My Wondershare purchase.
My only issue, was having to wait from Friday to Monday for delivery, albeit I did receive a later version of uniconverter, thanks for that.
I was however informed when I purchased the products, that my order would be delivered asap and I was still able to build my project in the free version, subsequently updated once I’d registered my keys.
All in all, a great product purchase experience.

I got my Office 2024 key instantly!
I got my Microsoft Office 2024 key instantly after completing the payment so I like that Blitzhandel24 makes things that quick and easy. Although I vaguely remember hearing the name, I don’t recall buying through them before, so I am happy that this first transaction went so well as there are some other softwares I am thinking about in the near future and its a relief to know who I can trust for then. (I waited a week or so before writing this review to see that the software continues working and am pleased to confirm that it does) I am not sure that they could do anything better in future as everything went so well this first time!

Extremely competitive prices and fantastic support
I found this company last year when I was looking for a retailer that sold Adobe software. I was unsure as I had never heard of them, but a quick conversation ensured it was all okay, I purchased my Adobe license and it was a seamless transition getting the software up and running.
I was really impressed when I received an email checking if I wanted to renew my subscription, and to that the answer was YES!!

Research and compare. Then search multiple versions before deciding on the best software for you.
Had to do a bit of research to find the difference in similar products. Once done, finding the right one have to be careful not to accept what is shown as other options aren't there from the dropdown list unless you search for more devices and then you get options for number of years and number of devices instead of just one. Then compare different options to see which is most cost effective as prices vary. Finally double check comparisions on the official website of the manufacturer to see what the software (anti-virus) actually does. That way I found 2 very similar, one twice the price so opted for the cheaper one and bought that. This also saves 90% on the manufacturers own renewal price (which I NEVER do!). Then used the 10% discount code on top and so its a bargain!

Everything was brilliant so there was nothing that could be done better.
I ordered a copy of the Nova Greeting Card Factory Deluxe 11. It arrived very promptly with clear instructions how to download load it which worked perfectly.
I bought it to replace another one I had lost when I had problems with my laptop and it
Picked up all the cards I had already produced since purchasing it.
As I said no complaints at all. Thank you

Solid organisation and delivery, though I was trying to buy the ACDSee 27 which came out a month before. Apparently inventory takes a while to update. They advertised delivery within the hour, but it came the next day. Apart from that everything was straightforward, clear, the software was as advertised and the procedure clear. Good company.

You couldn't do anything better! I ordered and paid on Saturday and got a link to download almost straight away. I set it up the next day and it worked first time. The only slight confusion for me was that after it had installed, it took a couple of minutes where I got a message pop up with the option "I want to activate the software over the internet. (Recommended)" after I had opened up an excel sheet. Likewise I wasn't sure on when I was prompted around choosing XML formats, but with the help of google, I worked out what was needed. I'm really happy with your service and would definitely recommend you and use you again - so well done and thank you!!

Highly recommended!
I was searching for a competitive price to renew my Microsoft 365 Family Edition subscription.
Having purchased software from Blitzhandel24 previously with no problems, I was pleased to find what I needed on their website.
Their email communications from the time of order are excellent. All necessary info is received in very short time, and I know from past experience that after-sales support is excellent if required. Their tagline is "We make it simple" and they do exactly that!

My experience with very good, I wanted to buy a 365 family license and a Norton Antivirus license and wasn't sure about the product keys and I contacted customer support before the purchase and they responded quickly, in a friendly manner and resolved my query and then I purchased them without any issues.

Easy to use…
Really easy to use, ok I did have to follow the instructions but I have never done anything like a transfer before now… I bought a new laptop months ago and didn’t know what to do with it and a friend gave me the lowdown on Laplink, PCMover Pro, worth every penny, as I say just follow the instructions and it does the job…. Thanks very much..

2 year extension for bitdefender installation problems and solution.
I bought an extension of 2 years to my current Bitdefender family software. The activation code was delivered within minutes and I attempted to install it. I received a message explaining it couldn't be activated. I emailed customer support and again a response within minutes. After providing information regarding the error message I was sent a solution via email. This worked perfectly and the extension installed as expected. Very pleased with ease of purchase, the value for money and the rapid and efficient customer support service.

DrawplusX8 feedback
Great service again from Blitzhandel who have supplied me with various 3rd party software since upgrading to Win11
My latest order was available to download immediately after ordering and was up and running with the licence key provided just hours later with which I have successfully processed Win10 legacy files
Super pre-sales support also from Amelia when she’d previously doubted it’s compatibility so that I didn’t waste my time and money but I further researched online and decided that it was a risk worth taking at Blitzhandel’s competitive price.
This was testament to their trustworthiness to not take risks on their customer’s behalf
So I now intend to order Serif’s Photoplus software so that I can access legacy pics and to resume enhancing new Jpg etc pics without having to learn new software. i.e no new tricks for an old dog
Kind Regards
Alan Harris

Not easy to renew an existing Malwarebytes subscription
Hi. I have had a lot of problems renewing my Malwarebytes Premium but I have got there in the end. Perhaps you should expand your instructions for using the Product Key. I have had Malwarebytes on my PC for some years and always renew it. I do not think your cryptic instructions cover my situation.
You state after logging on to an existing account - click on "Add a Subscription" - I found no such link
At some point I was able to enter the product key but I have had to reload the App using the downloaded using an execution file also downloaded.
On selecting "activate this device" this activation was successful and on my App I now see my subscription renewal is 26/06/2027 which is correct but it has taken me a lot of trail and error to get here. I guess if you did not have an account and then registered it all would have gone through smoothly but not if you already have an account with an existing malwarebytes about to expire!

I had difficulty with the adobe part of accessing my account after buying Adobe Photoshop Elements 26. It failed to recognise the purchase. However, customer service and tech support from Blitzhandel provided excellent assistance in resolving the matter.
