I wasn't familiar with Your Nutrition Shop before this purchase so I was a little hesitant about making a purchase. However, I did my research, read reviews from other customers and found that all signs were reassuring and positive. I am so grateful to others who took the time to leave reviews as otherwise, I might never have purchased and discovered a great local and independent (I believe) seller.
The service was excellent with my purchase being dispatched immediately and arriving within a day or two. The products and brands stocked are great quality, trusted brands that I use and efind effective. The prices are also very competitive and the offers very welcome!
All in all, a great retailer who exceeded my expectations and who I'd very happily shop with again.
I was very disappointed with how long it had taken to receive my order. I waited 5 days. It wasn’t even dispatched till the 3rd day. I find this unacceptable as delivery by other shops are so much quicker within a few days.
Unless this improves I will shop elsewhere.

Ease of ordering and professional service
I like the ease of ordering online and if I need to make contact with a query about a product, the staff are efficient and very knowledgeable about the products.
I usually go to Yournutritionshop.com for my brewers yeast as they are generally the cheapest, although the item price has increased somewhat since my last order, however with the discount from my acrued points the price was competitive.
Your Nutrition generally stocks the health products I prefer and delivers them quickly at a fair price. They run a reward scheme which means that I occasionally get some money off, and this really helps.

Brilliant customer service, only thing I would change is not using Royal Mail any more. Not reliable and not easy to get your parcel from them, couldn't possibly have been any more awkward

I was contacted directly to advise a product was out of stock and asked to consider alternatives available. This is great customer service and considerate.
