I bought 3 items, the teelight arch, a Santa with a penguin on a toboggan and another Santa with a small reindeer. I've collected all things penguin since I was child, the idea being I wanted to put together a tableau with penguins and a reindeer, a tree plus a snowman. If I have one observation, it is not a criticism, - the arch itself would be better if it was twice the size so more figures could be arranged on it. I intend to give the extra Santa as a Christmas gift to a friend. Everything was beautifully packaged and arrived from Germany to the UK within 5 days. The quality of the pieces is excellent, the service and packaging was likewise. Although, I speak no German I was able to order via the website as there was the option to view the website in English. I would highly recommend both the ease of use of the website and the goods themselves. As I said as the arch was smaller than I'd hoped and I have no hesitation in ordering more products from the site I intend to order another arch and more figures and I will put them on either side of my mantlepiece.

My Santa arrived broken snd it became my job to fix it so i can give it for a gift. Not to excited about that as i now know it can fall apart again.
$12 is nothing or 15% off the next order (really ??) and it good for your site.
Now i also know that everything being shipped becomes my responsibility to fix it if needed. Wow.
It was packed very well which points to the issue before that

Absolutely stunning!
Our 4 tier pyramid is absolutely stunning! My wife and I had been talking about getting one for years in all the times we’d been to Germany we had never bought one. My only complaint, and the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the packaging. When I received the box, I heard a lot of rattling around. Luckily it was the box of candles that had busted open and it was candles bouncing around in the box. But when I opened the pyramid box, many parts to the pyramid had broken off. I was able to glue them back on, so well in fact you can’t tell they had broken off. My only recommendation for this company is to do a better job for shipping. I live in the US, so I understand it’s a long way to travel. Otherwise, we love it, and this will be in our family for many generations to come!

Nutcrackers - quality and efficient service
Efficient and speedy execution of sale. I was expecting possible customs implications and was surprised and pleased the shipment came through with no problems.
I did have difficulty navigating the website this time, more likely to do with my lack of expertise, but somehow kept jumping from German to English and back. Also, the item I was particularly searching for did not appear to be available, and then I came across it in a different search - erratic.
The items purchased were of usual good quality.

Exactly what I expected!
We ordered on Tuesday, and it arrived in perfect condition on Friday. It is beautifully made. I couldn't be more pleased.
Advice for others: Purchase candles with the carousel. I purchased German-made tree/carousel candles from another company, and I have to soften the wax on the bottom to stabilize them. I would have thought that the candle sizes would be standardized, but they aren't. No big deal, but it's nice when candles are a perfect fit. (Also, you can certainly use tea lights.)

We were very satisfied for the prompt delivery of our order. Sadly two of the Gunter Reichel baumbehang were not available, The Apple tree and The children with toys , and will have to wait untill next year as the postage for two will make them a liile expensive. Please will you inform us of when they are back in stock and keep us on your mailing list.

We have loved these products for years. My mother first started collecting the smokers 50-60 years ago, and we have carried on the tradition. Our last order arrived quickly and packed well. When we opened and unwrapped, one of the smokers (a Santa) had his arm detached at a glue join. No problem to fix…a little glue and good as new. Thank you all for such wonderful products. We have our 2 smokers for Christmas 2024 already picked out!

I purchased the "Clockmaker" Nutcracker for my mother. It has amazing attention to detail. What surprised me was the Clock is functional! It comes with a pendulum and a key to wind the clock. I highly recommend this Nutcracker to anyone who shows interest. I was quoted a quick delivery time and it was delivered a day earlier than promised. The item is exactly as pictured and it came so quickly. Yes I paid for International shipping but still from the moment I ordered it till the time it was out the door was fast. Every year for several years I have purchased something from these folks and I'm never disappointed. America is flooded with cheap poorly made Chinese copies and I will not purchase them. Nothing compares to German craftsmanship.

First time I have purchased from this company. The website was very easy to use. The goods were delivered in a timely fashion. A very minor issue with a couple of figurines coming loose during shipment, but easily resolved and the company have kindly offered some compensation even though not requested. The items are well made and add a special festive feel. Will definitely use again.

Precious Christmas Ornaments
I love the designs and the quality of the ornaments were great. The only issue is that I have is I ordered the Ulbricht wreath, which three of the candles broke off. Luckily, I was able to glue them back. My suggestion is with small parts like a candle, it should be in a separate box packed with paper where there would be little movement inside, like the Ulbrict Christmas tree.

Meets Expectations and Then Some
The Gingerbread King is awesome! The details, workmanship, and overall quality meet our every expectation. We purchased this nutcracker for a gift and fell in love with it. So we are planning to order another for ourselves and start, what we believe, will be a stunning collection!

I give my 8 grand children a smoker for Christmas every year, as I did for my own 4 children and godchildren when they were growing up. They give great joy as they are brought out each year for the holidays. They are and will continue to be treasured for generations, especially in a world full of plastic and glitter. They are each works of beautiful and whimsical art.

Christmas pyramids
I am so delighted with the pyramids I have ordered. I love the different themes and they are beautiful and adorable. My whole family loves them so much at Christmas that we keep replacing the candles so they keep going all day. When visiting the online store it's almost overwhelming to choose, the descriptions are very accurate and they shipped soon after ordering.

Lovely Handcrafted German Nutcrackers
I purchased three nutcrackers (well 5 if you count that the tiny set of musketeers was a set of 3): 16.1 inch Santa with Wreath, 7.9 inch Forester, and the 3 inch Musketeers - Set of Three. They are all absolutely beautifully crafted and have been a welcome addition to my large nutcracker collection, were shipped very quickly, and were packaged very securely.

I bought 8 of these figures 50 years ago when I was in Germany for Christmas at the Nurenburg Christmas Market. I was excited when I randomly came across this website and saw they were still being made. I ordered 3 new ones hoping they would match what I bought 50 years ago. They do! The craftmanship is wonderful. Many good memories of my travels.
