They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?

Half my order came with damaged seals causing 2 bottles of hair dye to leak over everything in the package. The seals were broken in the same way and the caps were loose; some of the spilled dye had dried so these were likely damaged before they were packaged. Upon receiving the damaged goods I contacted customer services and was informed I would receive a refund totalling the amount of the two damaged products. This ‘refund’ took over a week to arrive and they decided to only send half. I called to ask them why I’d only received half my refund & was rudely told I definitely saw the email where they said they can only refund 50% when I absolutely did not. (They tactically sent this email after the one suggesting they'll send a full refund so you agree to it - I responded yes to a refund totalling £7.58, nothing else & I would not have said yes if it had clearly read 50% anywhere at all in the email (this email is attached). She then refused to even attempt to listen to me, insisted I was wrong & continually interrupted me. This is some of the WORST customer service & scammy business practices I’ve come across in a while, it’s literally like they would rather you shop elsewhere (which I’d highly recommend you do) I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't buy from here unless you want to receive broken/damaged products & then be refused a full refund and completely blanked by customer services. I would rather yeet my my money into the ocean than deal with this site.

0 stars. Posted damaged goods, blamed the customer & refused to give full refund for damaged goods

Absolutely terrible experience. Will never order from Paks Cosmetics again!
Absolutely terrible experience. I spent over £50 and l two of the three items have a best by date of 06/24 and 08/24. This is completely unacceptable as we are in March, 03/24.
The third item has a date of 02/25 which is under a year and also the product is of poor quality in the bottle. It looks as though it has already expired. Again completely unacceptable.
Also, the packaging the irems came in is ridiculous, literally an old box which was for some sort of skincare product.
I contacted their customer service who seems to think that selling products with such ridiculously short shelf life and of poor quality is absolutely fine. I am requesting a full refund.

Order wasn't delivered but as Amazon driver's GPS says it was customer services insist that it was.
We gave checked the so-called safe spaces & with out neighbours, with whom we gave good relationships & we always take parcels in for each other.
This has happened with 4 recent orders, including from your partner store, My hair and beauty.
I am not a liar but am being treated as one by both customer services departments which have not offer me a refund. I will review this experience and will not shop from either of these stores again.

Items missing from order. I wasn’t charged but when asked if they could deliver the items I was expecting removing the delivery charge as I had spent over £50 already the customer service was very poor. They did not help to resolve the issue or even sound concerned. I was a new customer who spends on average £30 per month on hair products and was planning on making this online store a regular to easy traveling to my closest store but not anymore.

The staff look angry. Almost as if you are an inconvenience. I had to ask for someone to help me. The assistant pointed to where the product I was looking for was. It was behind the counter so I would need her assistance. She just left me because she was anxious to serve a white lady who came in the shop AFTER me. Spent £250 but will get products on line from another source in future. Not going back.

I did not receive confirmation letter after my order. I ordered the item on Sunday for 2-3 (48 hours trackable) days delivery but the item was received on Friday. I was not able to track the item. I was basically left in lumber till delivery. I made 2 phone calls but they were not helpful after the long wait.
In summary, I will never buy from that website again neither will I recommend it to anyone.

Sent packaging using an old order box with bad odour
Packaging was unacceptable an old Order box with a bad odour once you open the box. Then they send whatever items they feel like example I order an Afro comb with metal spikes and received three plastic Afro combs instead. Also they need to update the image on their website if you are selling a colour 30 wig have a display of the colour 30 wig on the site. Won’t be buying from them again

Product not well sealed and content had all poured into the box and I was only offered 50% refund. Even though there is proof that the content was not available foe me to use. I had no problem with the issues but the customer service was really poor, offering a 50% refund for a product that I cannot use, and this is because of the poor packaging, the serum was not sealed properly.

I have not received my order, I was told it would be delivered to me, after all I did pay for carriage, yet I still haven't had it. The courier said he left it in reception, well there is no reception areas in our building. They are now dragging out an investigation for another 7-10 days, I have no choice but to wait, I will do this because I know that I do not have my order.

I was unable to track my order and I tried calling the number on their site, didn’t get a response. Sent a mail didn’t get anything.
After I sent another mail and they offered to refund my money. As at the time am writing this, they are yet to refund although they have sent several emails that I would be getting my money in 3-5 working days. Terrible service from Pakcosmetics

Items not available on website instead of just corresponding through email, they asking you the customer to call them. Even later when you go online to search for option B of the item, the initial option stil in stock on the website.
You send them an email for alternative product. But they still ring you on a weekend at 09.00. Who does that
