I think your layout before ordering ie the editing of the scene needs looking at, I was confused, some of my print was missing ie the cliffs but it was done through my layout which was 'confusing' before ordering,it won't stop me ordering again in the future, this is my 2 canvas, the 1st canvas of Staithes a tad to dark the 2 is Saltburn by the Sea with the cable cars fully restored, there great👍.. thank you...

Superb quality acrylic prints
Received our two acrylic prints yesterday. Very quick as I only placed the order just over a week ago. The prints are amazing, excellent quality and now have pride of place hung in our hall. I would also like to say how well packaged the prints were. Packaged with such care in thick cardboard and arrived in perfect condition. I would have no hesitation recommending My Picture. Yet again, another fantastic order from My Picture. I can't praise their picture tote bags highly enough! I have 2 myself (and just bought a third!) got one for my sister-in-law for Christmas and she's thrilled with it. I also gave a friend one for her birthday and she was in tears and she LOVES the bag. I use mine all the time, usually crammed full of shopping, and they still look like new. They are really well made and the handles are strong and just the right length. They are so soft they fold into a small square and tuck into a pocket. Now I'm looking for photos to see who else I can order bags for while the incredible offers are on.

These pictures mean a great deal to us, as our beloved Jack russell, Nicky, has passed away aged 16 and a half. The pictures are beautifully done and have pride of place in our home. They have brought a lot of comfort to us at this sad time. The price was very reasonable. It took about8 days for the pictures to be delivered, but taking into account that they had to be made and the very reasonable price, that was no problem at all. The quality of the pictures and the wsy they are made and presented is excellent,the packaging was very good as well. Overall, highly recommended. Thank you.

What i particularly liked was that the painting i got printed on the bag look really cool but I think im bias seen as I did the painting. If Picasso was alive today no doubt he would be knocking on my door wanting to borrow the bag.
What you could possibly do better, maybe a few more inches on the handle and maybe a tote bag that feels more robust, but thats personal choice and it doesn't deflect from how pleased I am with the outcome. There is something wonderful about seeing your art printed onto something, like a tote bag.

The pictures itself is Beautiful, but the courier left the parcel on the doorstep of a busy street, thankfully the recipient wasn’t gone long and the parcel was still there. They could have put it in a safe place and even left a note through the door to say it had been left.( it could have gone missing & the recipient and myself of who bought the gift wouldn’t of known.

Canvas photos were really nice, delivery abysmal
Canvas photos were really nice and well made, unfortunately the delivery by InPost was abysmal. I asked for the item to be left with my neighbour as I knew I would not be home to receive it. InPost stated on their delivery notification they had left it in my porch, I don't have a porch. They actually left it on my drive outside my front door, open to the elements and in full view where anyone could have taken it. This is NOT safe delivery place, if they could not be bothered to walk to my neighbour next door they could have walked 20 yards and put it under cover on my garden furniture but no, this was too much trouble. Unfortunately as you use InPost as your delivery preference I won't order from you again.

We were after some large canvas pictures to furnish our new holiday caravan and did a lot of research before ordering from MYPICTURE. we chose MYPICTURE because it w simple and easy to upload your photos, it was immediately visible what they would look like and what thr price would be. I also have to say that for the size that we wanted it was definitely one of the cheapest companies. The order was acknowledged and we were able to track its delivery, which was fairly quick. I'm really pleased with the picture/canvas, in fact it is the fourth one and really pleased with them all.
However delivery this time was very confusing, the tracking experience was terrible, it seemed as though it was stuck in limbo being prepared. The change or merger of couriers is awful, they don't seem to know if there coming or going!

Order came just as expected and the overall print is amazing. I was a little lost on how to attach a canvas to the wall so had to do a little google search may have been handy to have a quick info by email or just included with the hanging kit as I've never hung a canvas before. A fitting tribute to our dog
