UPS is unbelievably fast and the packages come in excellent condition and the contents are always well packed to arrive safely without damage to their destination. Great new Schwibbogen with lighting that looks almost fluorescent, delivered promptly and efficiently. The shelves on the right front were loose but I was able to figure out where they belonged from your online picture. Erzgebirge will continue to be my favorite source for German Xmas. If you have a 220 to 110 plug adapter, everything works fine-no need for converters, transformers etc

Die Waren sind grossartig !! Danke!! Leider hat UPS statt zu mir die zu Hause war , an meinen Nachbarn geliefert (!!) und das Paket stand draussen im Regen da dort keiner zu Hause war. Total unprofessionell von Ups und trotz Kontakt hat Ups erst nach 4Tagen geantwortet. Da ihr gut verpackt hattet ist kein Schaden an der Ware entstanden. Habe alles vorsichtig zum trocknen gelegt. Vllt in Zukunft neue Firma mit lesekundigem Personal beauftragen ?
