Comfy, good fit , good looking , easy to pull on and off , very little smells , discreet,
Buuut...absorbency not up to scratch around leak guards in leg area and also cannot cope with side sleeping position or laying or sitting down , they get overwhelmed by back pressure, the only way I solved it was to have a larger size with more padding area around the bottom which made the product form a tube from the grion to the buttocks so the fluid could collect there and not leak from over pressure .
Apart from that good pull up product.
Havnt tried their slips or nappies yet , will be interesting to see if they are any better.

After contacting you my order was swiftly dispatched, unfortunately the pads were hard to keep in place therefore, pant might be better to try. As far 'as what you could do better' nothing is the answer other than, if you do pants, my husband would like a sample to try these.

Good response but very poor delivery
Dealing with Hartmann is easy and godd responses from call handlers. The issue I have is with the delivery man. I live in a 3 storey building which has both limited access and 24hr cctv. The driver left my order on the ground floor and I live on the third floor. If my husband had not been at my flat I don’t know how the three boxes would have been collected and brought to my flat.

I didn't get a order confirmation but when I phoned that were able to email me the order confirmation from a different system. Delivery was the next day with a time slot so I was able to let him know to expect them.

Comfy , no crinkly noise , absorbency not the best compared with tena pro skin , for the same amount of drops , tends are more absorbant and cheaper , would like to try and more absorbant product from Hartmann but have just got tena so am not in position to spend more money on try a different product from your lines .would like to try a high absorbency night pullup from your line if you have one , if not ill stick with tena untill I've finished pack.

I've been a HartmanDirect customer for about five years now. I perched 2 packs of Molicare slip night. Thinking they were plastic backed ones that I had before sadly they were not. The flimsy fabric at the sides was a joke there is 30 to the pack instead of 14 so I can only assume that they have swapped quality for quantity needless to say I will not be buying these again.
