Bed buying - a vital, expensive undertaking, but, get it wrong and you can regret it forever! T R Hayes can help (they certainly helped us!). At their store we were given all the help and advice we needed, but also plenty to time to relax and try out the different mattresses to our own satisfaction. We left confident we'd made the right choice, and the sleeps since have proved it - bliss! Incidentally, the bed delivery was straightforward and effortless too.

We were amazed by the delivery person who brought our Jayne chair today. We live in a secure gated compound at the end of a short lane. Most delivery vehicles come down the lane and the driver calls us on a dedicated gate phone and we can open the gate remotely. Instead I was astonished to see an upside-down chair coming down the lane towards the gates, which I opened to see the delivery person carrying the chair on his head. He proceeded to install the chair exactly where we wanted it. Excellent service - and entertaining too! Can't do better! Sorry, no pictures.

We recently purchased a new sofa and chair from T R Hayes, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations. The quality of both the sofa and chair is excellent — very comfortable, well-made, and exactly as described. They’ve completely transformed our living space, and we’ve already had several compliments from visitors! Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition. It’s clear that T R Hayes really care about both their products and their customers. We would highly recommend T R Hayes to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service. Stuart & Sam had a difficult task in accessing our chalet bungalow as the lounge was upstairs! They moved “heaven & earth” to get our 3 piece & a 2 piece sofa upstairs with very tight access meaning having to come through the garage and then the back door with the inconvenience of a tight stairway to reach the lounge. Great service from a trusted company, but a trusted company is only as good as its employees! Thank you Stuart & Sam for making a very difficult task into pleasing a customer that wouldn’t have our sofas today if it wasn’t for your hard work and dedication in your persistent to delivery great customer service from TR Hayes 👏👏👏

TR Hayes was absolutely fantastic from when we first visited their showrooms, right through to choosing the right fabrics for our fabulous sofa and sofa bed and on to delivery. The mattress is absolutely divine too! Their service is second to none, personal and super-efficient, and we can't thank them enough for making everything so easy for us.

The display of mattresses in store was vast so we were able to try the different comfort levels of the different companies they stock. Catherine our assistant was particularly knowledgeable and patient with us. Delivery service and disposal of old Mattress was also very smooth. All very good, I can’t fault the service that TR Hayes provide.

Although a long wait our Sofa was ready for dispatch when we were told it would be Good communication and delivery Delivery driver and assistant were so brilliant and really helpful and I can’t rate them highly enough…. Top notch !

Yesterday afternoon we visited TR Hayes, Bath, little did we know when we parked our car free of charge what a delight we were in for. On entering the store we were greeted by an extremely polite member of staff called Dairen. He enquired what we were looking for and then proceeded to show us around seven floors of interesting sofas and chairs. His sales pitch was second to none, he is very knowledgeable, professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. He noted our interest in things and I am sure he knew what we would buy before we did! Thank you Dairen at TR Hayes Bath you are a credit to the store. We have been looking for a quality, stand out table set for our new kitchen for ages and this couldn’t be more perfect. The gentlemen who delivered to us were absolutely brilliant and we couldn’t praise them highly enough! Will definitely be buying from TRHayes in the future

Genuine welcome to the shop when we arrived. Helpful, well informed staff throughout our visit. Great range of products. Payment and delivery of our console table was easy and efficient. Delivery drivers were prompt, courteous and really helpful in unpacking & placing the table because I’d had a hand operation. THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The two men who delivered my new sofa came on time. They were friendly as they screwed the legs on and placed the sofa just where I wanted it. They took away all the wrapping.

The delivery was efficient and on time- the delivery chaps were so good and removed all the packaging material which amounted to quite a lot!

Vague floor staff who didnt know the answer to a simple question about how a recliner worked - not exactly rocket science - irritating. However excellent delivery guys who went the extra mile to get the chair into our tiny cottage.

Jules and other staff were attentive and supportive both while we were in store and in any follow up by phone. The delivery and removal of the old mattress was also efficient and careful. I am enjoying the mattress. It is more comfortable than my previous one ever was.

After my office chair was delivered, I discovered that one of the arms was loose. I felt silly asking Hayes to come to fix such a small thing, but was worried about breaking something if I tried to fix it myself. Hayes were wonderful. Send someone the next day; the guys had it done in minutes. I haven't in recent years needed any help from Hayes with purchases, so now I know that their after sales care is excellent.

Excellent, Suzanne was very helpful in the shop & on the phone so I placed the draft order & confirmed a few days later. Then it arrived quicker than I thought & am thrilled with the chair!

We bought the furniture a while ago but builders were delayed. TRHayes was very understanding and kept it in storage for us free of charge for 3 months! The delivery team was great, manoeuvred the sofa through a narrow door, built it all up and showed me how to extend the table.

Dairen was very helpful with my mattress and delivery was well communicated and on time.

These two new chairs are excellent for us as we are getting older. They were delivered a week early and fit our sitting room decor exactly. Excellent price as well.
