Excellent service from TR Hayes. We found exactly what we wanted at a good price. They delivered at a time convenient to us and delivery team were also very efficient and helpful. The only negative is that I thought delivery was rather expensive at £75 for a sofa considering we live no more than two miles from the shop and about the same distance from their storage facility.

The personal service when trying to find the right sofa and chairs, and the knowledge of the lady who helped. What was outstanding was that I needed the sofa and chairs sooner than the specified time frame given, and when I phoned up nearer the time my old friend from overseas were arriving, they were able to phone the warehouse to ensure it happened and it was delivered a few days later. In time to spare me sofa embarrassment !

I received good customer service when I purchased my bed and Hayes allowed me enough time before the bed could be delivered. I do think £49 for delivery is expensive especially as I live only 10 minutes away from the shop and also £79 to take away the old furniture. However, my purchase was a bargain and both Gareth and Dom were friendly and helpful in installing the bed and Dom with helping to put on the mattress.

A MOST ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THIS MORNING. CATHERINE WAS SO HELPFUL THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS LEARNING THAT YOU NO LONGER SELL CARPETS AS I INTENDED BUYING A NEW CARPET TOO (my experience a few years ago when I bought a carpet for my hall convinced my that you were the only place for carpets). I LOOK FORWARD TO THE DELIVERY OF MY NEW SOFA.

Bed buying - a vital, expensive undertaking, but, get it wrong and you can regret it forever! T R Hayes can help (they certainly helped us!). At their store we were given all the help and advice we needed, but also plenty to time to relax and try out the different mattresses to our own satisfaction. We left confident we'd made the right choice, and the sleeps since have proved it - bliss! Incidentally, the bed delivery was straightforward and effortless too.

Very good (and patient) service from the sales person. My only concern was that we didn’t realise how heavy it was. Stand no chance of being able to turn it, and are waiting for our next visitors to help to even rotate it! Do you offer a bed turning service?

We recently purchased a new sofa and chair from T R Hayes, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations. The quality of both the sofa and chair is excellent — very comfortable, well-made, and exactly as described. They’ve completely transformed our living space, and we’ve already had several compliments from visitors! Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition. It’s clear that T R Hayes really care about both their products and their customers. We would highly recommend T R Hayes to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service. We were amazed by the delivery person who brought our Jayne chair today. We live in a secure gated compound at the end of a short lane. Most delivery vehicles come down the lane and the driver calls us on a dedicated gate phone and we can open the gate remotely. Instead I was astonished to see an upside-down chair coming down the lane towards the gates, which I opened to see the delivery person carrying the chair on his head. He proceeded to install the chair exactly where we wanted it. Excellent service - and entertaining too! Can't do better! Sorry, no pictures.

Stuart & Sam had a difficult task in accessing our chalet bungalow as the lounge was upstairs! They moved “heaven & earth” to get our 3 piece & a 2 piece sofa upstairs with very tight access meaning having to come through the garage and then the back door with the inconvenience of a tight stairway to reach the lounge. Great service from a trusted company, but a trusted company is only as good as its employees! Thank you Stuart & Sam for making a very difficult task into pleasing a customer that wouldn’t have our sofas today if it wasn’t for your hard work and dedication in your persistent to delivery great customer service from TR Hayes 👏👏👏

TR Hayes was absolutely fantastic from when we first visited their showrooms, right through to choosing the right fabrics for our fabulous sofa and sofa bed and on to delivery. The mattress is absolutely divine too! Their service is second to none, personal and super-efficient, and we can't thank them enough for making everything so easy for us.

Friendly staff and a large showroom where you can try out the item (in my case mattress) you are seeking to buy. Quicker than expected delivery (3/4 weeks) Delivered when promised and old mattress taken away.

All of the staff at T R Hayes are just wonderful and offer a great service. They looked after me throughout my purchases delivery is always on time and the after sales service is always brilliant. I cannot thank them enough. The latest item that I bought was a Timeout Swivel Chair which I am delighted with.

They delivered the garden furniture on time and put it together for us. It is good quality too. It would however be great if we could have bought the items separately rather than as a set.

Very good choice of chairs and a pleasant shopping experience. We ended up waiting longer than anticipated for the chair, but that was the manufacturer's fault.

I received excellent customer service from TR Hayes. I ordered a full bedroom suite all online but with particular support from Daren. My bedroom looks amazing!

We like the furniture on sale which is good quality, and also covers a range of designs and options.

The display of mattresses in store was vast so we were able to try the different comfort levels of the different companies they stock. Catherine our assistant was particularly knowledgeable and patient with us. Delivery service and disposal of old Mattress was also very smooth. All very good, I can’t fault the service that TR Hayes provide.

Although a long wait our Sofa was ready for dispatch when we were told it would be Good communication and delivery Delivery driver and assistant were so brilliant and really helpful and I can’t rate them highly enough…. Top notch !
