Ordered my bedroom furniture on the 24th,July which was within lockdown, told to expect a 4- 6 week delivery.( could be an extra 2 weeks max) . Eventually delivered Friday 13th November, 16 weeks later.
I would have appreciated a message or some sort of apology.. but none received. Pleased with delivery drivers and furniture. But disappointed with customer service .

Shop experience not as good ( no t/cs pointed out or timescales honoured)as delivery which was excellent. Pillows purchased with the mattress disappointing as they don't stay in place and are oval in cross section so your head slides down - very expensive £100 so rather cross. Mattress yet to be tried out
