Reliable, good value hair products
This is the second time that I've ordered from here, the order (as last time) arrived in about a week, no wrong items or anything missing and they are cheaper than competitors, hence why I ordered through them. If the prices remain as they are, then I will continue to purchase my hair products (and probably other products too) from them.

Fantastic prices for Curlsmith hair products and exceptional customer care, when the Next Day Delivery parcel didn't arrive the next day (the items were birthday presents) - through no fault at all of Pak's.
Not only was my call handled with an attitude of genuinely caring but it was followed up with a really lovely email and they also kept an eye on my parcel the following day. One of those emails was from Sam... I don't know if that's also the lady I spoke to on the phone.
This was my first ever order with Pak's and despite the delay to the expediated service, I wouldn't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Pak's. Even though I live in Denmark (within the EU) and had ordered the goods in the UK (outside the EU), it has been a pleasure to do business with you. The goods were absolutely fine and arrived within 10 days of ordering. However, the long transport time is primarily due to the slow Danish customs processing. The only thing I am a little upset about is the high shipping costs, especially because I pay customs on both the price of the goods and the shipping costs. But since I cannot buy the goods in Denmark and have not found them anywhere else within the EU, it is a condition I have to accept. I will be back :-)

However, the boxes the products are delivered in are often too big which makes for unnecessary extra recycling waste. From the day I ordered it till it's arrival yesterday I was able to track where my order was,the only disappointment was I got a letter from royal mail to say I had to pay import duty and administration fees which added another €12 .70 onto my purchase price they said it was because it was coming from UK which was not an EU country I was not aware of this so I would advise that your company that you should tell customers outside of the UK that they will have to pay this charge before they deliver the parcel otherwise I'm very pleased with the product and delivery
