Excellent delivery speed once I’d negotiated the complex ordering on my first ever visit to the site. Frustrating there was no option to purchase by phone. I did contact the help number but no offer of help unfortunately. I received the parcel next day delivery. There is a 24 hour window for equipment install to report back any failures to not working. My install is only possible on a Tuesday. Fingers crossed for the tomorrow install. The item is a projector lamp for an old Hitachi projector in a church. The parcel is intact and the lamp looks intact so all should be well.

JPUK quoted a delivery of 2-3 weeks which was fine by me. In fact they despatched almost immediately which threw me as APC tried to deliver without warning when I was out. As they needed a signature on delivery they took it away again. I rescheduled for several days later and between us we waited in all day (not very convenient in Christmas week). It turned up the following day and by chance I was in to receive it. I appreciate this was pre-Christmas rush for APC but it was all a bit of a muddle.
