Incredible to find my size...4' 11, trousers are always tricky. But PAK'S has my size! And the material is very good. I bought them for my upcoming long flight but I already had them for my holiday lounge days. Very comfortable. The package was really good, too.

However, my order was based on the description of the product, which was the original product, the product sent was the new updated version. Not normally a problem but due to sensitivity I was not sure whether the product could be used due to a slight change of the ingredients. So I may I recommend the product description and picture on your website be updated. The product was bought as a gift.

The product I wanted at a reasonable price so I ordered 2 to get my money's wort hfrom p&p. Unfortunately they use evri to deliver which is usually a problem and this time one of the items was smashed. I quickly got a refund but wasn't given the choice of a replacement that I wanted. I wasn't able to find this hair dye elsewhere, so I was really happy I got that colour. The price was great and the delivery was on time. However, VAT details were not filled in the customs form which triggered the collection of VAT plus admin fee by Revenue in Ireland, which should not be the case as I already paid VAT. For this reason, I won't be buying again.
