Printed order wrong after calling to make sure it was right, they offered me a reprint but unfortunately the person I was dealing with was so rude and I will never use this company again.

The quality of the printing is really good and it's a fast delivery as well so I can fault that

I've been using SaxoPrint for printing for 3 years. The website is easy to use and if errors are picked up quickly they are easily rectified.
For a while everything defaulted to A4, which lead to A5 notepads being printed in A4 (a minor thing) and DL brochures being paid for at A4 pricing. The latter caused no end of problems in receiving a refund.
However, they're the best printer I've found

Goods not received by expected delivery date - paid extra for this date, only informed it would be late when I rang to enquire why I hadn't received it on the expected date. Then had many calls with customer services all of which gave me different expected times. Item expected on a Friday arrived on Tuesday I was then offered a £10 compensation voucher I paid nearly £20 extra for delivery

I paid extra money for a 48 hour turnaround. I needed these leaflets in 48 hours thats why I paid the extra money. This has now left me doing a marketing event with NO marketing information to give out. I have been told I will get them on Monday now AFTER the event. Not only have SAXOPRINT cost me a lot of money they have also made me look totally unprofessional. I would AVOID

As per usual the quality of the print work is faultless, the cost is hard to beat even though the products are shipped from Germany. However you get what you pay for. This time I paid for a 48 hour turnaround only for the goods to arrive 4 days later. Saxoprint offered me a £5 voucher after I had to pay £100 to a local printer to get a replacement rush job.

Arrived a day later than stated/expected, if you put a delivery date on the online order then you should ensure that you are able to deliver by then Told that the other order I have would be on time, but that should arrive today and is still 'in production' so will be another late arrival.
