Bought for a gift and we were really pleased with the quality of the item.
The only down side was the interaction with the delivery service. On your email link it was stating that it was on its way. Yet the delivery company kept stating it was with sender. I had a helpful WhatsApp chat with someone who explained what was happening at it was coming from overseas. If I had know this I would have taken this into consideration. Then the delivery company gave us a 2 hour time slot which we waited in for, for the parcel to be late. We had to be somewhere so it made us late. Not your fault I am aware however I think you should be made aware of who you are working with. Also I was tracking the driver and there were at least twice that the parcel could have been here from a prior drop off but his schedule sent him elsewhere.

My experience of your custom is absolutely disgusting, I ordered some canvasses from your company two weeks ago! the canvasses I ordered was of me an my children to give to my elderly mother who has dementia an the canvasses of us was to remind her of who we are! I was absolutely devastated that you sent me 5 canvasses of a tractor ,some cows an some random family! I put it down to the Xmas rush an confusion with deliveries! But it's disgusting how I asked for a refund because I had to get them done else where and you refused a refund but offered a(GOOD WILL GESTURE) too resend them!! Well we had to get them done else where so we don't need them,!!! This is your fault not ours as a customer a refund is in our rights!! I will be posting on you website an reporting you it's absolutely disgusting!!! I won't let this go until your exposed

Superb printing and framing.
I was delighted with the canvas print of my photo and the way it was stretched on the frame. It had been produced professionally at a reasonable price. There were only two small things that left me slightly disappointed. The canvas was not secure in the box in which it was sent and I would have felt happier if it it had been packed so that it did not slip around. I bought. The other thing was that the string provided in the hanger set I bought was only about a centimetre wider than the canvas and so making a secure knot on either side was impossible.
Nevertheless, I would not hesitate to order from Mypicture again.

Just received my canvases , and they r brilliant thank you , can’t wait to get them up on my wall to show off . The quality is really good.
Really pleased with them thank you.
The only problem I had was with yodel , I had updated my delivery preferences and even got an email back saying thanks for your delivery preferences, but these where never acted on , and he delivered to another neighbour only because this neighbour said they would take them in for me , this is the only negative not sure if u can change your delivery company though .

Quality of canvas print is excellent. Pricing is very fair and competitive. Overall, I am very pleased with the service. I was a little confused as to why the delivery seemed to take a while, I then discovered that your business is actually based in Germany which was a bit confusing given the name of the website was my-picture.co.uk. Anyway I am still pleased with the product and service and would both recommend you and use you again

The photo's came out really well but ......…
The photo's came out really well and the frames and quality are lovely, but how are you supposed to hang them on the wall? There were no hooks or anything to attach a picture wire or hook to, which is a shame, otherwise it would have been 10 out of 10. I dont want to risk screwing something into the plastic frame in case I split it so am going to have to balance the pictures off hooks banged into the wall

Quality…
I was really impressed by the quality of the product when it arrived, it looks really impressive on the wall and looks far more expensive than it actually cost. I must say that the time between the picture being marked as finished and the time it was actually delivered was longer than I expected but thats just an observation, it doesn't take anything away from my satisfaction.

Thrilled with canvas
I wasn't sure how the picture would work out, it wasn't the clearest of pictures and quite honestly it wasn't a lot of money to have put onto a canvas. But, I was absolutely thrilled with the finished canvas, you can see every detail and all of the colours are very clear. Such a lovely memory of a wonderful cruise with a very special friend. I had already got two of you and my husbands friend asked to get three done for him the black and white one on mum I had got last time of you so I had ordered the bigger size for my friend and for got to change the one of my mum I love it in black & white rather than the same one had some colour in it but we love them all thank you very much .

Quality of photo printing onto canvas is excellent and very competitive pricing.
Had a small issue with one picture not being positioned quite as I wanted (which I've since concluded was probably my fault!) so contacted customer service who responded promptly and resolved it to my complete satisfaction.

Love the quality and speed of delivery. This is the third photo I’ve had done of my granddaughter in Acrylic- I have it on my mantelpiece and as she grows can change the image whilst being able to pass on the surplus prints to my son and daughter in law . It’s very affordable and I’m looking forward to having more prints done as she grows up.

Just perfect
The service was excellent from ordering to receiving. We are so pleased with the two canvas we ordered. One of St Ouens Bay and the other of Corbieire Lighthouse, both taken on my phone whilst holidaying in Jersey. Having used your service a number of times in the past I was confidant of a decent product. However what I received was amazing. Easy Peasy!
The uploading and sizing of my images was much easier than other sites that I tried. The thumbnails were useful to get an idea of how they would look and to decide on the edges.
All in all a very easy experience and coupled with extremely good pricing makes it my go-to site.

The quality was really high in my opinion. Took longer to arrive than I expected. It came when it said it would just got an email saying it had been printed but then it took about 5days after that.
It was rolled image out so I had to touch the image side despite my best efforts.

Delivery could be improved, I was provided with a day but did not get a time until late afternoon, so my day was wasted (delivered in the evening). Please advise delivery times early morning e.g. 8 a.m. so customers can arrange their day.

Super service and quality photo frames on Auminium. Pays to have a high resolution photo so they can work their magic so the detail of hair and eyes pop. My horses head was captured by a professional photographer and now printed forever. Unbelievable quality print. Thank you
