You couldn't do anything better! I ordered and paid on Saturday and got a link to download almost straight away. I set it up the next day and it worked first time. The only slight confusion for me was that after it had installed, it took a couple of minutes where I got a message pop up with the option "I want to activate the software over the internet. (Recommended)" after I had opened up an excel sheet. Likewise I wasn't sure on when I was prompted around choosing XML formats, but with the help of google, I worked out what was needed. I'm really happy with your service and would definitely recommend you and use you again - so well done and thank you!!

I was searching for a competitive price to renew my Microsoft 365 Family Edition subscription. I bought an extension of 2 years to my current Bitdefender family software. The activation code was delivered within minutes and I attempted to install it. I received a message explaining it couldn't be activated. I emailed customer support and again a response within minutes. After providing information regarding the error message I was sent a solution via email. This worked perfectly and the extension installed as expected. Very pleased with ease of purchase, the value for money and the rapid and efficient customer support service.

Hi. I have had a lot of problems renewing my Malwarebytes Premium but I have got there in the end. Perhaps you should expand your instructions for using the Product Key. I have had Malwarebytes on my PC for some years and always renew it. I do not think your cryptic instructions cover my situation. You state after logging on to an existing account - click on "Add a Subscription" - I found no such link At some point I was able to enter the product key but I have had to reload the App using the downloaded using an execution file also downloaded. On selecting "activate this device" this activation was successful and on my App I now see my subscription renewal is 26/06/2027 which is correct but it has taken me a lot of trail and error to get here. I guess if you did not have an account and then registered it all would have gone through smoothly but not if you already have an account with an existing malwarebytes about to expire!

The purchase of my Microsoft 365 family subscription was very straightforward and the code arrived extremely quickly. Unfortunately Microsoft said the code had been used. I got back in touch with BlitzHandel and they resolved the issue with a new code the next day (my initial contact was on a Sunday). This is the third year that I have this product from them and the first time I have had an issue. Good to know that their customer support is very efficient and responsive when things go wrong.

The German download site was 5*, I was using the product in minutes. Payment and downloading all seemless. I am listening to audials downloaded mp3s right now. Spotifys days are numbered. I am going over to all mp3. Where my music can't be just "turned off". This was fulfilled and payment taken very efficiently. Ty. 100s

I had some problems , but resolved them - it was unclear how to activate for Android. Once that hurdle was overcome, setting up was straightforward. Good selection of controls available. Comprehensive protection suite. Good value compared to Kaspersky Plus, which I have used for five years

I was initially apprehensive the first time I bought from this company, as it seemed such a bargain. However, all was fine, and when I asked for help because I couldn't see how to enter the licence number, I had a very quick explanation from the seller, which worked just fine. Got a bit mixed up at the beginning but eventually got sorted out and I received the Product Key and the link to the Software Download. I liked Blitzhandel as their price for Luminar Neo was the lowest I could find. The speed of download was quick too. A small issue I had was just after purchase - I was directed to the Luminar website but could not see a download button. I was confused and wondered if i'd been scammed! In the end, I downloaded the trial version and hoped I could enter the code into that.. which turned out to be the case.. Maybe I missed something, maybe your instructions could be clearer

I have ordered from you several times & generally I am happy with the price & service. On this occasion, I was disappointed not to be able to renew my current multi-device McAfee Livesafe. Having to uninstall Livesafe & install Total Protection is not a deal breaker, just less convenient.
