They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?

Unfortunately the email wasn't going through It was my first time ordering from PakCosmetics sady the box was well secured from outside but not from inside and it didn't have Fragile Handle with care label and one of the 2 vitamin E oils that I have ordered was broken and this is how outside and inside the box looks like.

update more often and when things are out of stock try to get back to the customer to order asap instead of them thinking the item is in stock.

I like that I got to receive my package with everything that I ordered for. I wasn't happy that one of the products had already reached its expiry date. You need to work on your customer care I am a repeat customer and I don't see the appreciation from you guys even if it not a sample product at least write thank you notes or something to make the customer feel appreciated.
