After an sms from dpd early in the morning predicting a delivery in the afternoon, nothing was delivered and hartmann's email support reported there had been no street name on the order (!). Bad mark for Hartmann's website for allowing that, and another for DPD lacking the commonsense to figure out that a postcode and house number should be enough to find us. Then Hartmann's email support manually sent out the order again and it finally arrived a few days later than originally expected, so they get a 'fair' rating this time. It would have been another star or two otherwise as the product is good, the fixpants stretch better and don't yield so many shrieks from mum while I'm pulling them up for her.

Not happy with website, I cant conclude an order when you're closed, it wont take either my email address (says wrong), and/or expiry date of my card. It didnt seem to expand details of past orders, which would be really useful. Next day, on the phone its good as gold.

When I ask for unbranded card board delivery boxes on an ongoing basis , this seems to last for just that one occasion ..... Can you not retain this instruction which also enables easier back up with our neighbours.

There was an issue with the pads not being delivered by dpd. I spoke to Hartmann customer service they were extremely helpful. They put a note on the system for dpd, the pads were then delivered to a safe place.
