Yesterday afternoon we visited TR Hayes, Bath, little did we know when we parked our car free of charge what a delight we were in for.
On entering the store we were greeted by an extremely polite member of staff called Dairen. He enquired what we were looking for and then proceeded to show us around seven floors of interesting sofas and chairs. His sales pitch was second to none, he is very knowledgeable, professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. He noted our interest in things and I am sure he knew what we would buy before we did!

Well worth using a local furniture store
We bought the furniture a while ago but builders were delayed. TRHayes was very understanding and kept it in storage for us free of charge for 3 months!
