They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?
Let me start by saying I’ve been robbed and blocked, this is a scam, please shop elsewhere.
Half my order came with damaged seals causing 2 bottles of hair dye to leak over everything in the package. The seals were broken in the same way and the caps were loose; some of the spilled dye had dried so these were likely damaged before they were packaged. Upon receiving the damaged goods I contacted customer services and was informed I would receive a refund totalling the amount of the two damaged products. This ‘refund’ took over a week to arrive and they decided to only send half. I called to ask them why I’d only received half my refund & was rudely told I definitely saw the email where they said they can only refund 50% when I absolutely did not. (They tactically sent this email after the one suggesting they'll send a full refund so you agree to it - I responded yes to a refund totalling £7.58, nothing else & I would not have said yes if it had clearly read 50% anywhere at all in the email (this email is attached). She then refused to even attempt to listen to me, insisted I was wrong & continually interrupted me. This is some of the WORST customer service & scammy business practices I’ve come across in a while, it’s literally like they would rather you shop elsewhere (which I’d highly recommend you do) I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't buy from here unless you want to receive broken/damaged products & then be refused a full refund and completely blanked by customer services. I would rather yeet my my money into the ocean than deal with this site.
I have placed orders for years and never had any issues. The last time I ordered my item was placed on hold I didn't know this..so a few days passed and I didn't receive my order so I decided to check my account and found out it was on hold. I emailed and called to find out what happened, no reply via email or phone. Then my item was released a couple days later..

Totally different shade than what I ordered
I ordered the bright purple and revived a very dark purple (almost black). Poor customer service when I complained and explained that the return postage I had to pay would cost me the same (or more than ) the hair. They refused to do anything about it .

Constructive request - please can the braid colour chart be consistent. When you hover some parts of the screen it shows the colour of the item on other it does not. I purchased (order 1021095471)pre-stretched ultra braid (2 x), colour T1B/Silver, the screen image gives the impression the colour was silver (main colour) with black(secondary colour) however it is the opposite. I would love buy the same product with the colour silver (main) with black(secondary), I hope this makes sense. (order 1021096077) Great thank you

Good company website.
I am giving you this score based on the products available on your website. Most of the skincare & beauty products I select from your store are genuine and certified. Also the payment Gateway is safe. Some improvements could be done on the packaging. In addition it would be nice if you could add more payment options like PayPal, Klarma, to your return customers, as well as incentives discounts.

First time ordering from this company and my stuff arrived quick and in perfect condition. Will be ordering from them again with no reservations. I will actually sign up with them now for a faster checkout and because i was impressed with their quick processing. PayPal would be a nice payment option to see.
