I bought 3 items, the teelight arch, a Santa with a penguin on a toboggan and another Santa with a small reindeer. I've collected all things penguin since I was child, the idea being I wanted to put together a tableau with penguins and a reindeer, a tree plus a snowman. If I have one observation, it is not a criticism, - the arch itself would be better if it was twice the size so more figures could be arranged on it. I intend to give the extra Santa as a Christmas gift to a friend. Everything was beautifully packaged and arrived from Germany to the UK within 5 days. The quality of the pieces is excellent, the service and packaging was likewise. Although, I speak no German I was able to order via the website as there was the option to view the website in English. I would highly recommend both the ease of use of the website and the goods themselves. As I said as the arch was smaller than I'd hoped and I have no hesitation in ordering more products from the site I intend to order another arch and more figures and I will put them on either side of my mantlepiece.

My Santa arrived broken snd it became my job to fix it so i can give it for a gift. Not to excited about that as i now know it can fall apart again.
$12 is nothing or 15% off the next order (really ??) and it good for your site.
Now i also know that everything being shipped becomes my responsibility to fix it if needed. Wow.
It was packed very well which points to the issue before that

Great quality and Unique Christmas Items.
We have been buying Christmas items and ornaments for years. Now we are buying your ornaments, etc for our grandchildren. We love the quality workmanship of your items and the fact that the are NOT like ornaments that most Christmas shop carry in the US that look like they were made in China.

Phantastisch!
The Weihnachtsbackerei (Molli's Christmas Bakery) exceeded our expectations! It is exquisitely crafted. We also have one of your pyramids; it is similarly beautiful. We will enjoy both items for many years to come!
Our only criticism (and it's not about the arch) is that it would be great if the storage box were padded for storage.

Dregeno 19 piece Hand Carved Wooden Nativity Set
This set is incredibly beautiful and pictures cannot do it justice. Each individual piece, as well as the creche, are absolutely amazing and a true piece of art. The detail in each hand carved piece is breathtaking. Truly an heirloom piece and a piece to be proud to pass down to each generation in our family.

An Easter gift for my granddaughter to add to prior bunnies I purchased from you which I am sure she will love. Beautiful piece. Came quickly and was well packed. I have it out for the holidays. Beautiful detail and love the natural wood. It works well but you do need new votive candles & they need to be replaced more often as once the votive burns down a bit, the spinning feature will stop.

Enjoying the "Moon Cleaner"
I really enjoy the "Moon Cleaner" figure for the Winter Children village! The traditional story about the last person going home from the inn's pub after an evening of drinking was very fun to read, too! The beautifully crafted figure will be a family treasure for decades to come!

The best memory of Germany for years to come
Piramid is perfect was so happy with it. I would recommend The box of candles to anyone they work and fit perfectly with the piramid.

The actual smoker is beautiful. The craftsmanship is terrific…but…it is very fragile and the sled is all apart and disassembled in the box. I believe it is only at seams so after Christmas I will see if it can be glued. I should have taken a photo before I wrapped it.

The Winterkinder Weihnachtsdorf figures, houses, and the sky arch have been arriving fast and absolutely perfect! The sky arch is amazing - It reaches across the entire village scene. All will no doubt be family holiday heirlooms for many years into the future.

We are very pleased with the Cologne Cathedral window picture. Unfortunately, the recommended plug adapter which I purchased did not provide the proper electricity and I will need to get an electrical converter for it. Very fast shipping from Germany to USA.

Items are exactly what I wanted but both arrived damaged. Santa smoker head had broken off and a tree had broken off the pyramid. I was able to repair both with glue but packaging for fragile items like these could have been better. Otherwise, very happy.
