The synching of the external unit to the base station was straight forward, and installation kit for external unit perfect. Mostly up and running 20 mins from out of the box. One issue that took ages in fact nearly tow days was getting the base station linked to one of the preferred weather web sources. I selected Weathercloud, and followed he instruction carefully, but creating an account and adding the home base unit did take an age. But got there in the end. I added the pool thermometer option, which was relatively easy to synch to the indoor base unit; the waterproof seal was a bit of a fiddle though.

I bought a 7003210 weather station, and the hardware itself was great. However, there were limitations. The software platforms that it would connect to, would only use a default "weather day" of midnight-midnight, whereas in the UK, I need 09.00-09.00. No software that would provide a 09.00-09.00 day supported Bresser :-( so unfortunately, I had to return it. Having done so though, Bresser UK were fine, and the refund was in place very quickly.

+ve's quick delivery, great packing and it works most of the time. not so +ve 1. LCD screen is very difficult to read see photo. 2. Why sell a weather station which uses the European DCF signal in the UK and not the UK one. This information is buried half way down the description 3. Forecasting symbols are limited to 5. nothing for drizzle, light rain, heavy rain, thunder and lighting etc. 4 Barometer is set automatically - it can't be adjusted for altitude or relative or absolute. 5. I have 2 sensors on rotation but can't stop the display showing a 3rd which doesn't exist and reads as dash's on the main station, see photo. 6. Sensor distance advertised is up to 80m. Mine is 30m with clear line of sight. I've had to reconnect them several times in 3 weeks. 6. There is no sunrise or sunset information.

I've had the more expensive weather stations in the past but part of it died on me so I was after a good and more affordable option being the bresser & so far have not been disappointed. everything works well. The only real issue was setting up the wifi connection, it took me ages until I found what I had not done and that was read ins. thoroughly as it's easy to miss that you need to bind it with WSlink app. may help if this was more highlighted, but. All in all, love the colours and very clear images. Also purchased the lightning device. everything pairs so easily with little effort. Lightning image a bit tiny so could be bigger & i've yet to find out if if a sound would or could be set for close strikes. Love it so far though. as with all things, time will tell

The first notification I received that the goods were being delivered was on the actual day of delivery. Thankfully I was able to rearrange my day to be in to take delivery. I received a confirmation email of the order which stated that a further notification would be send when the order was despatched. Clearly this failed as no such notification was received. With the requirement for the customer to be available to take delivery of the order, you need to improve the information given to the customer about delivery, so that they have at least 24 hours notice that the order will be delivered, even if the actual time during that day cannot be given. The customer would then be aware that the order was on it's way.

Quick delivery of Star Diagonal to replace damaged old one. Monthly free info on what to see in the night sky with my old Bresser refractor is very thorough. Solarix material supplied to make an efficient and reliable solar filter to fit on Objective end of the telescope.

Replacement for previous unit, so easy to install and link up, however ...... sadly it will not connectmto the previous main unit as well, which the non functioning unit would do (this is the 3rd unit I have purchased). Having a second display was really useful!

Better experience than when I ordered a microscope. I got notification of shipment of the order in advance of day of delivery. However there was a problem with the dhl delivery. The driver was seriously delayed by more than 2 hours after the delivery window. It would have been useful for the courier company to inform us of the delay.

I contacted Bresser UK in November to order a replacement grey wind vane. I was told they were waiting for stock. I have finally received the replacement which was easy to fit. I was a bit disappointed with cost of shipping @ £6.90 for something that is small in size and could have been sent 1st class for a couple of pounds.

Since receiving and fitting my 5 in 1 Weather station I have found it very good. I did not realise when purchasing the unit that I could NOT share my data with internet weather websites. This was disappointing but I should have read the description closer.

The advice and help offered very good. I will follow up on advice at a later date.

Always a great service from Bresser, just keep doing what you're doing.

I have been in communication with your Staff who have been very polite & helpful. I was extremely disappointed when I was told, although my Bresser 7 in 1 weather station is well within the warranty period the Company do not cover the wind vane which broke in two in normal useage. The wind vane didn’t cost a lot to purchase but I thought it was bad practice and penny pinching to say that the warranty didn’t cover it as it was a moving part

We had a query on our delivery which was very quickly resolved by a real person, not a chatbot - the glasses arrived quickly and are exactly as ordered. Haven't had to use them yet - but very happy with Bresser so far!

Easy to set up the room temperature monitor. Good to have four rooms summary data on one device. Bought to monitor room temperatures for setting heat flow on boiler - needed objective data to show my husband!

This weather station has a rain gauge but there is no indication on the display with any rainfall.

I wanted a replacement sensor for my weather station but ordered the wrong one. Person I spoke to was helpful in explaining return process and confirming what model I needed. So I was able to return it and re-order the correct one. DHL your delivery company's tracking system seems to give up telling one where the driver is after a while.

it works fine, however the failure of the temperature sensor earlier than the others is unfortunate as it's not possible to replace only that sensor

Reticle illuminator is compact and seems to be well made. Delivery time near Christmas was reasonable. Packaging was poor: a needlessly huge box for a small component in its own carton, and no padding, so the item could rattle around inside.
