I mean, what can I fault about the product? Carhartt is a quality make, that's why I buy it. I was surprised how big the box was though for just a baseball cap.

Super warm jacket. Does come up big… very big. I’m normally a UK/EU Large as I’m 180cm tall. Followed advice to size down and went with a medium which is perfect for length but there’s still lots of room for layering. I imagine it’ll be warm down to very cold temperatures.

Quickest website visit for purchases in a long time. The goods themselves were of very good quality and just as described on the app. ( no sizing issues or inconsistencies here). I believe number 1 son will be delighted. And I might just buy something for myself!

The feel of this jacket oozes quality. It’s going to take a while to break in but I can tell this piece will be a stable for years to come. In terms of size, I’m 6’4” and 130Kg. I went for the XL as I read lots of other comments saying go down a size. It’s the perfect fit for me. Maybe a little snug when zipped up but that’s the look I prefer for this particular jacket. It’s definitely short, sitting right on my waist but the duck tail adds that little length required for someone my height. I’m thinking of going for the black one in XXL so I can wear thicker sweaters and jumpers under it.

The product i bought is excellent. But your website is an absolute nightmare, it takes along time to navigate between different products then they don't appear and it sticks and won't move. Probably one of the worst websites ever. Fix it and you will get more sales.

My only qualm is US size shoes are usually one up from UK (us 11 is uk 10) and I buy large joggers here. But US joggers are a size up to UK haha. Confusing - these are huge and I had to shrink them in the dryer

Great quality have bought from you before good true sizing bought as gifts for my son and he loves them all the clothing washes well no shrinkage no fading and hard wearing

I like the hoodie weight, material, and quality. However, I'm 73 with 42 in chest and 32 in waist hence the large size. I wish there were a draw cord around the bottom hem, as it is, it sort of hangs loose which doesn't look so great and is very drafty in windy rainy conditions. Otherwise a great piece of clothing kit. I can definitely recommend!

fast delivery and free returns. would be even better if refund issued when the item enters the returns system like Amazon do, but still the free return is excellent. Product I received (messenger bag) was technically great, but just too big for my needs.

The item that I order was , as with all Carhartt products, superior quality, stylish and value for money delivered extremely promptly. My only other comment is that the range of products is limited compared to the wide range available from Carhartt USA.

To be honest, your customer service has been brilliant. I rang for a return label and it wasn’t any trouble at all. Can’t fault anything. I also reordered the smaller size for my nephew.

The items I ordered are really good quality but what really impressed me, is the customer service. There was an issue with my order, I called customer service and they fixed it for me there and then.

Great service , delivery and products. Unfortunately my Gilet was too large but not a problem, recycle packaging works so well and even tape to use and resell the bag! Fantastic and easy to drop of at Post Office also.

I have been buying Carhartt for over 40 years, initially when in the USA and more recently through the European outlet. The clothing is excellent quality and the customer service is amazing.

Great fit and quality loved the products I purchased they really level up my wardrobe. My only suggestion is when items are out of stock take them off the sale listings so it's easier to find products

I have purchased T-shirt for my son and I worth every penny quality ease of washing (They wash like a ribbon) he wouldn’t purchase his workwear from anywhere else als the fit is so good.

Product is very well made, pockets are a little small for a work jacket. I side pocket is far too small. Sizes are massive 2xl is more like an xl in the UK.
