The delivery was significantly delayed, and when I contacted customer service, they apologized and assured me they would send a complimentary gift as compensation. Unfortunately, the "gift" turned out to be just two tea bags, which felt disappointing and inappropriate given the circumstances.
The product itself cost only €8, while I paid €34.50 for DHL shipping because I expected the package to be delivered directly to my home. Instead, it was handed over to Dubai Post, which then charged me an additional €8 for home delivery.
In total, I paid €42.50 in shipping fees for an €8 item, and the delivery took an entire month. This was an extremely frustrating experience and the poorest service I have ever received from an online retailer. I would not recommend this company.
