Bad products, Short On Numbers & Poor Service ....
We have placed 4 orders for calendars this past couple of weeks, all of which created and designed by the same designer. We have checked artwork and all is fine from our end, yet 1 set came back with borders and crop marks, whilst 3 sets of artwork were fine! Two sets of the 4 calendars were also short in numbers and when we raised this we were offered a credit - We are a print broker with a designer of 20+ years experience and never have artwork issues ..... only here. We have used Saxoprint on and off for close to 15 years now, but will be closing our account with them this week. There are too many decent print suppliers for us to work with who offer both the quality and the standard of product of service we need - so sadly to say Saxoprint have lost a long term customer!
