Very knowledgeable and supportive staff; my experience of JP-UK has been resolutely positive and I would thoroughly recommend them. Even though there were a few logistics issues with delivery resulting in a short delay; the staff were entirely helpful and swift in their communications to keep me informed of progress. Very prompt service, good price, clear description that made it clear that the product I was buying was the one I wanted. The only drawback was the lack of instructions with the product - is this because JPUK mainly deals with businesses? We had to look on YouTube to find out how to fit it.

This desk lock was easy to install. The only issue was my desk surface is made out of MDF so the spike teeth did not dig in to table top. So I had to drill some small holes to accommodate them. They went in but not fully. Nevertheless the table top mount held steady and strong holding the iMac secure.

Customer Service was excellent, helping with an issue where legacy reward points were not spendable, got that sorted via a custom quote. The delivery was fast via UPS, but there was slight damage to the bulb housing. Luckily, I am intending to swap out the OEM bulb into a used OEM housing. I think the Diamond Lamps box is a bit too small to provide protection from rough handling. The outer box was slightly squashed and the inner box shows dents from the inside where parts of the lamp housing have tried to push through. This could be mitigated by better padding in the outer box. There was just space filling paper mesh in one side of the box.

Fast delivery of my favourite case for ipads. No issues with anything, it all worked smoothly and the goods are top notch so no complaints here!
