Bought for a gift and we were really pleased with the quality of the item. The only down side was the interaction with the delivery service. On your email link it was stating that it was on its way. Yet the delivery company kept stating it was with sender. I had a helpful WhatsApp chat with someone who explained what was happening at it was coming from overseas. If I had know this I would have taken this into consideration. Then the delivery company gave us a 2 hour time slot which we waited in for, for the parcel to be late. We had to be somewhere so it made us late. Not your fault I am aware however I think you should be made aware of who you are working with. Also I was tracking the driver and there were at least twice that the parcel could have been here from a prior drop off but his schedule sent him elsewhere.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

I was absolutely delighted with my picture. I am now browsing my photos to order another one! Very good quality for price. However I was not happy with the delivery service from Yodel. I received an email from you on 6th June saying my picture was ready. On the 17th of June I had an email from Yodel saying that they had my picture and that no one needed to be there, they would photograph it in a safe place. On 18th June I received an email saying they couldn't deliver my parcel as there was no one there and I had to choose another day. On the 18th June there was someone at home all day and the front door was unlocked. I tried their helpline without success, so I opted to have it delivered the next day. It eventually arrived on the 19th, almost a fortnight after you'd finished it. I don't think that was good enough for either of us. Could have got it around the same length of time from China!

The actual picture canvases are superb but the delivery arrangements are not. Yodel are not efficient at all. I changed the delivery on both orders for personal reasons but still the large canvas arrived at the original time, despite my receiving confirmation of the changed delivery time and date. I also had difficulty with the Yodel tracking system as it would not recognise my postcode so I was unable to amend an inconvenient time for the delivery today and it is scheduled for when I have to be out. Yodel are useless and I resent paying for delivery which doesn't work for me.

Good value for money however slow to deliver.

Good value for money, I got a personalised canvas approx A4 size and a personalised love heart keyring for £14 using a 20% off voucher code. My only complaint is that delivery was longer than it was supposed to be, apparently due to a back log in orders which meant that we did not receive the items until after the date we needed them by (they were a gift for fathers day). Kept items as they will do for another birthday. Ordered on the 12th June, however, not delivered until the 21st June (9 days).

Great quality and quick delivery BUT …

My prints (20 cm x 20 cm) are great and arrived very quickly but I’m really struggling trying to attach the hangers - probably because my hands aren’t very strong and I’m not good with a screwdriver! I’ve previously had prints from Bonusprint (now Photobox) and the simple hangers were already attached (see photo). Much prefer these and would be happy to pay a little extra per print rather than buying your hanger add-ons (which also contain things I don’t need for such small-sized prints)!

Quality canvas

My initial experience wasn't excellent, as there was a confusion issue with payment. Amazon pay had a glitch, so it was paid via PayPal. Customer services asked me to cancel the PayPal payment, as different emails for different payment methods. Once it arrived. I cried. It is a picture of my only child, when she felt her most beautiful. Jodie sadly passedaway a couple of years ago & this amazing canvas of her, now greets me every morning, forever young on my living room wall x

Excellent service and very easy to use. Within a few minutes I had completed my photo to canvas package, and What a Great price as well, much cheaper than most of there competition. My canvas arrived nice and quick and was well packaged and I was really pleased with the picture to canvas transfer it looked nice and sharp even though the photo came a low pixel smart phone. All in all I would definitely recommend this service to anyone considering wanting a canvas doing.

Excellent canvas print. Very good quality picture print and framing. Looks amazing on the wall. Bought mix pics tiles too but the print onto these isn't as good as canvas but they are very versatile and will make a good row or set of 9. I like they cab be reconfigured. Need to put the latter up and see if magnets work. All in all it took a bit of time to get here but the quality is very good and I'd definitely try my picture again

Pictures are great, only problem I had was when I ordered the picture with the hanging bits. I was trying to screw the wee screws in and because the wood is quite hard, my screwdriver slipped, but thankfully didn't go through the canvas, but it could have done, and ruined the picture, It would be better if they were put on by yourselves, to save us buyers maybe ruining our canvas print, overall the pictures were fabulous,

Superb as ever.

From start to finish, using My Picture is a good shopping experience and the end result is always good, so long as the images are good in the first place of course. 5 years ago we ordered a blanket with an image of the Dog on it, now 5 years later, there are 4 dog addition and each has had a blanket done. The blankets themselves are good quality and warm and the printing is excellent.

Brilliant service from my picture. Horrid service from the yodel delivery driver. We were out and told him via the ring door bell to leave next door at the neighbours. He didn't and left the parcels in the front garden! Glad we weren't too far away otherwise would have been ruined by the rain. Careless from him. Luckily nothing ruined but I wouldn't use them to deliver my parcels.

Perfect rendition of my uploads to finished product! My only gripe is the courier service Yodel, I've never had a good service from them and they just plonked parcel, containing China mugs and a canvas, over the gate, didn't bother to ring doorbell, luckily I was at home and heard them arrive, but other than that, you're a brilliant company!

Absolutely amazing!

So pleased how my canvases have turned out, as the photos had been edited I was not expecting them to be so clear and sharp.Other online companies would not let me select them, so I was very impressed that I was able to use these and how amazing they turned out. I will definately be ordering more canvases soon and some pictures.

Very happy with my aluminium gloss prints. I've ordered before and the gloss wasn't 'thick' enough in my opinion, but my last 2 photos were perfect. Will be ordering again as I'm in the process of getting a professional website for my photography. I'd be happy to tag you on my instagram (my instagram is aledlewisphotography)

Never used them before .but will definitely use them again . considering the photos were just snaps on my phone and they were blown up to 60 x40 so didn't think they would keep their focus .however the clarity is amazing ...so easy to place my order ,and was kept informed by email frequently as to the delivery process. .

I absolutely love my canvas you sent me of my grandson . Just perfect. My only complaint was Yodels delivery. I sent a message stating we were gonna be away and to deliver to my neighbour. They didn’t attempt the delivery but left it on my front door step in full view to passers by . My neighbour noticed and took it in .

Wanted my daughters artwork reproducing for her hallway. Really easy to use website. Very happy with the quality of the finished product and with the price which was very reasonable. I knew the one taken from an A5 canvas might not look right but it actually came out quite well Will be doing more round the house now!

Great Quality and Fast Delivery

Very happy with the print quality of the canvass. Other companies advised the photo would be blurred because we were enlarging it but MyPicture has produced a very clear likeness. Delivery was quick and we were kept informed of the progress of the order throughout. Highly recommend this company and will use again.

you did a great job but there was some confusion with the delivery: announced delivery on Thursday but I got an email saying that it had been delivered on Wednesday to a different address even though we were in stayed in on Thursday just in case Was finally delivered in good condition Saturday afternoon

Excellent Canvas & fabulous quality.

Ordered a cute canvas with my own pictures (40 x 30) for a friends birthday. She loved it. Excellent quality & images were very clear. A lovely keep sake for her. Really do rate My Picture. Sorry I haven’t got a photo as it’s her gift & delivered straight to her address. But she assured me she loved it.
