The sealing strip matches the specifications on the website and is thus satisfactory.
I am absolutely dissatisfied with the delivery service. The first delivery date was not met. The date indicated for the following day, from-to, was postponed several times but was eventually met. However, there was no direct handover. Instead, the package was left on the property although no permission had been granted for this. CONCLUSION: Product okay, delivery unsatisfactory.

Top quality, GLS as a delivery service terrible
GLS did not deliver the package on the first day because apparently, they didn't feel like it and then claimed no one was home. However, they definitely didn't ring the bell. The usual game. GLS's AI is smarter than their employees: through the AI, I found out where my package is; employees couldn't do anything with the same tracking number. Or they didn't feel like it either. The delivery person then watched on the second day as I struggled alone with the 2.4m and heavy package. Great service, not. However, the quality of the panels is excellent, I am very satisfied with that.

gutters at 68 mm a bit tight
No problem with shipping, delivery time, and carrier. However, fitting the female parts (caps or unions) on the male gutter is already very difficult dry, and even more stressful with glue. Furthermore, you indicate that up to 15 m² of roofing, a 68 mm gutter and a 50 mm downspout are sufficient. I have a 15 m² roof but with a 30% slope. I have run tests with a garden hose to simulate rain, and the water tends to go outside the gutter because the 68 mm width seems insufficient.

Zambelli Gutter
I ordered a Zambelli gutter plus accessories. Fast delivery and well packaged. A small part was missing in the order, I complained via email and received a direct response and was offered a replacement delivery. TOP service!! I will definitely order here again as soon as I replace another gutter.

Nice product, just doesn't fit all roofs
Very sturdy and solid step. Unfortunately, the profile doesn't match my tiles. The length of the profile is too short for my long tiles. If I were to lay it over the lath, it would lift up already at about 2/3 of my tile for the step. The rubber foot also doesn't fit the groove, would tear that way. I'm going to grind off the hook, glue and screw a board to the roof, and screw it directly there instead of over the lath. The warranty will void then, but at least I'll have a step. Treat sharpened metal with zinc. Dip the bottom in liquid rubber. Let's see how far we get...

Unfortunately, a package was damaged during shipping and the contents were destroyed! A replacement was delivered without complications. The goods are of very good quality, only one small thing that isn't quite pleasing is that the instruction manual is only in English!

HDPE sheet with PP fleece 20x1m
5 stars with reservation. It's about HDPE sheet with laminated PP fleece 20x1m. Goods ordered, paid in advance, and delivered the next day. That is excellent already.
I haven't unpacked and checked it yet. At first glance, however, it looks as ordered.

The surface of the shower tray is better than expected, very non-slip. The appearance is also top-notch. All necessary accessories were included and very aesthetic.

Delivery with GLS unreliable
I ordered a box with 10 leaf guard grids. Only 1 grid arrived.\nThe complaint was okay and was promptly resolved.\nThe supplier GLS is unreliable, delivery did not work for both shipments - the scheduled delivery date was postponed each time. The delivery dates mentioned by BMSC24 were therefore not adhered to.\nDHL can do it much better.\nPrice of goods and the goods themselves are completely fine.

Very reliable in processing the order.
Fast delivery.
However, DPD left the package with the already paid for goods at our mailbox, next to public grounds!

Comprehensive installation kit, easy to install.
The kit is well composed and comprehensive. The individual components are of good quality, even excellent for the price. The only criticism is that the installation guide is based on another version of the gutter bracket, but it is otherwise well and understandably illustrated. Definitely recommendable. Price/performance = excellent.

Order went well. Seller contact was excellent.
I had ordered leaf protection grids for gutters. The delivery was fast and well packaged. Unfortunately, the leaf protection grids were not usable for my purpose.
The request for a return was processed immediately. The return was free and the money for the leaf protection grids was refunded.
I am satisfied with the handling.

Packaging
Please pack your skirting boards better against bending, possibly with a piece of wood, otherwise you will ruin your otherwise very good performance. Regards, Dietmar

Products fine and quickly shipped. Delivery (GLS) could have been better: the package was supposed to be delivered at a certain time and at that time it suddenly went back to the depot. So it was a day later even though I stayed home for it. But BMSC can't do anything about that.
