Review summary
Customers appreciated the course material for being clear, understandable, and well-structured. Many found the instructions easy to follow, and the flexibility to complete the course online at their own pace was highly valued. Some also noted that solutions were eventually provided by customer support, and several users found the exam process straightforward. However, there were notable areas for improvement. Some customers experienced issues with telephone accessibility and found customer support to be poorly responsive, particularly via phone. Technical difficulties with the online platform, including browser compatibility and exam proctoring, led to frustration for some users. Additionally, several customers felt that the course material was occasionally superficial or not fully aligned with the exam content, which caused concern during exam preparation.

Fast and efficient
Good experience, in one day I obtained the license. The slides were sometimes superficial, and some translations from Dutch (for example, in the archive PDFs) were absolutely confusing. Some exam questions, moreover, were not sufficiently covered.
But with a bit of attention and a minimum of prior knowledge - after all, for A2 you must have already studied for A1/A3, everything goes smoothly.

Top in all respects
Top service: Uncomplicated, affordable, competent, and fast! I am absolutely thrilled. The process was completely straightforward, the price is unbeatable, and the team acts extremely competently. The specified times are realistically estimated. It doesn't get better than this – absolute recommendation!

Preparation of the material very good, presentation and overview in the online training good, question catalog OK but some questions that appear in the exam are missing. Results and further information will follow directly after the exam. I can only recommend this training. Unfortunately, you go from the last chapter directly into the exam. Here I would have wished for a warning "if you click on Next now, you are in the exam." You can then no longer return to the learning area to possibly review the material. Also missing is the notice whether multiple answers could possibly be correct.

Good training, communication could be better!
Since I received a notice from the RDW that my certificate/diploma had expired, I had to retake the exams. There was also no email from DroneFlight Academy about the expiration of my certificate/diploma, and that upset me a lot. I didn't even know it was only valid for 5 years. At DroneFlight Academy, there was no empathy, and the impression was given that it was my own fault. After some discussions, DroneFlight Academy finally came up with a suitable solution.

Clear and accessible, 1 remark...
It is all clear and accessible. One remark is that it should be made clear that exam 2a must be done with Chrome. Perhaps then it would be a good idea to advise doing the entire course and both exams in Chrome. Maybe I overlooked this but we had stress over it.

The telephone accessibility is very poor. They simply do not answer, no matter how often or how long you call. This is very frustrating for telephone queries that are too complex to ask via email, as an answer may include a second question. If you then send an email to be called back, you are of course not sitting behind the PC with your question clearly in front of you. This happened to me 4 years ago with my first course and it made me seriously doubt whether to choose a different provider. In a future renewal of my certificates, I will definitely consider this, as there has been no improvement on this point after 4 years. I am also a coordinator of a drone group and will certainly take this into account in my advice to other pilots who ask me for advice or to new pilots who have yet to start. Kind regards.

Clear instructions and the exam is manageable if you master the material well. Those practice questions at the end of the chapter give you a nudge in the right direction every time.

Directly passed for A2 exam.
First went for an A1/A3 course and exam. Everything clear and directly passed. But for me, A1/A3 was insufficient because I had bought a Mavic 4. With an A3 flight certificate, I had too many restrictions. Therefore, also took a course for an A2 flight certificate and did the exam. Also directly passed. So what more could one wish for?

Very extensive preparation of the topics.
Good navigation with intermediate questions to unlock the following chapters.
The questions sometimes differ in certain technical terms from the training text or an English word is used (e.g., pitching asked, Nicken explained).

Good preparatory training with a high chance of success
The training that precedes the exam is clear and structured; if you follow it well, your chances of success are high. I scored 100%.
It would be helpful to also know the correct answers to the questions in the training section..

The attached course is clearly explained and educational. Only the installation of the camera connection was, at least for me, difficult.

The lesson material is clear, I would just like to print it as a single file in PDF, unfortunately, I can't, at least not me. Attached is a bunch of text, so no PDF.

I find the offer basically very good: The possibility of completing the drone license entirely online is modern and practically implemented. The platform works flawlessly technically, the process is clearly structured, and the proctoring went smoothly for me.
What should be significantly improved, however, are the learning materials. Compared to the actual exam questions, they are, in my opinion, not sufficiently prepared. Some contents are covered too superficially or deviate from the exam level, so you sometimes have to inform yourself additionally to get through the exam safely.
Conclusion:
Technically a well-functioning and comfortable online solution, but content-wise there is clear room for improvement in the learning materials so that the preparation truly matches the exam.
