The head on one of the figures on the smoker was off when it arrived, there should've been more packing material inside the smoker box. It was easily re-glued and looks fine.

Bought a couple nutcrackers. Product is excellent, delivery was quicker than I expected, and I was kept informed of the delivery status. No problems, very happy with the purchase.

Everything was as expected from this truly exceptional seller. I love love love all of their wooden goods. The workmanship puts a lot of foreign goods to shame. A lot more expensive but I would rather buy one really good item than 10 cheaper ones because I know I will always cherish the best item and keep it as an heirloom for my children. I'm already saving up for my next item from the Palace.
