If I could give 0 I would. Second time ordering from here and second time my item gets cancelled a few weeks after I placed the order for not being in stock. This time I’ve been told it’s been cancelled but it’s not reflected on my account so my refund is still not being processed. My next step will have to be a chargeback. Never ordering from here again.
Customer service: the guy just couldn’t care less. Logistic and postal: Late delivery of the parcel, poor packaging, most of the contents lost. Send back at my cost for a refund.

Excessive Delivery Time
The delivery process has taken, too long with no proactive comms (emails/texts) advising where the order is in the delivery journey. Order was placed 12th June and today 20th June I'm still waiting on EVRI (AlpineTrek's carrier) to confirm receipt of my order over a week later. Just a really poor customer experience.

Realised I'd ordered the wrong size and emailed to cancel with 3 days, and one day was a Bank Holiday and they said they couldn't as it has been sent to logistics.
The parcel hadn't even been dispatched,.
Pathetic excuse as it took 2werks to recieve with me sending straight back and having to pay postage

Very poor, item stated as 6-8 days for delivery and not even showing as dispatched yet despite ordering on 15th June. Have contacted but like many others have just been ignored. Will give it another 24 hours before escalating this again.... £150 out of pocket at the moment. Sort it out AlpineTrek, it's not good enough.
