VERY PLEASED WITH SPEED OF SERVICE AND EASE OF ONLINE WEBSITE
HOWEVER THE IMAGES LOOKED PERFECT BUT REVERSE SIDE WAS NOT.
THE SPACE AROUND THE TEXT WAS MISSING ON THE LEFT.

In the past SaxonPrint provided a reasonable service - but NOW their German Service staff are totally useless.
DPD incompetent driver claims to have delivered my package. Since I was at the delivery address (my workplace - as sercurity in Reception area) when the package should have been delivered - and it wasn't delivered during the delivery time slot. I went home after my shift and contacted SaxonPrint - totally unhelpful German man - told me to go around to the neighbouring business units, in our business park, to see if it had been delivered there (as his record showed that delivery had been made) all the business units have the same postcode but different house name.
I will NOT be using SaxonPrint ever again!

Good product and price. Excellent communication. Delivery on schedule but as the printing was done within a couple of days it would have been good to have the option of a fast-delivery service (albeit at a cost). If this was available, I couldn't see it. Would definitely use again.

Don't use DPD anymore. Their service here is abdominal! Delivered at the wrong address and whatever we tried with your and other deliveries they can't get it right. No problems with other deliveries from different couriers.

Print work is always good quality but...
Print work is always good quality and well-priced, but their deliveries are everywhere. Getting weekend deliveries, 6 am deliveries and 8 pm deliveries. These are not normal working hours - just deliver in a normal working day!
