I ordered a crash pad over ten days ago and I'm still waiting. I've been promised twice now and I've been waiting patiently. Where is it my mat? is it coming?

1 star is too many...!!! Website showing wrong product, now I have to buy a printer just to return what was incorrectly supplied Why not put a return label in the package along with all the other bits of paper you readily print for no reason....!!!!

Order was lost, didn't even make it to the courier, was told it was going to take up to 10 days to find out what happened before a refund or replacement, that would have been nearly a month after i placed the order before I could get my money back. Very poor customer service, didn't even get offered a refund or credit or compensation for an in house issue with their ordering.

Ordered a helmet that was in stock, received no confirmation. Contacted alpine trek who told me my order was being processed. 4 days later order was cancelled because the helmet wasn’t in stock..? terrible shop. avoid.

Been waitting for my cycle shoes since 7th may told 3/ 5 days delivery. Nothing then you cant get in contact with them nor do they answer messages. Wont use them again. Looks like im £106 out of pocket. Poor company to deal with.

Still waiting for the goods ordered a while back, tracking says order is with local courier and on its way to me, problem is that was dated last Sunday some 5 days ago? I have purchased other goods since ordering from yourselves and all of those goods have been delivered.

Order placed 7 days ago, still hasn’t been dispatched . Your website says that they are operating as usual .
