as the same fit are often completely different, you find a fit you like and you can never replicate it, often the only way is to buy a lot of stock and try it, then you can find something and it becomes only available in America (102802). My feeling is asking customer service for help is a waste of time, I emailed about fits and it must be a month now and I’ve heard nothing. I think Carhartt needs to try harder to phase out virgin plastic/polyester and I suspect stop using pfa’s , I would never buy rain defender items for this reason. I guess ethical production is a long way off, it would be nice to see a few really classic items with an ethical option at a higher price point to the standard so you can choose, like doctor martins MIE how about carhartt MIA? Ordering using PayPal has become much better, the delivery considering it’s from Europe is fast. Prices are high, I do find myself “showrooming” using the site to find items that work and returning everything to buy elsewhere/cheaper (mi supplies). I really like the returns label is included in the package/no one else does this/very convenient. Refunds on return are painfully slow, I don’t think Carhartt.com is anything like competitive/comparable to other businesses re refunds this needs serious improvement/it’s not ok when you need to buy so much to find something good. Quality of the clothing is good when I find something I like it’s really exactly what I’m after. I still think as a brand they are very American styled..like their cars..I don’t think their clothes work for European builders..maybe European skaters..but this is not supposed to be .coms focus, that’s WIP’s area no?

I am always kept informed with regards to the progress of my Carhartt items. The clothes come well packed and if I need to return them there is a return label included. The clothes are great quality and arrived just in time for the cold weather. I kept track of my return, via the tracking number, but it would have been nice to receive a text/email telling me Carhartt had got the package and it was being processed. Otherwise everything is GREAT.

Products are great, although sizing can be tough to gauge between different fits & styles when ordering online, refund process after returning items is lengthy ! But been wearing Carhartt for decades and it always washes well and lasts forever, some of my clothes are older than my kids !!!! Worth the Money 100%

Was cheapest price for product and quick delivery. To do better- maybe find a more suitable sized book for product as a massive box for a small cap. Not a negative but just a thought

Great product and price. Fits great, but tip for all buyers, go a size down. I'm usually a medium and both products I went for small. Really good length as well. I find a lot of other companies' sweatshirts and hoodies can be too short in the body for me. Only slight down side, not Carhartt's fault. Royal Mail sent my parcel to the wrong town?!? Which delayed delivery by a few days. Maybe that's something you could look into.

Love the Jacket , stiff when you first get it but a week of use has made it soft. It’s extremely warm and comfortable to wear in all conditions. I bought a size large and it fits quite well , for reference: 45inch chest, 5’11, 100kg. I would highly recommend getting a size down , I’m quite broad and go the gym and the size fits me perfectly

All good. Delivery & pricing are very good. The hoodie is actually much better than i expected. I wore ityon a 3°C day inna heavy downpour & was surprised how well it kept me dry. Looks good & is well made. My only criticism is the small phone pocket in the side pocket, i like the idea of the extra pocket but i keep catchting my hand on it when using the bigger pocket. Overall excellent service & garment.

Really nice shirt - more like a jacket tbh. I originally bought a L but it was massive, so once I had it returned and refunded I bought a M and it's just great. Was gonna be for work but I'll wear it up a bit first I think, too nice for work!
