Had purchased a photo pic memorial glass block last year and required a further glass block with a pic of our westie flying through the air on Perranporth beach in Cornwall. Sadly we lost both our Bearded Collie and Westie in 2022 and the glass blocks are a beautiful reminder of them both. Received them few days after ordering them and they are well packaged. The photo quality is excellent.

Very disappointed with the service from this company. If I could give it zero stars I would.
I asked for the 3D glass block in portrait orientation & the company decided the photo I had to make the block would look better in a landscape format.
Consequently I have received it as a landscape block.
This is absolutely unacceptable to me as I have in the past used this company to purchase a glass block in portrait format and I needed this product to match it.
When I complained to the company they said it was in the terms and conditions that they could alter the orientation if they deemed it appropriate.
This should be Highlighted in the advertisement of the product rather than in very small print that you have to really notice & search for.
The company also stated that I should have stated in the special request box on the order form that I wanted it as a portrait format.
WHY on the order form does it ask you what orientation you require if you then have to also ask for it as a special request?
I also ordered a light box to match the glass block and this hasn’t even arrived.
This is totally unacceptable and I will never use this company again.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO ANYONE

We have 'estimated delivery dates' on our products. There was no request on your order that you needed the items for a specific date. We do advise customers in our terms and conditions to advise if they need an item for a specific date.

We have explained why it had to be done in landscape. You mentioned that it need to go with another crystal but this was not checked prior to ordering. We do state in our terms and conditions which you agreed to at the time of placing your order that we will occasionally change the orientation if needed and that if you need something specifically i.e. to go with another crystal, then we must be contacted beforehand. The information about changing the orientation is also on the listing page in the description so it's clear that this was not read. We have offered to do another photo at a heavily reduced cost but this was declined. The lightbase should be with you shortly.

Full no quibble refund given within one business day of request.
The Website however needs to be more clearer. Although it proudly states UK business the product is manufactured abroad only first aware of this when tracking the item. This was an important factor for choosing the company.
If this is not important to you then you should not hesitate to use them.

The majority of our items are made and/or designed in the UK. The acrylic that you ordered is designed by myself and we use a production partner in the Netherlands to produce the final product.

A Memorial for Willow
This is the second time I've purchased from Personalised Glass Blocks and both times have been superb! I was once again purchasing a glass block as a memorial for my Girlfriend's Mum as her second dog sadly passed away late in 2023. They didn't have exactly the same shape and size as the previous glass box for the first dog but it was still great!

Thoughtful Personal Gift.
This block is lovely. A little smaller than I imagined but that's okay. I am sending mine to Australia. This is heavy. The personal touch of the photo is lovely and I can't wait until it reaches there. Such a great keepsake and something different. I think they will love it. I think it is a thoughtful gift.
