We have just had our dining room furniture delivered by Steve and Max they were a credit to your company nothing seemed to be too much trouble

Arrived within the time frame given, good unpacked assembled and all rubbish remove. Staff very polite and efficient and taking appropriate precautions in these difficult times. Great job

Absolutely delighted with T R Hayes. They kindly dismantled and later reassembled a much loved Hayes shelving unit either side of some building work we were having done. They were polite, efficient and did a great job. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service!

The delivery was prompt to the appointed time and the two representatives were courteous and efficient and safe in the current circumstances We also had excellent service in attending the main shop in town later in the day

We have had three deliveries in the last couple of months and every time we have been delighted. Steve and Tony were excellent in delivering and assembling our furniture today. Well done to all staff.

Very nice Ercol sofa delivered today by a couple of smashing and efficient chaps who knew exactly what they were doing! But then this is the service we always get from Hayes! Thank you.

First time we purchased from T R Hayes and we are thoroughly pleased with our sofa and ottoman. We went into the shop having an idea of what style we were looking for and Claire, who was very knowledgable, helped us make our final decision. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Can't fault service from Hayes from start to finish. Staff all very helpful inshore and sofa delivered by Steve and Tom who were amazing - even cut back straggly branches to ensure the sofa was not marked when bringing it in.

Steve & Tony who managed the delivery went beyond normal service and could not of been more helpful in carrying our furniture delivery to our 2nd floor room and placing our suite in a comfortable position. They were friendly, professional and tidy and a credit to T R Hayes.

Ordered my bedroom furniture on the 24th,July which was within lockdown, told to expect a 4- 6 week delivery.( could be an extra 2 weeks max) . Eventually delivered Friday 13th November, 16 weeks later. I would have appreciated a message or some sort of apology.. but none received. Pleased with delivery drivers and furniture. But disappointed with customer service .

A really excellent experience from the initial discussion around colour options to delivery and assembly. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I am really delighted with the table and the professionalism of the Steve and Tony who put it all together.

Had excellent service from Mark. He couldn't have been more helpful in these difficult times of shopping online. Really helped narrow down some picture choices for me, and I cant be happier with the ones I have bought. Went back to the shop after his service around a chair I purchased. Still same excellent quality of service. I will be back...

We're repeat customers - this shop is excellent from the attitude of all their staff especially the amazing delivery staff, Steve, Tony & Sam to the quality of thier goods . Nothing has been too much trouble for them e.g. one of the shop staff asked Steve to bring a display chair to my house to make sure it would fit through the extremely narrow door.He did, it did and we're very happy!
