Excellent delivery speed once I’d negotiated the complex ordering on my first ever visit to the site.
Frustrating there was no option to purchase by phone. I did contact the help number but no offer of help unfortunately.
I received the parcel next day delivery. There is a 24 hour window for equipment install to report back any failures to not working.
My install is only possible on a Tuesday. Fingers crossed for the tomorrow install.
The item is a projector lamp for an old Hitachi projector in a church.
The parcel is intact and the lamp looks intact so all should be well.
